Please find the invoice attached, for 34.6 kilo meters ride, how OLA deliberately charged me Rs 2218 and now not refunding me the amount, despite the agreement. Incident description – On 30th August, 2021 in morning I landed Hyderabad with my mother from Tirupati and booked OLA cab rental for 10 hours / 100 Kms, as I had to visit several places in Hyderabad, including my friend’s house for lunch and temples, but the policy of OLA and untrained drivers spoiled my day. Since pickup time only, the driver was demanding cash, but for convenience, I opted OLA postpaid. Somehow he (driver) started creating drama on road of being out-of-petrol and didn’t want to continue and finally the trip was ended in mid. OLA charged Rs 2218 for all package cost (I opted) rather charging me on Pro-Rata basis. Now complaining on same day, they agreed to pay me / refund all amount (Rs 2218). For processing the same, they requested my Pan Card details, AADHAR card details, Cancelled cheque, Account Number, IFSC Code etc., which I provided them all the details next day itself on 31st August, 2021 (Please refer the trail mail). And now it’s 13th September today and I am still chasing the OLA for the refund and still not received a rupee and even no call from their team or any reply. I am fed up and completely exhausted following the support team. Since 2-3 days, not able to contact their CS executives as well. I also wrote to Mr. Bhavish Aggarwal as well to look into this issue thrice(please see below) I am full-time employed and can’t focus on same thing continuously but OLA has to respect the sentiments and must be sensitive towards customer issues and must be pro-active while handling any escalation like in my case. It clearly seems now that I am the only listener and a speaker too….I can’t let my hard-earned money be looted in such manner. How insensitive they can be? I trusted OLA and paid for the engagement of 10 Hours / 100 Kms, but this is not the way that they will end the service on their T&C and charge for all services. It is clear cut loot.
