I visited olx site in this morning to purchase a maruthi omni van, i found one with 80000 rupees 2011 model, i filled my details and got contact details of the seller by name krishna kumar. I contacted him, he told he works in cisf (Central armed reserve force) and he work in kempegowda international airport, he also sent his fake i'd which i have attached.
He sent pics of van & rc copy, he told he is getting transferred so he wants to sell his van.
He told me to send id proof to get entry pass into the airport as it will be restricted area. I told i want check van in personally visit. He called me then then the final cost was fixed for 55, 000 after that they told the car will come from military vehicle because he is an army person and he sent some id proof and address then he told to pay as advance as 3100. When i did google pay it was mentioning name some muslim name as nisar ahmad (Mob no: +91 [protected]). I was getting calls from different numbers it was showing all assam numbers in my true caller.
We were on the way to airport, he called and told me to spend my current location and told me his driver will get car to this location only and told us to wait.in the bill he had mentioned as gps cost 11999 rupees. Then someone called he is manager and he told to transfer 11999/- so that vehicle gps tracking go ended.
We told i will not pay until vehicle is in front o[censored]s. He told they will refunded if we don't like vehicle. But till now is there no vehicle was arrived and like this i got fraud by this please suggest me what to do next and people please don't transfer amount its completely fraud.

We saw an ad on olx which was selling second hand car. This ad was from a to z auction house, chembur.
We trusted olx which must have vetified their seller and visited the site, checked the car physically and paid a tokem amount of 1 lakh by (75k) online transfer and 25k by cash. After chasing them for a few weeks, they asked for more money and only they can proceed with the legals to get the car on our name.
We further transfered 70k on the name of a to z enterprises again. Its been more than 2 months, we have not recieved any car related papers nor any money back from them even after confirming cancelation from our side.
We have been visiting their office almost every other week and they send us back by giving false hopes.

This is giriraj gupta mobile no. [protected] post an ad for sale of old godrej make refrigerator on 21.02.2020 at 9:30 am from gandhinagar gujarat pin code no. 382028. Around 10:00 am i received a call from mobile no. [protected] (Rudra panchal as per true caller name) after negotiation he agreed to buy at rs.4500/- and asked me for transfer of money through google pay. Initially he sent me a qr code for rs.5 to process to receive amount, i had processed as per his advise and seen that amount debited in my account. Immediately i informed him the same and he told me that after debit transaction a credit transaction of rs. 10 is there in account. By verifying i confirmed that net amount rs.5 received in my account (Sbi savinng account no. [protected]). Now he sent me another qr code of rs.4500 which i scan and processed in the similar way and amount debited in my account he told me that after debiting i will receive amount as earlier.in second time when i received qr code he advised me that his amount is blocked and after processing only i will get amount and in this way two time rs.4500 debited in my account at 10:15 am and at 10:18 am. On 21.02.2020.
Meanwhile i understood that something is wrong and i have not further scanned qr code received from him for rs.9000 and rs.499. Qr codes received for payment are attached here for your ready reference.
I have observed no. Fraud calls received when i post ad for sale of any item. There is no security measure to safe us for such frauds. I have provided all the information through mail also but no positive response and also filed complain to get the money back - it is totally harassment and unwanted issues please help to get the money back

I saw a car with his contact no.in olx. It is the contact no. Of rakesh kumar. He cheated me that he is an indian army and the alto k10 bearing no. Pb05ad 4098 which belongs to him is selling. We discussed about the price at 90000. On the same day, he asked me to pay rs 4150 for home delivery charges, id-proof documents. So l paid. Then he send me the card and i think it was true. I asks if he is a fraud person. He said, how should i do that kind of behaviour that's not good for anyone. Ok then next morning a guy called in name of army delivery postman he asks me to pay rs 11999 for gps and i'll get you car by this morning at 10:30a. M.
After that both start convensing me to do payment. When i told that i can't pay anything more from now, rakesh kumar start pressurizing me and told me i'll put a case on you.
Please find deatils of fraud gays as specified in provided docs:
Request for immediate action to be taken in this regard as there are many others who have faced the same/similar problem and loss of money.
Please take necessary action against them and please return back my money. I have their call recordings too.

We are told a india army officer my post is transfer another so i am selling this scooty. We are sent me all duplicate id proofs and rc. Finally i am cheatd 45000/- in olx app duplicate id proofs. Please seggest me and help me. I am a student. I am think a cheap cost of bike but cheated bigg amount.

