Hello, my AD ID - [protected], Coworking & chill point - I'm facing 2 problems.

First, my ad is not showing in the top position even though I've Posted the the ad around 20/03/23 & noone else has posted ad after me & its showing the posting date of 24/02/23. I request you to move my ad in the correct position.

My account has been banned for no reason at all, I was not using Olx since a long time and now I stared to use it again but I’m not able to login it says my account is banned, I have Neither posted an ad or connected any one on Olx to buy anything in a few years but my account is banned, I don’t know why....

Please close this fraud case, I was saved from being fraud please secure this from fraud...

I have been using OLX and have paid 349 rs to post an AD and it went live. Right after 15 minutes, AD got removed and I was not able to login to my OLX account and it stated account banned.
I emailed the OLX support team and I have been keep on getting the standard template as a reply such as ' Account banned due to suspicious activity', 'Account banned due to breach of terms o[censored]se'. When I am responding them every time to explain...

I purchased a package on Olx to post 3 Car Ads on Feb 15th 2023.It was not mentioned anywhere that the Ads has to be used within 30 days from the date of purchase or that I can only post the Ads from the location I select when posting the Ad.
I stay in bangalore and I purchased the Ad when I was in Kochi and when making the purchase there was only one area that asked me to enter a location just under the section that asks the category...

I sold car on OLX Auto in the month of Aug'22. In spite of regular follow-up RC transfer pending even after 240 days. Registered many complaints to customer care but no one is responding. It's really a bad experience I faced ever. Please look into it and resolve ASAP.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some crystal items to sell and service to sell phone number is [protected]...

My car was sold to Olx autos on 6th September 2022. They hold an amount of Rs 12000 from total amount that was to be given during RC transfer. The maximum TAT for RC transfer was 180days but more than 200days have passed, no confirmation have been given by Olx autos regarding RC transfer and holdback money. Neither their deal representative Puneet Trivedi is responding nor their customer care is helping....

I have been using my OLX account, chatting with sellers at a due care, meanwhile i encountered many fake persons too there are. But last night OLX suspended my account just for sharing my phone number....
