I am chandrakant sarang from bangalore. I am presently residing in srinidhi layout. Visited olx, and i saw a ad of activa. I messaged him, then he replied with a number told me to whatsapp.. I asked him that i will come to see the vehicle condition and. He told they won't allow us there. They will send u the vehicle to home address then u can see and purchase. He told me that he is an army person and told us, selling his scooter is because he got transfered to delhi. So i didn't ask any further details. He gave me false commitment about the delivery of the vehicle. He told me to pay 3000 for transport charges. After paying he told we should pay even the gst charges. He told me that he will delivery the vehicle after the payment. After doing the payment he blocked my number, please help me in getting my money back and take necessary action against this person. All the transaction made with pics is attached for your reference. Kindly provide speedy resolution.

One person by name Sachin Singh Balian is running a scam on OLX quickr and other similar sites.

Modus operandi:

Selling Hyundai I20 Active with registration number KA01 MQ 1078.

He claims to be in army or cisf and says he has got his posting and wants to sell his car urgently and he cannot meet in person as he is on duty and have to leave tomorrow itself for his posting, but can arrange to send the car to you from ARMY TRANSPORT. You can check it and if you don't like you return the car no issues. He sends you the RC copy and his id card pic on WhatsApp.
(You start feeling that he is genuine) Now the fraud starts.

There is nothing like ARMY TRANSPORT. He has created a UPI id on that name and also a fake receipt book in that name. He then starts with some story saying you need to pay (Rs.5000/- or whatever) for the ARMY TRANSPORT so that someone will come and deliver the car to you.

Once you pay the money you will not hear from him..

A$$ Holes are using the name of army to con the people.

After choosing the vehicle i consulted the concerned person. He told me that he is an army person and told us, selling his scooter cause his transfer. So i didn't ask any further details. He gave me false commitment about the delivery of the vehicle. He told me that he will delivery the vehicle...

I visited olx, and i saw a ad of maruti suzuki omni. I messaged him, then he replied with a number told me to whatsapp.. I asked shall i come to see the car condition n all. He told they won't allow us there. They will send u the car to home address then u can trail and purchase. He told u have to pay 3100 for transport charges. I told i don't have that much in account. He told no problem pay 1000 it will be enough... After i sent him he told u have to pay full amount of transport, then he will send u the receipt.
I have added the receipt pic which he sent me, after some time gprs problem send me 14990, then only car will come to your location, then that driver called me he said even iam army officer trust me ur cash will be in safe hands, no need to worry to just transfer the amount i didn't do that he said (Me apni wardi ki kasam khake kehatu me ajaunga) i didn't not transfer more cash i got doubt on them... Then i called the person and said him i'm not interested in purchasing of car, he told u wasted a army officers time he is waiting from many hours in car, he told he will file a case against me for wasting army officers time and all.. Then he told ur amount might refunded in 45days.. N cutted the call... I will upload of the pictures he sent me... Plzz caught those culprit..🙏🙏

I want to sell my washing machine by olx. So when i am logging in it goes inside after filling up all the details it asked my mobile no. When i give my mobile no then i received a opt & after entering the otp it shows me oops this mobile no is already used by mohapatra...

I was in search of bmw bicycle on olx. I saw a add of cycle which was 5 month old being offered at 9000. On contacting him through chat i was offered to contact on [protected]. The deal was resumed on 5000. He requested me to pay 2500 in advance and remaining 2500 on delivery. He forwarded me all the bills of iphone, his addhar card, liquor card, to prove that he is genuine person. I also trusted him. He shared pics of the courier slip also that he had send the courier through overnite courier. I made 2 transactions from my google pay of yesterday evening i received a call from [protected] that my courier is ready to deliver, plz clear your pendency for delivery of the parcel. I simultaneously sent him 2500/- from my account. But then again i received a call to pay 2160 as on courier slip according to the delivery boy it was listed payment pending. After a bg argument (I have the recordings) jai kisan insisited me to pay 2160 more which he will return within ten min. And the delivery of parcel will be done to me. Picking the phone, the whats app no. Of the delivery boy is also attached as he is also attached in the fraud. Pics of his whats app is also attached, he seems to a serving offical in indian army too. All the transaction made with pics is attached for your kind consideration. Kindly provide speedy resolution. Else im coming to jaislemr by weekend to seek justice

I have reported the fraud who try to deal with me, instead of suspending their account, rather it is suspended by account, this is so illogical, please unlock my account.

Pradeep chakankar he sent a phot o of redmi note 8 pro on olx i message him on his whatsapp number i said sent ur id he sent me her adhaar card cisf id card then i said where your job he said he work on cisf at biju patnaik airport and he u send 500 for courier charge then u got phone then u complete full payment then i send 500 then he send a pic of courier slip of indian army and said your phone is coming in 24 hours 2months has passed no phone was delieverd than i called him then he abused me and delete account from olx

I have hired a job offer for data entry job from sb groups pvt ltd. They have told me about two plans for work.
First one is student plan for that i have to pay 660rs as security. And other is classic plan for that i have to pay 1950rs as security.

I have selected studensts plan and they told send the money and start work. After they received money and they told the plan is full and go for classic plan.
I have told then send the money back. They told no you have to go for classic plan. Please take action against this company

My Name Is Ambuj Kumar Srivastav I saw a post Yesterday in OLX as i am looking for a used Bike, Number UP51AU 4279 someone said they are from Indian Army and told Name Shubham Gupta they showed soo much patriotism in the phone call. I trusted and gave 3150 as transport charges initially as they insist. Later asked me to pay 6999 before delivery today, i said i will pay full amount after delivery, they dint agree then i checked online and got to know this is scam. I enquired and they blocked my number every where. This is cheating. This is Totally Fraud

This man posted for selling dslr. when i asked him he send me his no. i talked to him on whatsapp he 4000 in advance and then when sended me the post office slip told me in 24 hours your camera will reach you. he told me he is in cisf so i believed.
after 24 hours i got a call and he told me that i have to pay 50% so i refuse and cancelled it. i asked for refund. he told me i have to wait 90 days. so i did and after more then 90 days when i talked to him again he took 40 thousand from me and still asking for more but didn't send me 1 rs and told me do what ever you can. i have his mobile numbers
