Ola Money — paying cash twice and not resolving this issue from many days

I have used ola auto on june 13 2020 at 10:57am, i paid amount using my linked debit card and the amount rs.293 got debited from my account. Later the driver took cash as it was showing the total fare was to be paid by cash therefore i paid cash rs.293.
I sent this message on 13th june still i haven't got any response from ola customer care.
