Olx — fraud on the name of army

I was looking for a phone on whatsapp
I saw an add of iphone6s
So i cantaced to seller abd final a deal in 17000
So he said i m in army so i cant come
So i will courier the phone give me half money before courier and half after delivery
So I semd him 8500 in advance
Then he said that firt pay full paymnt and then i will give you fon
But he didnt.

One miss surya she cheet me becouse i activate on advertisement package and i lost 1000 rs but i didt get leads and their not help me
because they didnt help me how to take that things

this is really cheap thing i am a very usage customer of OLX but this things a cant accept
