Confirmed on 28 k for the honda bike dio. As he told he is in army so not possible to meet. He told he would send in my address next day and told me to pay 3k for the parcel to be delivered. Next day he called me and asked to pay half the amount for delivery. So i paid as i believe in indian army. Few moments later he called me again to pay the full amount to make the complete challan. I confused little and i paid the same. Again few moments later he told due to late payment fine has been imposed. This time i came to know that this is fraud.
I don't know what to do. Shall i complain to police. How can they be punished how can i get refund?

Sahil kumar, santosh kendre named person took 32500rs. From me on the naam of scooty by introducing himself as army person. And to make me believe so they send me there id proof also. I didn't get the scooty nor my money back. There contact nos. Are [protected] and [protected] through which they were calling me.. They are fraud. All though i have lodged a complaint against them in police station bt i know that nothing is going to happen they are fraud and they are not afraid of anyone.

I have called that guy named "Mohan Kumar" on True Caller it was showing "MOHAN KUMAR CISF" spoke with that person he said I will courier you the phone from Indian Army Military Courier Service, I don't need to pay any money now but when I send you the receipt you have to pay me the courier charges, I agreed and said ok, Then I have received the receipt on whatsapp for 440, so I have transferred 500, after an hour I have received call from Mohan Kumar he asked me to transfer 2000 as he needed in emergency, I thought the courier was on the way so I transferred the amount, in the evening I have received a call from the delivery man whose number was also mentioned on receipt and checked on true caller it was showing me "RAHUL SHARMA COURIER BOY MILITARY COURIER SERVICE" I thought it was genuine he asked me to send 3999 as a half insurance verification amount so that he receive the delivery message so he can deliver the same I called Mohan Kumar and he said let me talk to the courier service and after 10 min I received call again stating yes you have to do its army procedure which he wasn't aware, I said ok and transferred 3999 through Google pay to "RATAN SINGH INDIAN ARMY" after 10 Min Rahul Sharma the delivery man called and asked you have to pay 3999 more you have to pay the whole insurance amount for the verification, I again confirmed with Mohan Kumar and again he replied I will ask and get back to you and after few minutes I have received call from Mohan Kumar saying yes you have to do that and I again transferred the same amount, to “RATAN SINGH INDIAN ARMY” and then I thought now my mobile is 10 minutes away from me I wasn’t aware that this a scam going on after 10 minutes I have received call again from Rahul Sharma stating that I have did a big mistake the Insurance verification amount was 7999 so you have to transfer 4000” there I thought that this is a scam I tried to request Mohan Kumar to return back my money or to do something by his side he said don’t worry just wait for 40 days you will get back your money”
I know on olx there is warning not to transfer any funds before having the product, but I never thought that any one will be scamming in the name on INDIAN army
I am just posting this so that people can know that not to transfer any amount to anyone in the name of INDIAN ARMY not to get scammed like I got

I myself kirti suffered from a fraud done by a guy name was vikas patel, jai kishan he said that he is working in cisf posted on indore airport has being transferred to essar now so want to sell the whole furniture, so i contacted him he started taking the payment in google pay (1050+4100+4100+7000+5750= 22000/-) this much i have paid & got nothing... Even he is asking for 5100/- more when i said i don't have this much of amount then he started abusing me and behaving with me, i m a college student belongs from a middle class family i know how i have arranged that amount.. I have just made the payment by trusting on his profession that he is from army but i got cheated.. I don't know now how to arrange this amount and give it back to my parents.. Please do something against these guys they are faking all o[censored]s. These are the no. By which i got the calls vikas-[protected], jai kishan - [protected], google pay - [protected], phonepay - [protected]..

We have been cheated by a buyer (He wanted to buy the dinning table of which we posted an ad) who claimed to work in indian army. His name is sohan. He tricked us into a scam and rs 24, 900 was debited from our account. He kept on sending qr codes and asked us to transfer which would be refunded by him. But there was no refund and now he's making excuses and not returning the money. As we don't have any contact details apart from the phone number, we are unable to take any stern action. Kindly help. Today i offered one garment for sale. I immediately recvd a call from [protected] whatsapp [protected]. The lady buyer asked my phonepay number and told to scan the qr code sent by her.

