Sir my name is sanjay singh and recntly i saw an add of honda activa 5g scooty2018 model on olx. On contacting the seller he described that he was from indian army named vikas patel from hisar camp, haryana. Later on we contacted on whatsapp. He told me that the price of the scooty would be 28000 rupees. He messaged me his adhar card and canteen card as well as rc of the vechicle and said the parcel will be delivered within 24 hrs. I asked him that the name on rc is different so he told me that he puched it through the help of a friend and later on asked advance amount of rs5000, which i google paid him. Later after some hours the delivery guy called me told me to pay half amount for further processin. And after some time they told me to pay full amount for clearance and the parcel will be reached to me within 30 min. I google paid the remaining amount to them. At last the guy told me due to delay in actions for payment i have to pay rs 10000 as security money which will be refunded. I paid the that amount and the delivery guy told me that parcel will reach you by next morning. But nor i have got the parcel and neither they are picking up my phone.
The total amount which i paid was rs 38000.

Actually i send 3150 rupees via paytm to army guy who hand said me courier charges for iphone 7 plus i said bhaya apki id sab kuch bhejo then he sended every thing aadhar pan and liquor card and later with in 2hours he said my phone will come so i waited until 5 hours nothing came so please resolve my problem i have no phone thats why i interested to buy a phone at less rate all my money was lost because of a fraud one please solve my problem

मैंने(गौतम यादव) ने Olx mobile app पर एक आर्मी ऑफिस(विकास पटेल)ठग के द्वारा डाले गए प्रचार के माध्यम से बात किया जिसमे वो अपनी हौंडा एक्टिवा बेच(35000/-) रहे थे।

मैंने उनसे कॉन्टेक्ट किया तो डील फ़ाइनल(25000/-) हो गया।
उसके बाद विकास पटेल ठग ने अपने बारे मैं कई डॉक्युमेंट(संगलन) भी दिया।
1) कैंटीन स्मार्ट कार्ड no. GA[protected]U00,

2) आधार कार्ड NO[protected], DOB-13/03/1992

3) Indian Union Driving license
Madhya Pradesh State
No.MP[protected]

कुछ घण्टे बाद ठग द्वारा 1500/- पार्सल ट्रांसफर रुपए मांगी जो मेरे द्वारा दे दी गई। (paytm to paytm)

1) Paytm no. [protected] पर ट्रांसफर किया गया। ( जो किसी "राहुल कुमार" ठग द्वारा संचालित हैं।)

फिर ठग और रुपए की मांग की जो की 1650/-की थी, वो भी दे दी गई (paytm to paytm)

1)फिर paytm no.[protected] पर ट्रांसफर किया गया

कुछ और घंटो के बाद उन्होने बताया की डिलीवरी मेन (ठग)( मोबाइल no.[protected]) आप के घर से 5-6 किलोमीटर दूर हैं। मुझे और रुपए चाहिए जिससे इंडियन आर्मी की gmail अकाउंट खुल सके, नहीं तो वो नहीं आएगा।

फिर मेरे द्वारा 20000/- का कोटक बैंक से NEFT( संगलन) किया गया।

जो मेरी तरफ 100/% successfull रहा।

लेकिन उन्होंने कहा नहीं मिला। और आपको तुरन्त imps करना पड़ेगी अभी के अभी।

फिर मेरे द्वारा imps 20001/- रुपए भी क्या गया। जो उनको मिला।

लेकिन फिर उन्होंने 11500/- माँग की और मुझसे।
लेकिन सुबह से रात के 9:00 बज गए लेकिन कोई भी पार्सल नहीं आये।

"उनके द्वारा मुझसे 43, 150/- एक दिन में ठगे गए।"
(बैंक details साथ लगा दी हैं।)

"क्या वाकई ये इंडियन आर्मी के ऑफिसर हैं या कोई और???" कृपा पता लगये...

अतः उनके द्वारा कोई भी रुपए वापिस नहीं दिया जा रहा हैं,
कृपा करके समस्या का समाधान करे तुरन्त।

I came across an advertisement on OLX selling a second hand scorpio. After getting in touch with the individual we agreed to the sale price of 2 lac 40000 Rs . This indiviual sent us his i.d. proofs in the name of Mr Vikas Patel. He asked me to pay 7100 as courier charges. He then sent me a fake bilty following which after every 3 hours I would get a call from a person claiming he is the driver and the courier company asking for the following payments. GPS:11, 199 MRP:18, 199 Security :31, 199 which was also mentioned on the bilty. Thereafter they were further asking for 22000 Rs as transfer charges which I didnot pay. The following are the no's of the individuaks I spoke with:

I was promised that all these amounts would be adjusted in the price of the veichle.
I am attaching all the details of the transaction which have rersulted in me losing 67697 Rs.
I am writing to you to get resolution for the same and prompt action be taken against fraudulent sellers and my money be reimbursed immediately . I am also in the process of lodging an FIR against both the individual and olx.
This incident happened over the course of 2nd and 3rd of August.