Through an add on your platform i saw a car to buy. When called, he told that he is in nagpur as he has been transferredâ  in nagpur airportâ  from. Raipur. He called me and i went on 22nd of february. After reaching there, he whatsapped me a google pay number and told me to transfer rs.3020/- in the name. Of gate pass for vehicle. When i refused to transfer and told him to meet first. He refused to meet and startedâ â  abusing me.â  it shows that these # are using such a transparentâ  platform toâ  make moneyâ  illegally.â 
I am sending the snapshot of the add along with my conversation with him through whatsapp.
I, therefore, request you. To. Take. Severe action against these fraudulent.

Olx are so unprofessional they have banned my multiple account for no reason (As i have remember i have share only my alternate number with buyers for not sharing my personal number to avoid unnecessary traffic) why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some house old items and aquarium stuff to sell and there is no any kindly of miss use from my end.

After he ask me 1000 rs advance pay and i send 1000 rs paytm. After he ask me send me 2000 rs for courier charge and army safety for all courier packing. Then i send 2000 rs paytm. And today morning this men call me courier received our ahmedabad office so send me 5000 rs more. This time i denide for send money because i know this men is fraud. I watch all videos army men olx fraud. And this army gang fraud with lots of indian. And most important topic i watch one fraud call recording in youtube same this person talk with me.
Fraud amout - 3000 rs, i request you indian government and consumer complain team plaese do action. Thank you

This person with cell [protected] is a fraud and cheated me through olx as a buyer. He took rs. 10000 from my account via upi transfer. Later he copied my what's app profile pic and updated it as his on above mentioned number. I am attaching here my upi transfer screenshot details. Please help me to catch this person and helps other from such frauds.

This person says he works in navy and he cannot meet in person and asks to pay the amount of 5000 first, so that he can send the items. However he doesn't send the item rather he would ask for full payment. He will try to convince you in all possible ways. I got out of the fraud as i saw a consumer complaint on this person in the similar manner. Kindly take care about these kind of frauds in olx and quikr, don't pay without even seeing the item or person.

I have been duped by this ayaz ahmad (Mob:[protected] / [protected]) for rs 5000 this morning as i gave an ad in olx for a sofa set this man agreed to pay without haggling and told me he's paying via upi now my bank has limited payment upto 5000 but instead of paying 5000 got deducted from my account. I want to file a complaint for this please look in to the matter as soon as possible. I am attaching the id he gave in this regard to gain confidence.

I have a call recording of two persons who called and are frauds and called as a army officer vikas patel and saying that he is sending money from army machine so i need to scan that bar code. His real name is shakil khan and in his recording he said he had fraud to more than 100 people. I am attaching the call recording every one please listen to it and be aware of these fake call and requesting our police department to take the necessary action.

This incident happened with me just today i was using olx i own a samsung galaxy note 10 which is barely 1 month old black colour so i was searching for note 10 or note 10 plus with different colour i saw this ad he gave me his whatsapp number then i spoke to him he sent me some photos of his phone atlast he was telling me he would send his phone by parcel and i have to parcel my phone to him then he said it's an army courier so i doubted as army couriers are cheaper than other but he said it will cost 1500 so i have to paytm him the amount later on he send me the number and his ifsc code i had a doubt as he said he is from maharashtra cannt and the bill he sent me was showing telengana some name of south people but i saw some complaints and fraud like this in consumercomplains.in showing a name srikant and after that i asked for his id then i was just shocked he sent me the id of srikant i got very much tempted and abused him i am uploading pictures too and giving his number

After posting ad i got a call from brijesh singh[protected] for the "home theatre" which i want to sale he is interested in payment and then he asked for the transaction process that which app you use for transaction. I said "phone pay" for the payment. He send me qr code for the transaction and asked me to check the balance which he paid me for the "home theatre". After scanning the qr code my account debited wiith 3200 rs. Now please tell me how i get my money back.

I was eager to buy a product (Bike) from olx thus contacted sudip kumar ghosh. The contact was done on 15th feb 2020. After finalization of the deal with him to buy the royal enfield (Redditch red) paid a sum total of rs 107000 on[protected]. Later in evening i recieved from olx that the user is suspicious. Please look into it as i want a refund of the amount. Olx should provide proper verified customer. Also to mention that to initiate purchase the olx chat box was used.

My name bharti bansal, i posted one add for cooler on behalf of my friend on her olx account. We wanted to sell cooler with price 3500. Olx fraud person called for buying the cooler. He agreed to buy at price 3200 and without verified cooler the ask to pay first. He said "i am a army merchant person and i can gave u money only through qr merchant id". So he demanded for g-pay no. And send qr code to scan first. Then i will put otp from my side and then i will put otp from my side after i put otp from my side he said timeout and session failed. This repeated for 3 times

1.) first transaction i lost 3200
2.) second transaction i lost 4999
3.) third transaction i lost 11, 699
