This is regarding ola services, I booked an auto after the completion of the ride I couldn’t pay through phone pay so i paid the bill to the driver in cash but now it is still showing that “ payment is pending”and i’m unable to book other ride
I've already paid my last ride bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 110 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible infact I've Mailed so many times to ola support but the customer compliance are taken as for granted. No step has been taken by the customer complain.
It my request to solve the issue immediately.
This is happened 3rd time I have already done payment 2 times
