I have purchased olx package
I was not told we have limited adds
I purchased it in february
After that lockdown
And now i reopened business and started posting adds but they say i have exist my limits and i was not told about it earlier when i gave 35000 rs to olx for business package
Now they can’t justify how i have used my all adds
I m facing problems in using olx
Pls resolve my issue as soon as possible i have paid for service that i can’t use

Myself rohit i saw an air conditioner at olx price was 15k so i called that guy. He told me to transfer courier charges which was 1650rs and he sent some photos of adhar card, army canteen card, pan card, driving license etc. So i transferred money because we all believe in indian army. After transfering 1650rs they sent me courier receipt and said it will transfer within 5hrs. After few hours they told me to transfer remaining money which...

I'm harsha, i have requested new connection and paid the amount also
Next day engineering team came and checked for box near me and they said they want to install new junction box and i asked
About time to install it, they said they will install within 2-3 days but today is 7th day. I just keep on calling customer care they keep on saying they will install within 1 day but still i haven't got connection.
This is the worst thing.

I am pratap karasala i was using olx from last 7-8 years on[protected] i have seen alto car ap28dx1180 i want to buy the car so i have messaged him then he told me that send me 3100 for charges he told that he would send this car in indian army transport services after that told again to send 11400, i transfered them, again he asked amount of 12, 500 i forwarded 5000rs i didnot received any car and no communication
If we are asking him to send the money he was not yet sending money.

I have posted one 2bkh add from my number [protected] yesterday but even after payment of 499 my add is still not active. Please help.

Sir yesterday i saw add on fb about selling royal enfield bike and i make contact with the fruarder who told me that i am from jammu air port and told that i am working as assistant sub inspector. He contact me and has looted an amount of rs 2.25lakhs. More over he said that i will courier my bike via army, postal service department to u. After some time he told on phone that i am in transport office making receipt of transport charges. I unfortunately credit his account bearing account number[protected] ifsc pytm0123456 via jk mpay. Sir it is my handfold request to your good self kindly investigate the matter that will be your most kindness and oblige

Hi team, on 16th may at 10:17pm, i saw a post in olx about honda dio sale for rs 23, 500/- (Reg no : ka02jf1549 black colour) so i requested the seller to share the contact number to know more details and to purchase the bike. I got the contact details (+[protected] and started texting him in whatsapp, seller informed me that he is a army sepoy, his name is vikas and staying in devanahalli military camp, his purpose of selling bike is that he has to move to jammu and kashmir for some purpose and shared vehicle details with his army id card and dl. Later on 17th may around 8.50am we finalized the price for rs 20000/- and i was also informed that seller is not allowed to leave the camp and also no outsiders are allowed inside the camp. Hence i was have to transfer rs 3150/ (Refund able)- to army account through phone pe barcode and vehicle will be delivered to my location in 1hour through army courier service. After sometime i got call from courier team ([protected]) that i have to pay rs 11150/- to get the deivery, which i paid at 11.43am but once again i got call stating that i was supposed to make 2 transactions that is rs 11100/- and rs 50/- gst charges as army accounts are very strict and has to make exact payments and amount received previously would be refunded at the time of vehicle delivery. When i refused to make the payment they said me that if i wont make the payment, bike will not be delivered and previous amount would get struck. Hence i had no other options i trusted them and paid the amount 2 transactions again at 12.11pm. But i did not get the delivery. Again i was informed to make rs 17000/- or else all the payment done previously would not return. Same proces carried again and over all amount of rs 57950/- was transferred to account. At the end i got call stating that i have wasted there time from morning hence i have to make payment rs 8200/- as late deliver payment or else vehicle would not be delivered and difference amount will not be returned. But when i asked to show the bike, they ignored and said to that they cannot show the bike until they get the late delivery charges, hence i informed the seller to return all the amount and keep the bike as i could not make any more payment. Seller got angry and said no amount will be refunded and also vehicle will not be delivered and disconnected the call. Totally i have lost rs 57950/-. Seller has removed the add posted in olx, i am sharing all required documents, please look into this and help me to get back the amount.

