Dear sir / ma'am i was purchased a mobile from olx i. E. Oppo a5s on 12th jan 2019 in 4000 inr and tomorrow i received a call from badarpur police station and they said the mobile are you used (Purchased from olx oppo a5s) is a stolen mobile and a fir is register for this mobile in bardarpur police station after that i was go at badarpur police station and summit this mobile to police station. When i was purchase this mobile from some one else he also gives me him id but its totally 420 case.

I was spend my 4000 inr in this mobile and now i was in loss of 4000 inr due to this case

He is taking money by google pay but didn't give me mobile. And not return my money. He is tell me i return your money but this is not return my money.
He taking 8000rupees. He is telling i am at time haryana, from hisaar army cantt. He takes 7500by google pay, and 500by paytm. He send me his cisf card, aadhar card photos,.

The person name vikash patel send me detail about Oppo f11 pro and as he asked for 1050 for delivery and said me he was from Army. I send me 500 via Paytm and again after sometime about 3 hours later another delivery boy called me and said your parcel is near your location but one problem is that you have to submit half of the amount i send 2750 via paytm and again told me to complete transcation then i completed and total i send 6000 via paytm. But i again he asked for 3150 which is refundable but i refuse. And i searched i google and find that he is fraud. Please help me . I m student facing great problem due to this.
Please help me.

I have been cheated by a seller on olx he said me to pay advance 5k first to transport the vehicle at my place, after second he told that there was some issue at his place he told me to transfer 10k more to transport the scooty at my place. The scooty was not delivered at my place i have called him and asked about what happened he told that traffic police has caught the vehicle in between please pay the fine charges of rs 5000 more to release the vehicle..
I have made the payment but still the vehicle is not delivered to me he is still asking me to pay 3000 more to release the bike.
I had paid him total 23, 500/- rupees.

June 15.2019 i was cheated by military officer vikas. I pay him 11100 rs for oneplus 6t phone. He send him all his proof. He told me to take rs 1050 first for courier and then told me to make full amonunt and then to make rs 5100 extra. Please refund my amount. I will attached all the screenshot of all the payment.

So i checked my 4 devices with olx app and olx website but my ad is missing in public platform so very shocked so i tried to contact you but anytime busy so i deactivated the ad and again active and again i paid 79 rs but still my ad is not published to your platform but you mentioned published so you cheating and ripping customers money. Kindly refund my money. I want compensation. Else fill in consumer court

Sir I have been cheated by person called Parmil Kumar. He told me that he is posted at Belgaum unit and now he has been transferred to JnK. So he wanted to sell his bike (KA22HC7576), He posted an ad in OLX, when I called him he provided only vehicle details and Google pay : [protected]. He sent bike details by his WhatsApp no [protected] nd I believed it by seeing vehicle address and address on vehicle RC. Then he asked me to pay courier charges of 3100 nd later I got doubts and Googled it. I found he has created fake WhatsApp account with Indian army personnel photo. Even before making 3100 payment I made him to talk to one of my friend who serves in army then he also told its seems genuine one and then I proceeded with payment. Now after payment, I found it is fraud, he is telling something different when I asked him to send his exact location nd asked why vehicle owner nd your name is different. Then he said that bike is of my friend he asked me to sell nd my friend presently working in Alipore west Bengal. My request to army is don't spare him whether I will get money back or not but don't leave him who spoils the Indian army reputation. Plz are act it. Jai hind.

I gave an advertise in olx to sell a treadmill. A person subhojit sarma contact me through olx. He said me that he is in army. Then he transfer the call to his sir sahil kumar whose id proof was send by them. And then they give some qr code. After scanning that total rs. 73520 has been debited from from my account. I have called the customer care of olx but they are not interested to help me.

Hi, we have seen an ad on olx about furniture sale. We have been told that the seller is from army and as being transferred he’s is selling furniture for the lowest amount. We have made an initial payment of 2000 and post which he is asking to online transfer 5000 for gst. We have verified the receipt and identified it’s fraud and there are multiple such cases when google searched.
Reporting in order to avoid others facing this.

I m the victim of such online fraud case. I tried to buy furniture from Olx.
Frauder was Mr.Shrikant (army man). I have paid ₹19000 in advance. .
I Have filed a complaint in police station and submitted all the details there.
I had paid the money through Google pay.
I have attached image containing all the details including transection IDs and person details.

Please try to solve the case, and help me to get my money back.

I posted an advertisement to sell some of my old keyboards i received some replies on this advertise but next day i opened my olx it gave me message that your account suspend. Then i created another account on my wife's phone and tried to buy a mobile phone but in evening they also banned this account. They are banning accounts without any reason or clarification.

A person here in mangalore was selling a mavic pro drone on olx and i had posted a request for a drone. This balaji texted me saying that he was selling a drone and sent me the pics of the of other guy's drone! He said me to buy it from his friend who was actually the person selling it. The person (Seller) was informed by balaji that his friend would come to collect it.
When i went, checked and confirmed the deal, he said me to make the payment. He wanted 25000 urgently and then the remaining payment by one day.
Since there was an error in google pay, i sent it physically from the bank.
He then switched off the call and the seller did not receive payment from him. So i did not get the drone and the seller did not give me and then came to know that both got cheated...
I am now regretting so much and the cash was arranged by a great difficulty...
Now when i saw similar complaints i am feeling so much regret that i could have seen these before!
I then filed a complaint against him in cyber crime police station. They blocked his account number.

He now called me back and is telling that he would return my money and i should unblock his account. But i dont think so he will do... Never.. Its already 2 weeks that he said me!

This guy should be literally arrested and should hang him up... He is a really cruel guy and doesn't value others hard earned money... Please do something and not just a sorry message.

A girl named kushi had told to pay 3000 rs for deposit and she told me that saturday would be salary date. She had given me 50 pages of sheets to write and i completed the work and submitted her back. She told saturday you ll get your salary but when saturday came i didn't receive my money. She didn't receive my calls and she didn't reply to my msgs. Again after two days she msged me she told your payment ll become tomorrow and again i believed her and waited but i didn't receive payment again. She didn't pick my calls and didn't reply to my msgs. So i told i'll not work near you refund me my money she told you have to wait for three days and three days are over i haven't got my money back. She has cheated me.

In olx user the name called as katreddy syam kumar working as indian army aircraftman confirmed that 20, 000 deal for the furniture. He told that he is working in indian army not possible to meet and not allow other people in army premises. He ask me to pay 5, 000 advance and through phonepe and balance can be pay after receiving the goods this is initial deal, but next day he ask me to pay 11, 550 for indian army sleeping charges to deliver...

I am using olx since last 3 years, but my account was recently been suspended for no reason by olx. When i opened new account using another email id, they suspend it again multiple times without any reason. Please let me use at least one account so i can use your service to buy used items from other users & if you dont want old users just close your website

Me aata hee orr bolta he kii mee tabhi aauga jbb aap 2800 ka curuer charge pay krte ho par aaj tkk bo nhii aayaa

I have visited OLX site in this morning to purchase a car in that airline services named was added some photos of car and prized sell for Rs.1, 50, 000 and then I contacted him he called me then then the final cost was fixed for 1, 50, 000 after that they told the car will come from airline transport vehicle because I am army person and he sent some ID proof and address then he told to pay as advance as 3150 and next order I paid till 15999 and 19999 which In that 39, 150 will be refunded after Meikle reaching you like that all the process was done but till now is there no vehicle was arrived and like this I got fraud by this please suggest me what to do next.
