This same man did a fraud with me of rs24, 000/- by the name parveen kumar, currently being posted in jammu.
Same way as the above person has mentioned.
In my eagerness to get my money I kept falling for it and more money kept getting deducted .
Have posted the images of the cards he sent me.
I just happened to google the name that he had given and found that he has cheated others as well.

It's your responsibility to take action when people report such fraud, although I understand not much can be done in the beginning but when it comes to such scams OLX should use their legal team to ensure/gain clients, customers trust!

To add to this scam, they are not only scamming innocent people but also ruining name of the defence personal of this country! Please don't tolerate this and take strict action.

Someone has to take ownership of this, either the banks who fail to track these people, Paytm, banks, telecom services providers and you have to be on top of this to ensure your clients safety else no one will trust OLX in future.
I have enclosed the number that I have felt with for such bikes, I have not lost any amount in this but I have lost complete faith on Quikr and olx.

Parmil Kumar called me for OLX deal on Actival 5G -- 7 months old. He has shared all the documents of the vehicle and himself which includes pan card, adhar card, army grocery card. He has asked me to deposit rs 3100 in paytm account. I was little confused that asking me to transfer in someone else account and he said that transfer will be done through army transport to your doorstep. However when i checked online i figured it out it's a fraud.

Hence please be careful while doing any online transaction, please visit the location verify documents in person and then you can deal.

This three account were banned without any prior warning or notice.
Is this fair from olx??
They are not banning fraud indian army mobile phone sellers even after complaining.

This is unfair for me as an olx user.
At least i should know my conduct.
Because it becomes very annoying when anyone's 3 account gets banned

An olx user named manoj sharma working as an army personal (As told to me) showed interest in buying a watch from me. Then he asked for my google pay qr code for payment. And asked to follow instructions. Then asked my password and i lost rs 8000 first. Then when i asked about the problem he told that was a mistake and he will refund. Then told me that the minimum balance should be 5000 in my account for me to receive any money. So i deposited 5000 more in my bank. Then he asked me to tap on a link and i lost all my savings bank balance.in total he robbed me of rs. 16000. Please help me. I can send all the transaction details. All my hard earned money lost. I am in a big mess.

I had posted an ad on 28th of september 2019 to sell a sofa set of rs.7000. On the next day 29th september a call from a buyer came and introduced himself as an indian army member name ravi kumar prajapat and said he is interested to buy that tv for 6500 and wanted me to accept the payment first before checking the sofa and one person from his side will pick up the item from my home next day. He, again insisted me to accept his proposal of sending me money through swipe machine. I accepted his offer and agree to get payment from his swipe machine. He said i had to approve the request and the money will get deducted from his account. But this didn't happen. He first made a purchase request of rs.5 and when i approved it through gpay i saw a deposit of rs.10 was made to my gpay. Then he made purchase request of rs.6500 rs get deducted from my account itself and deposited to his account. Then he made another transaction of 13000 and said accept the request fast otherwise this money will get a transfer into his account. Again 13000 credited in his account. But that confident fraud man made me believe that it will get debited from my account and then it gets credited with the same amount. This happens again and again and i lost my rs19500 money in this fraud. But he makes me believe that he will return my amount back by the next morning because he had to go to some place. Till now the the person trying to convincing me by sending various amounts of purchase request which i stopped approving from my gpay. I made a legal complain already. Hope so i'l get my money back.

I have received call from the cell no. [protected] on the name of mandeep singh. He mentioned that he is from indian army & while buying from olx by mistake gave cell number with one digit change. So he asked to provide otp, by mistake otp was shared by me. After that i have received message that your ad is live. But it is not given by me, kindly reject it from your end.in case if any further selling offer he posts then do not post it & delete the account of this name.

My 5000 rs are gone because of this car ad. I am very upset because of olx for promoting such types of ads.olx I[censored] really satisfy customers then give my money back.The seller name was shaker, he tells he works in Indian army but its not at all true.He first asks to pay 5000 for transport don't trust this ads the car number is below so people please be cautious with this type of ads

I was searching for scooty and i saw this ad... They asked for courier charges i sent it and then they refused to give it back. It happened an hour ago and i want an immediate action on it...[protected] this is the no. I contacted from and i want you guys to pay me for the loss that i had to face and investigate about it so no one will face the same problem...

