I gave an advertise in olx to sell a treadmill. A person subhojit sarma contact me through olx. He said me that he is in army. Then he transfer the call to his sir sahil kumar whose id proof was send by them. And then they give some qr code. After scanning that total rs. 73520 has been debited from from my account. I have called the customer care of olx but they are not interested to help me.

Hi, we have seen an ad on olx about furniture sale. We have been told that the seller is from army and as being transferred he’s is selling furniture for the lowest amount. We have made an initial payment of 2000 and post which he is asking to online transfer 5000 for gst. We have verified the receipt and identified it’s fraud and there are multiple such cases when google searched.
Reporting in order to avoid others facing this.

I m the victim of such online fraud case. I tried to buy furniture from Olx.
Frauder was Mr.Shrikant (army man). I have paid ₹19000 in advance. .
I Have filed a complaint in police station and submitted all the details there.
I had paid the money through Google pay.
I have attached image containing all the details including transection IDs and person details.

Please try to solve the case, and help me to get my money back.

I posted an advertisement to sell some of my old keyboards i received some replies on this advertise but next day i opened my olx it gave me message that your account suspend. Then i created another account on my wife's phone and tried to buy a mobile phone but in evening they also banned this account. They are banning accounts without any reason or clarification.

A person here in mangalore was selling a mavic pro drone on olx and i had posted a request for a drone. This balaji texted me saying that he was selling a drone and sent me the pics of the of other guy's drone! He said me to buy it from his friend who was actually the person selling it. The person (Seller) was informed by balaji that his friend would come to collect it.
When i went, checked and confirmed the deal, he said me to make the payment. He wanted 25000 urgently and then the remaining payment by one day.
Since there was an error in google pay, i sent it physically from the bank.
He then switched off the call and the seller did not receive payment from him. So i did not get the drone and the seller did not give me and then came to know that both got cheated...
I am now regretting so much and the cash was arranged by a great difficulty...
Now when i saw similar complaints i am feeling so much regret that i could have seen these before!
I then filed a complaint against him in cyber crime police station. They blocked his account number.

He now called me back and is telling that he would return my money and i should unblock his account. But i dont think so he will do... Never.. Its already 2 weeks that he said me!

This guy should be literally arrested and should hang him up... He is a really cruel guy and doesn't value others hard earned money... Please do something and not just a sorry message.

I am olx india user and olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted samsung note 9 for sale i am trust using my mine number my registered number is [protected] that is registered, blue i am unable to sell my phone this is really unprofessional

A girl named kushi had told to pay 3000 rs for deposit and she told me that saturday would be salary date. She had given me 50 pages of sheets to write and i completed the work and submitted her back. She told saturday you ll get your salary but when saturday came i didn't receive my money. She didn't receive my calls and she didn't reply to my msgs. Again after two days she msged me she told your payment ll become tomorrow and again i believed her and waited but i didn't receive payment again. She didn't pick my calls and didn't reply to my msgs. So i told i'll not work near you refund me my money she told you have to wait for three days and three days are over i haven't got my money back. She has cheated me.

I am using olx since last 3 years, but my account was recently been suspended for no reason by olx. When i opened new account using another email id, they suspend it again multiple times without any reason. Please let me use at least one account so i can use your service to buy used items from other users & if you dont want old users just close your website

I have visited OLX site in this morning to purchase a car in that airline services named was added some photos of car and prized sell for Rs.1, 50, 000 and then I contacted him he called me then then the final cost was fixed for 1, 50, 000 after that they told the car will come from airline transport vehicle because I am army person and he sent some ID proof and address then he told to pay as advance as 3150 and next order I paid till 15999 and 19999 which In that 39, 150 will be refunded after Meikle reaching you like that all the process was done but till now is there no vehicle was arrived and like this I got fraud by this please suggest me what to do next. One of my account was blocked. No warnings nothing. Till date i don't have an idea why was it banned. I continued with my other phone number. Even that's blocked when i referred the first phone number. Insane. Why will i use this app? I am a buyer looking for some products. Hope this is not a military site, where secrecy is o[censored]tmost importance

