Ola — ola account is blocked and no help from customer care service | |
Ola has blocked my account as i have logged in with more than two accounts in one device. After account block, there is no help from customer care service nor i am getting any revert on mails. Due to this issue i cant use my ola money also i have paid for passes. This is fraud as my ola money is with ola and no customer care service. Only tickets are logged for mail sent but there is no resolution and tracking of tickets. Was this information helpful? | |