I got cheated in the name of indian army service, please take necessary strict actions against them and help other people to not to get into this type of scams.

I received a call from a number ([protected]) asking the otp from me and asked if i wish to continue my jio sim. After that, i received an otp from olx and person on the phone asked me to share the otp. I shared the otp and disconnected. I am a bit concerned as i can see that this is a fraud case. There are several videos and news on google, for the same. I will surely report this to the nearest police station and help me solve this issue....

Today's i have i stalled OLX app in my mobile and after 5 mins i have a call that we are ready to buy product and we will pay amount thru google pay.
But this was a fraud call and they have debited Rs 70000 from my account.

Amount taken from my account is one question and another one i would ask how authentic is OLX app

I was decived by a person named ratan singh dhanghar who asked me to pay online 56600rs slowly in instalment for mobile phone I saw online on OLX and I did, now he has blocked my no now.

I contact to the person and done the deal till 5500 he said that it has delivery charge i should only pay online then i paid 520 advance and he gave me his proof i'd aadhar and canteen card by online he took my 13, 620 rs and he did not gave me mobile also i have full proof of him he is from indian army and he is in domlur his name is vikas pls return my money i am an middle class

I had seen ad in olx bangalore from a army officer domlur branch stating that he will be selling mobile for 8000/- negotiation amount. I agreed and he informed to pay delivery charges of rs 1150/- i agreed and paid through phone pe.. Again he informed me to pay 2999/- towards security charges then again i paid through phone pe.. Again he informed me to pay 3000/- gmail amount which i paid again.. But i did not receive any mobile... I was been fraud with total amount of rs 7149/-so please i request the olx team to look into this matter and resolve.

My account of my phone number has been banned for a few months for no literal reason. All ive been doing is posting ads that to only once or twice in a month, nothing else and not just 1 i have 3 accounts of my phone number being banned whereas i just use one account to post ads. How is that justifiable? Dear olx i really love using your app and i want to get back on your platform so please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Through olx, i made a deal for purchasing of mobile phone with an individual named bablu kumar who claimed to be an csif constable. We have to deal of rs 8500. Out of which half payment will be made before delivery of the product ans another half after receiving the product.
He send me all his details such as aadhar card, and his csif constable id and paytm payment bank account details.
Before delivery of the product i made him payment of rs. 200 and he said after receiving the product and checking tge product you can pay me another half amount.
Than in evening around 6 p. M, a courier boy called me and say that my courier is ready but before receiving the courier i have to give him confirmation through seller.
Than i called mr. Bablu for giving the confirmation so that i can receive my courier but he told me first pay remaining half amount tha only delivery boy will come to deliver your product. Without prior payment delivery boy will not come and you will not get your product.
I told him that we have deal that half remaining payment will be done after receiving and checking the product than he denied and start abusing me and refused to give me the product without full payment.
When i told him i want my money back and don't want your product he started abusing very badly and refuse to give a single rupee.

I'm a user of olx. Has posted two ads for selling my oneplus2 mobile and my bike. I don't know for what reason my account got blocked. I wanna sell them due to a shortage of money in this covid-19 situation. It is so embarrassing that these olx people have banned my account. I've received several offers. So i request to take relevant action and get my account restored so that i can sell my things and get money to run my family in this situation.

Resolving this issue is highly appreciated.

Hi olx team,

I hiren one of your user or customer from last 2 years and in december 2019 i had purchased 3 months package for advertisement of cars which has ended on 25th march 2020 and the lockdown has been started on 21st march 2020, so the services have been therefore discontinued after 25th march 2020
As per the covid19 guideline by the government during this lockdown any services cannot be discontinued in between until further announcement, hence i request you to activate my services back as normal. So i can continue posting my add on your olx platform

Also i look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem, awaiting for your response