Mr. Shail kumar who was called me for selling oppo f 11 mobile phone and demand advance money via google pay and paytm. He was telling me that he is in indian army and when i denied his demand then he used abusive word over phone call and cut mt call. So its my request all please dont give money in advance to any seller or share any private details.

Please dont pick any cal from this no. Or if anybody call and telling you that he is an indian army and want to buy/sell item, so please report this to local police station and report to olx. Also.

Suddenly i could not access my olx account. They have denied the access for no reason. I was using the site and chatting for genuine seller. My email id /login id is [protected]@gmail.com. My earlier complaint has been resolved without a response from the olx.

This is not proper for the olx site to block the access without mentioning any reason....

Today i could not access my olx account, email : [protected]@gmail.com. I am wondering why the olx team has denied access to my account without any reason. I was making choices from genuine seller by chatting. This is very unprofessional and unethical practice by the olx team..

People should be carefully know the credentials before accessing such sites.

I saw ad on olx ashish kumar khandelwal selling activa 4G in 25000 and after discussion I agreed to buy at 22000 and at that time he said he is working in a military at mumbai airport and I was working in hyderabad so I just paid 2000 as a tolen money and rest 20000 i said to pay when i will come mumbai next month. So when i came to mumbai on 26 sep i called him and i said i am comong to mumbai come to panvel he said ok. But after sometime i got the call feom delivery person he is saying that pay half amount as he is not getting clearance from army head quarter. So I paid him 10000 but after some time he called again and saying that there is some mismatch please pay full amount but i not agreed to pay but again seller ashish kumar khandelwal called and he said i am army person i will not lie plz pay the money u will get ur bike. After paying full amount again delivery boy asking 5500 this time i refused to pay and i didn't get my money or scooty. And i called to ashish khandelwal but he said i will not return the money.

I had an ad to sell led tv of amount 10000. One call from a buyer came and said he is interested to buy that tv for 7000 and wanted me to accept the payment first before checking the tv and one person from my side will pick up the item from your place next day. But he makes me believe that he will return my amount back by the next morning because he had to attend the marriage function of his friend. Till now there is no news from his side. I had enough of my patience and now i am going to file an fir against him. Hope so i'l get my money back.

I purchased a scooty from olx and the person selling it deals with me on phone sents me all his documents related to identity and all and saying he is from indian army and booked the scooty in the flight from pune in the name of indian army and he also sents me the receipt of booking and next day he calls me and said scooty arrived to indore airport now sent the money as soon as possible we are in hurry and we will deliver it to your location or u can pick that from airport and before we say anything he makes me very hurry and also i talk with the airport security checker and make me transferred money of rs 26000/- and after that we are unable to contact him.
This shows olx is not an authenticate site they don't registered genuine sellers and because of it customer is facing such type of severe fraud. Please take the action against olx and gave me justice

I have ordered a samsung galaxy note 10 plus from olx seller, but when i received the product it was a fake samsung galaxy s10 plus. I contacted the seller and i asked for the return and refund of my cash but unfortunately they do not pick my call nor do they reply my messages.

I felt surprise that, without any mistake my account with cell no. [protected] has banned and it doesn't allow me to login... Why so? If they don't wish to allow people post the group they should not promote so much in the media that: olx is best platform to sale and buy when they ban user without violate any such rule... So, pls allow my account if ban by mistake...

My account banned for no reason, i have add to sell my old cars and got good response and chat with genius users.
When tried to connect olx customer care, they refuse to explain why my account banned, and advice me to follow legal procedure like fir on police station etc.

Why not solve user problem on the spot.. Why so much irresponsible?

I have seen many olx user account has been suspended and later same account has been reactivated stating "we have incorrectly removed user...". If it is going to be. Who is gonna do business on olx. Olx communication state chat history where buyer offer sell price to seller and wait for reply. What if deal will done?
Many people keep their favourite advertisement in favourite and save for view later. All will be washed off and no trade on olx and no marketing, less user of olx. Quikr is better than olx in today time. Everybody got chance or warning. Think about yourself and about your future. Its not about quality. Its about user.

So created account on olx. I posted ad & i was getting good responses.
I was logged out of my account on olx app and was asked to log in again. I tried to log in but my account was banned for no reason at all. I had logged in with google acc [protected]@gmail.com
