Olacabs — Ola money deducted without any transaction

Hi Team,

This is regarding the ola money payment. I was charged twice for the same ride which is 3 times the amount of the ride taken. 750 was charged in ola money for the ride taken on 14th Jan around 5pm from Taj mahal palace, coloba to Airoli. However, at around 11pm again an amount of 1431 was deducted from ola money post paid for the same ride. Request you to refund the amount of Rs.1431 on ola money which was charged incorrectly. Ola should refund the amount of 1431 Rs. on priority which was deducted without any transaction.

I reported 4 times on their support email as well as the ola money support email but no one is responding and the team is just sending templated replies without any resolution.