I became a victim on 4 Jan 2020 by a olx user named thomas. I was selling office chairs for 30000 and he saw my phone no from olx and called me . We had done the deal for 20000. Then he told ne that have you ever used a swipe machin payment method. As i was not aware about it so i said no and he contacted me on whatsapp and sent a QR code with 1 rupee.. he told me to scan the qr in your phone pe and you will get 1 rupee... It is just for the confirmation that the payment is going to right person... So after scanning it asked for the upi pin and i entered it as it was only 1 rs...first 1 rupee was deducted from my account then again it got credited and also i got 1rupee credited by the fraudster having the name on phone as mahaveer suman. As i said that i got the 1 rupee then he send me 2000 rs QR code, then same thing happened, i scanned the qr but then amount not credited on my account... My 2000 rs was debited.. so he told you have entered it late you have enter it again you will get 6000rs credited.. as i want to bring my 2000 back i tried once again and again 2000rs got deducted.. But no money got deposited.. then i thought at it could be scam so i stopped the process and transferred my all money to my friend.. Again i called and told him to send the money back directly to my account then he told to switch the payment app to paytm.. scan the QR there it will get credited... As i know the same thing will happed i disconnected the call and reached to the nearest police station.. They told me that it the matter of cyber crime..

I have both the mobile no of the fraudster..
And the name shown in the whatsapp is shrikand shrimant ubale...
I searched for name on google then i realized i m not only the one... So thought i should also report the complaint and make the people aware..

I also gave the call recording .. phonepe statement, upi address of the fraudster..

I saw a iphone se on olx, it was priced about 6000.I called Him and he told he will give it for 4000. He sent photos of phone. I got doubt on him. He told he is from Indian army and he had profile of Indian army man.when I said I believe you, he told send me parcel amount, I will send phone..after checking phone send money.i told my friend to send him 200 rupees.Then he sent some photos of Indian army parcel department(I don’t know whether it is or not) and he told me to pay 1800.when I asked why should I pay now he told 50% I have to pay.So he told some how manage to pay 1000 rupees.i asked my friend to pay 1000 rupees. He told it will reach by 6 pm. Then one of my friend told and sent this link. So I started to google I got same photos of army man with same name in
YouTube also.So I got to know he is a fraud.His actual name is Mohan Kumar.

He is fraud, he told that he is sending parcel pay the money,
Now after I paid 17, 775 Rs which is more than amount of mobile, He refused to send and now not picking up phone..
I saw already one complaint on this site about him. I paid money through paytm. And done multiplt transactions on different numbers.
Took my money please help me to get back

Police do something please

Olx has suspended my olx account which i had created with a mobile number.
There is no any proper reason of suspending me.
I do not think that i had violated their terms and conditions.

They have banned my mobile number.

I contacted the customer care number but the person did not tell me the exact reason of banning my number.

Kindly resolve this issue.

I was order i phone x mobile from express marketing but they deliver me duplicate other mobile and i paid the amount before getting product. They were said that if the product is duplicate or any ther issue during delivery they will refund the amount in 24 hrs but now they are not refunding amount. There employee also talk with me in bad words and said that he dont refund. So please take action on them and requst you to help me for refunding. Please.

This guy contacted me saying he was intrested buying guitar from me and he told me to give paytm or google transfer but i did not had any account so i gave my friends number and told him u might receive payment in ur ac so he trap my friend by saying send me some money first then i will send double the money back hence we lost 5200rs and [protected] this is his number

He was cheated me in olx. I want this freeze so i will pay 3000 by swiping machine.. And he told me the swiping machine send u one scanner.. Plz scan and my amount will create ur account..
I will scan scanner.. And suddenly deducted my account 11000.. This customer whatsup dp is india army.. So i trusted him but.. He cheated me.
This customer unverified i'd in olx and he cheated other customers..

I posted an ad for sell of steel cupboard. I received a call from so called Rahul (Mob No [protected]) I insisted for cash payment. In spite of this he asked me to accept payment through UPI Paytm and instantly sent a QR code on WhatsApp asking me to scan it to receive payment. I refused to do so. He was insisting that he had sent Rs 2000 and said that press the pay button. He further said that if I do not do so he would lodge a complaint with police. I have told him not to phone or send any message on my no. I have posted similar message on OLX and also on his WhatsApp. It appears that this so called Rahul is suspicious buyer. This incident is brought to your notice for necessary action.

My account has been banned without any reason I was login or registered with my no. Plz remove banned
My email already banned they I try with my no. Now my no. Also banned after I was try with my moms no. After some time it also banned without any reason and after I try with my brother email they banned me why without reason it’s happed
I want to ask u if someone report about u coz iam not ready for selling my product it’s mean u can banned me