Rawat associate is the biggest thug and fraud in the maidan garhi area. Beware of this scamster property dealer guys. It is near to the agarwal sweets on main ignou road and has a team of around 3-4 people on olx with different names including some girls. Never pay him any amount in the advance. They cheat customers as well as owners. Record all his conversation on your cell phone. They never give you your security money back.
P. S. - even in worst case scenarios, do not approach this fraudster.
He took 12500/- inr from me and now he is threaten me and misbehaving with my sister also

I bought the package of post 250 add on 9th july 2019 in my mobile no. [protected]. Sale representative told me you will get 3 featured add with this package, and he also asked me about location and adds category. I 2nd time purchase package from olx. So i have no enough idea about posting.
Sales executive told me you select one location for featured add, at time i selected kolkata location for 3 featured add in over phone withh mr rakesh. At time he can say you never post same adds in same location.
But dd not guide me, my 2 featured add in moderate now, today is last day of my adds package validity. I am not able to contact with mr rakesh (Sales manger) also.
So i am requesting you to please give my 2 featured add to post in another location as earliy as possible.

I had put up a nike football boots for sale on olx for 5500rupees and i was contacted by this person who claims to be a part of the indian army. Me without knowing the fraudulent behind this believed in what he said. He told me that he has sent me the money and so i had to transfer the money from my another account to my account in order to receive the money. I did so and didn't receive the money. Then he sent me a request for 1000 rupees and asked me to pay him that and he would pay the money in total together. Believing him to be an army officer and to be a man of his word i trusted him and sent the money. And said that he hasn't received the money but i could see it in my phonepe transfer history that the money was transferred and the amount had been credited to his account. But he tells me it hasn't been credited and told me that these charges might have gone through the transaction chargers. I asked him to pay me the 1000 rupees and told me that he will pay it by morning and he hasn't still paid me. He is an absolute fraud. The number from which he had contacted me was +[protected]. I hereby request olx to kindly block the user and help the other users from being cheated further. I will be dealing with the cyber department of the police asap.

But i was not know that olx also have fake enterprises registered with them
Please remove that

For sure will file complaints against both
For misleading
For fraud and all

In olx i am massaging peoples to exchange with my phone. I didn't post any ad in olx account. Some people are ready to exchange, suddenly my account is without any reason. My olx email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Please solve my problem early and fastly. I had also send an e-mail to olx india but they didn't reply my email. Olx has banned my 2 account.

At least olx should send some email confirming or thankyou email for buying a car from me. Atleast they confirm how much they buy it from me with vehicle number/rc number/other details. Olx should follow some professional ethics or they should include some process.

I have posted the add for my mobile on olx and with in 30 minute i get one call from rahul sharma number : [protected] he asked me about my phones and he is ready to purchases my phones in mentioned amount in my add.
He said he want phone urgently but he can not able to come because he is not available at ahmedabad. So said he said transferring advanced amount via google pay. My mobile charges is 9000 and is said i am transferring 7000 and one of my servant (Name :rohit) will come and collect the mobile and give the remaining amount (It's 2000) i said ok.
Than after he said send me your google pay qr code so i can transfer advance amount i said no need to give qr code you just search my name or number in google pay you will find my enough detail to transfer money than he said "aap padhi likhi ho qa is required" i said i have network issue i am not able to send qr code than he said no worry whenever you able to send just send it.
Than after 10 minute my husband called him and again ask his name than he said my name is manoj sharma we were confuse but he said i am brother's of rahul sharma so surname was same so we think we are doubting undauntedly.
Than i have send my qr code to receive money than what he did he is requesting me from some account name "lalu yadav" 5000 and called me and say go to all transaction in google pay and approve lalu yadav request and before 1 minute i received one text sms "dear customer, lalu yadav has requested money from you on your icici bank app. On approving the request, rs 5000 will be debited from your account." i was shocked
Than i called back and told him i don't want to do any online transaction if you are interested than meet me and give total cash payment he replied no not possible and call ended. He is totally fraud person.

I got cheated by a person who has introduces me as mr. Srikant (M: [protected], [protected], [protected]) as cisf constable. He posted one add for mobile selling in pune for a mobile (Apple iphone se).

While asking a reason for selling he told he wants to buy a new phone and needed urgent money. To prove himself genuine he sent me his cisf id & adhar card photo.

You give my a/c no and i am send a boy take your phone and i will payment online and then i send my google a/c and then he fraud my a/c and 9000/ amt debited her account. Her custmer contact no - and whatsap no - [protected]

I received a mail from representative that rc will get transferred within 3 months,
It has been more than 3 months and rc is still on my name.

I mailed about this to the representatives but have got no response from them.

Please let me know when will the rc be transferred?

This to inform that rawat associates is run at ignou road in saket as a fraud, they promised a lot and asked to pay inr 500 where he was available to refund inr 250 once he is unable then shown some of the worst room in saket then said come after 2 days then i will show the room to you, when we asked him brother what about the promises he made then he started to talk in a goon way, its very sad to see he have multiple fake accounts and already few people have raised complaints against him and still he is able to run his fraud show with every client he gets, his contact number for now : +91-[protected].

Got cheated from Delhi seller, I was looking for iPhone XR. Saw an advertisement for 24k and msgd the seller as it was mentioned genuine product, unlocked, sealed, 7day replacement, refund policy etc. Order came in expressbees couriers and I paid 20k cod. After opening I came to know that I got cheated. It was dead old phone, no proper bill. I contacted the seller immediately and asked to refund. He said he'll refund but no money received. I have the screenshots.

I had an ad selling some household items. My complaint is regarding a olx payment that i was accepting using google pay for the first time. Some person contacted me to buy my product and asked me to use google pay as it is easy to use. I downloaded and opened up an account and was following his instructions trying to receive money from him. But i didnt realise that actually he was requesting me for an amount and i accidently made a payment of rs. 3000. After this he requested for more money when i realised something is wrong and asked what actually he is trying to do. And he disconnected the call.