I refused to scan the same and requested to make the deal in cash or bank transfer if she likes the product, but she denied to take the product in cash or bank transfer.

I assume it as new type of scam or mischievous cause.

I had posted old items bed and washing machine on olx india for sale. I got a call from sanjay singh : [protected] called himself army man and shown his interest in buying both items at agreed price of 6k but he told payment he do using phonepe voucher of 6000 rps. The voucher he received from army so eventually i agreed to accept. Although i never used phonepe app earlier hence same person requested to download and help him. After i agreed to accept payment using vouchers he himself called and asked to scan vouchers of 5 rs first. I scanned and got 5 rps credit in my account then this guy sent me a voucher of 4990 and asked to scan again this time i noticed money debited from account hence i didn't proceeded further to scan next voucher of 1000 rps. I had a lesson that this guy done fraud of 4990 using phonepe app on[protected] @11:35 pm.

He make a call for my laptop and he said he will buy...
And "he send me to a person if he said ok i will buy from you"
Later on he take money from that person who i met and now i ask him for my laptop and he said i already paid to balaji
I think his mother and father is no more and he made all these things for his jalsa.. S
Finally i understand he is alone he just make some contacts and he will do like this... And late he lift my call and he said i did this intentionally i got shocked.

He said he will pay money tomorrow and you can take laptop tomorrow like this.

I have been a subscriber with olx for many years, having bought and sold products through their website numerous times.
I have assisted their fraud team to identify fraud cases and have had some accounts blocked.in spite of this, without any notification, my account was suspended today. As a result, i'm at risk of losing almost rs 57000 as i had offers from three buyers for a phone, three watches and a laptop.
It's very frustrating...

Up15cl9396 owner - mr rahul (Working in indian army) s/o suresh pal, house7, 0, vill-iklota, modipuram, meerat, up-250110. His adhaar card no.[protected]. Mr. Rahul contacted me so many times and taken us in confidence and finally i have paid rs.1, 33, 000/- to shri ram vilas vide account no.[protected], ifsc code pytm0123456 as advised by rahul. Later i understood that i have frauded by them. I have believed them only because of olx.

Therefore, it is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken to get the money refund and steps may be taken against them as defame the name of reputed company like olx by defrauding the amount of nidy people of this country. All the documents which were sent by them are being sent herewith for ready reference.

All my ads are old.. They are activated for months... Suddenly today my account is suspended... Olx helpline not existed anymore...[protected].

I don't understand why suddenly is this happening... This is my old account... Never face such problems... This is humiliation... Want justice.

I had account in olx. I have created this account only to sell my flat. I have posted my ad with olx on 21st november 2019. My advertisement was active till 28th november midnight. After that it was banned for no reason. I got shocked as i didn't misused the site or i don't have any commercial motive. I tried to contact customer care but it is always buy. And per minute call rate is 9 rupees. Even i tried to post ad from other number still faced same issue kindly help me my number: [protected]

I want to buy old iphone, so i create an olx account and chat with approx 10 iphone sellers, i need to chat with more people because not most people were didn't want to write on paper with revenue ticket that they are selling iphone to me, but i want to follow procedure, so i talked many iphone sellers, but i don't know why olx blocked/suspended my account. My olx account is banned for no reason and without any notification i am just trying to sell my clothes what's wrong in it. I did nothing wrong if they have any problem regarding my account at least they should inform me about the problem. How can they be so rude. I want register a complaint against them otherwise they have to tell me about my issue.

I was about the upgrade my property related ad... I paid money for monthly plan rs 999... N all of a sudden everything vanished.. They received my payment n next second they banned my account?.. How is it fair?? U guys do whatever u want... Many times ads got deleted aftr payment.. What the hell is happening?? I have other electronics;mobile related ads too... Most of them are paid ads... I want my account back at any cost

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site. I had pur my phone twice and both the times my account was banned. I even messaged the customer service but no reply. I was browsing from my olx website and suddenly i got logged out. When i try to login, it says my account is banned. I don't understand the reason. I used olx frist time and was going close a deal when my account got banned. I made the account with real name and it was mobile verified too. Please look into the matter.
