Everyday i am receiving unwanted calls from olx cars asking whether i want to sell any cars. Initially i explained them that i bought a brand new car recently so no need of selling and buying cars.

Earlier i got one call everyday now it’s irritating a lot they started calling me three or four times everyday. Most irritating habit is they start speaking in Hindi they don’t even have common sense o[censored]sing English.

    I have a Ad for selling furniture and other household items from Indian army transport service in Shamshabad. Person with name Mr Pramod Kumar ([protected]) has spoke to me and told to pay 20% of bill and next day he told to pay Rs.3500/- for GST and PO charges. I paid Rs.3500/- through Phonepe then he told he want 2 receipts for Rs.3000/- and Rs.500/- separately and asked to send again Rs.3500/- he will refund amount at the time of delivery. I have transferred amount to Khushi ([protected]) on PhonePe.

      I sold my Skoda Kushaq on 13 Aug 2022. Its been more than 6 months and my RC is not transferred. I have been calling the OLX autos Customer Care number since last two months with more than 10 Calls.
      I get a very cosmetic response that an update will be provided within 24 hrs, and then no call from anyone.

      I have been asking about the RC transfer since long time. But nothing happens.

        Suspended for no reason

        I wanted to buy a camera so spoke with many people to get a sony camera at a reduced price, but i got suspended for no reason this is unfair by all means, olx sucks!...

        I John Silvion Miranda thereafter called the user handed over my Maruti Alto K10 VXI AMT HR26CW7325 vehicle to “Sobek Auto India Private Limited (OlX Auto ) thereafter called the dealer against the purchase of the said vehicle.

        The OLX car purchase dealer took possession of the said vehicle on 27 Oct 2022 and handed a possession letter dated 27th Oct 2022 ( Time 9.00pm) .

        It had been assured by the OLX car purchasers that the transfer of R.C of said Car would be executed promptly after taking possession in the RTO records, however, till date transfer of ownership of said Car has not been affected by your company even after a lapse of almost 6 months.

        Whereas, in the possession Letter dated 27 Oct 2022 in regard to Said Car No. HR26CW7325 issued by you/your Company, therein it has been specifically mentioned that “Sobek Auto India Private Limited( Olx Autos) will be responsible for any damage, loss or liability after haven taken physical delivery of the vehicle and till it’s transfer is effected in the RTO records”.

        In view of contents as mentioned in the said possession letter, you/your company is liable for any consequence w.e.f. 27 Oct 2022 till its transfer is effected in the RTO records. At present the Insurance is due for renewal and the Insurance company has been sending me reminders in this regard. It is your sole responsibility to make such payments or any other liability that may arise due to prolonged delay in the transfer.

        Kindly make payments that arise due to delays from your end send me an update on the present status of the said vehicle and ensure the transfer without futher delays.

        Awaiting your prompt action and response in this regard.

          I had opened my OLX account with my verified mobile number [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com. I had posted my Car for sale and while interacting with a customer a sudden message appeared that your account is banned. There was no reason told. Being a responsible citizen, ibring to your notice that while i had uploaded my post foe srlling my car..i was spammed by OLX calls and when i refused to entettain them the account was banned. Kindly restore the account [protected] immediately unless you donot want people to sell items on your platform

              I have sold my car in 2017. Made a mistake by posting add on olx that time. From 2017 onwards at least two calls i get till date (2023) from olx. I made sure that I removed add, I requested olx customer care, olx agency callers to remove my number from the database. But those dumb nonhuman people kept on harassing me and my privacy every now and then. Am so depressed and worried. I had to change my number across all financial institutions of my interest. I don’t know what should I do as next step to stop these calls. I will definitely complain wherever possible but no hope.
              These third party agencies are the worst ones from north. It’s irritating to hear their background sound and spoils the day.
              To make sure they are still associated with olx in real, I did a test. I now agreed with them that yes I want to sell the car I sold in 2017.( because I don’t have any car now). Around 4 people called me for verification then They immediately transferred case to real olx care. Olx again took all details and then arranged an inspection. Right now a inspection guy is waiting for me from last 1 hour near the address I gave, for inspecting my illusionist car. Point here is the third party agency is still works with olx officially but they don’t delete your number saying it’s already marked.
              One last chance to olx. Otherwise I will keep spreading this idea of wasting your time and money too to compromise on my suffering. I’m sorry to the inspection person.

                Hi,

                This is regarding the sale of my vehicle to OLX Autos (India) on 16th March'23.

                As confirmed by OLX autos sales team, I am supposed to receive a voucher coupon considering the price my vehicle got sold and taken over by OLX.

                I am been following up for close to 3 weeks not, with zero response from OLX. They seem to be only interested in taking over vehicles and conveniently ignored other assurance.

                Can you/someone pl. assist in escalating this to the right contact at OLX India.

                      i went on olx and posted my advertisment and while posting OLX gave me option of featured advertisment for 30 days for 3 ads and i bought the package for 1999 INR.

                      my first advertisment posted as featured successfully . but when i tried my second and third advertisment the bulk package didnt applied. when i reached olx over email i got no response, when i talk to the support center i was told we are sorry you have activated the package and it is limitied to just that sub category from your first advertisment. They just said sorry and not even bought excalation manager on call when requested.

                      i am attaching screenshots of their advertisment which a user see while making a purchase . Not a single word mention here that this will allow you to post only in this category/sub category.

                      i dont want my money back just make my other two advertisment featured

                        I am getting frequent calls from OLX Auto enquiring my interest in selling my car. When I have told them several times not call me as i am not interested in selling the car. Despite my request, they make this annoying calls regularly.

                        I have updated my DND option with Airtel. Even after i update this, i am getting this calls.

                        Can we take any legal action against this company?

                          I sold a smart phone last year, explained everything to the buyer n offered a reasonable price for the product as the charger of the product was damaged I lowered the price of the actual amount but after successfully selling the product soon my account suddenly got banned n when I confronted the buyer about it he told me that he reported me because of the damaged charger which I already have told him about n even lowered the price due to this n those olx team they simply banned my account without any reasonable proof n so I humbly request OLX to kindly ban people when only they have reasonable proof n not to ban they user blindly. I hope this being some sense in ur brain cells.

                                My account is suspended without any reason or giving any information.
                                Yesterday I tried to open my olx account registered with my personal contact number that is [protected] and the full KYC is done for that account. I had a fully verified account with all my details. And I found out that my account is suspended. No communication from olx side no email no explanation for why my account is being suspended. No option to raise my complaint.
