I saw an add on olx related to scooty, With reg no. Ch01ak9917 I called the Mobile no.[protected] He assured to deliver at my address at sukhna guest house chandigarh, sec 35b. He called 1000 rs for booking this. I transferred 1000 rs on phone pay on mobile no.[protected] (Jitendra sain) on 23 august. Today when i called abt delevery, the courier man said u hv to pay half amount 5000/- in advance. And they did not refund my 1000 even. I have full detail of whtsapp msg, and paymnt pic.
