Ola Money - Zipcash — not able to withdraw money to my bank account

I had added money yesterday in my ola money account. It showing to reduce the amount or try after 3 days. I read the ola's whole document there where no such statement that customer can only transfer money after 3 days. I called to ola money customer care and the executive name is pawan, he was telling that my account has blocked for security reason for stopping fraudulent activity.
I had not got any call from ola to ask for fraudulent activity while i was transferring the money from ola, so how can ola block my account without any call or information. So this is shows that ola is cheating to customer.
I want resolution by today itself and kindly unblock my account as soon as possible

Someone has tried to use my credit card information and has requested for OTP, luckily the OTP was with me. Unauthorised transaction from unknown devices are allowed by Ola Zipcash. No.1 frauds!
