Ola Money — prepaid recharge through ola money for rs. 55/- made on 17/03/018, was failed - requesting refund - reg.

My mobile no. For ola money (Ola cabs) is [protected].

On 17/03/2018, i have made a prepaid recharge via service providers of bsnl to the mobile no. Of [protected] for rs. 55/- only. Amount rs. 55/- was debited from my ola money wallet, but the recharge was not done; and went failed.
Please rectify above block, and refund me the amount rs. 55/- which is in pending in my ola money wallet.
