Ola — ola postpaid money | |||||
Hi, This is incident w. R. T to ola post paid payment. The mode of payment in the ola app was default enabled to use prepaid ola money. I have made 2 rides from my residence to bangalore majestic railyway station.in both the cases, my wife and parents made the trip payment to the driver, while the same amount of money was deducted from ola money. I did not realize for more than a week untill ola started sending messages about it. I then raised a complain [ola support] #[protected] on feb-18 and explained the situation. Now the problem starts, ola starts calling me every single day and ask for payment. I have been patiently explaining the situation and asked to settle the issue as the drivers had collected money from me. Crn[protected] - amount paid was inr 431 Crn[protected] - amount paid was inr 240 Though i was assured from couple of people from ola that issue will be resolved. To my utter dismay, the calls have not stopped till date. I was trying to find escalation point to settle the issue with ola but there is actually nothing on their site or app. Ola has customer care number which i have been trying to but no luck.
