Sir I have lost my money because of the fraud seller named as Vikram wagmar in olx he was selling mobile vivo v11pro for 15000 and he said to send me 2000 security deposit I did but again he asked to pay 9000 or else u won't get the mobile I made it again he said 4000 and 5000 again 4000 and again he took from my debit card from this olx Don't verify the seller properly I am in heavy loss

I am not registered with olx. I have not used olx before. I am getting calls on my airtel mobile, asking me about an advertisement "selling usd". I have no idea about this. Can you pls check and take necessary action to delete the ad. Since i do not have an olx account, i cannot even see where the ad is, what it looks like, and under which category it is posted. So i have selected "business & finances" which may or may not be correct.

I wanted to buy a redmi device on olx yesterday and i found this man selling it for 8.5k i texted him asking it for 7.5k. His olx name was 'ok' he shared his number and asked me to text on whatsapp. He agreed to sell it for 7.5k and even after forcing him a lot he refused to give it in person and said that he would be sending it via army post and sent me a slip askin me to pay 820 advance. I did so trusting him as he's an army person. He said it would be delivered in 2 hours. Later when the conserned person called me about the delivery he forced me to complete the file by paying the remaining amount. And he asked me to pay another 6.8 k saything postal charges and stuff. I did so only because he sent me his army id pictures and aadhar card pic. Even after i paid he refused to deliver and started saying some crap about gst and asked me to pay another 5k. I understood that there's something wrong and i said i won't be able to give that amount. He started reducing it to 3k 2k and even came down to 500. Even when i refused to pay that and asked him to cancel it and refund. He said it would take 1 month. I was helpless.
All transactions were through paytm
First 820+ and then 6800. Total of rupees 7620.

Dear sir my name is mansoor, last time install ur app and search icloud unlockers. I find one mrs chethan he from belgam. His contact number is [protected]. He told for unlock icloud charges 2500 rs i send the money 2500rs then he told its little coastly. Then i send 500 extra. The he switched off.
Then i search another one olx and get one mr manish kumar singh he from mp and his contact number is [protected]. He told for unlock 1650 rs and i send money then he also swiched off. I think olx all add is fraud. First time i am used and get 2 also fraud. What i do i want my money refund give me solution

I am ankit from gurgaon, i saw an add on olx for a one plus 6 mobile & seller is tamir tej kumar, moblie no- [protected] who shared me his army documents & told me that he will courier the phone through indian army courier service for that he asked to paytm 4000 to a number [protected] guy named chirag from his army office & courier boy called me that your phone reached & you have to pay the full payment, for that i totally paid 12000. after that he asked to deposit some security for phone delivery and asked me to pay 9250 but i paid 4000 only this time.after that he is not picking up my call, this guy already cheated to many more people, am sharing one people courier slip also, sir this guy still active in olx & trying to cheat many more people.

I requested to you please take strict action to this guy, otherwise he will cheated many more people.

I am a customer of olx for many years. As i already have 1 free adv running in olx in real estate (Pg & roommate) section, i paid rs.499 to you through google pay on17th december to post another adv.

Till now i did not get the effect of my payment. Please look in to the matter.

Payed amount to OLX seller Praveen N ( Prakasha - OLX name) but no product received,

On 14th Dec, OLX seller under the name Prakasha was selling Bose Revolve plus Bluetooth speaker .
I initiated OLX chat with him as I wanted to buy that speaker . We agreed on a price and he asked my contact number and then contacted me on watsapp .He gave his PAN card, DL as his proof claiming he’s genuine . Its attached to this complaint .and asked me to transfer money to his bank account . His bank details are :

Olx sent a message on 14th morning saying the seller is identified as a fraud and he’s banned from Olx . When contacted them they said to report this to the police and if the police need any information, they can send email to [protected]@olx.in, refer Olx complaint number : TS21938. And Olx will give more info on this seller .

For the past 3 days I’m trying my best to get money back, he is not willing to give my money back, he is giving some reason that he is not able to transfer, but he transferred 1/- successfully .

I’m requesting your help in this case as I m 100% sure he’s fraudulent and needs to be corrected. if not hard earned money and many others will suffer due to filthy criminals like him .

I was looking a macbook on olx then i saw a macbook with cheap price, i messaged him he replied give me your whats app nunber for details, then in whatsapp he said to give full address & have to paid in advance 10000 rupees, he is in america & am in india how can i pay to a unknown person. Actually this type of fraud are abuseing innocent people, & take money using olx, i have that chat conversation screenshot which i attached

I posted a ad to sell my ipad air 2. A person messaged me to share contact details then she asked me to ship the item to dubai and she will pay shipment charges also extra 4500 so i shipped the my ipad to the dubai address which she sent and told to send tracking id to there bank. Bank asked to pay 15000 for international transaction fees which i did and then later on i find that it was my biggest mistake and after that also they were asking me to pay 30, 000inr more for immediate transaction. Please be aware of all these frauds and please tell me what should i do after happening all this. They contacted me through nigerian number but asked to ship ipad to dubai as gift. I gave an addvertisement of my vehicle on olx. And i sold my vehicle to someone. But now i saw some duplicate addvertisement of my vehicle. And the person who has given that addvertisement, has been demanding money from the customer s. That person is giving more and more addvertisement of my vehicle. Now people's are coming to me and says that i have sold them my vehicle. So please take appropriate action against olx.

I am praveen, i need to get xiaomi mi 4k drone for aerial photography, so i searched for drone in olx. And i saw an ad regarding the xiaomi mi 4k drone and its location was mumbai and it price was rs.32000/- which was under my budget. So i decided to msg the number given in ad. A guy named suresh replied me that he has xiaomi mi 4k drone and he send me photos of the xiaomi mi 4k drone. After that i asked the address to get the item directly, but he replied i will ship the product through courier but before you need to pay rs.30% of total amount - in advance.
And i decided to send the 8300/- but with the condition that remaining amount will be paid after delivering the product. He agreed
Then i send the payment to his bank account. And after some time he replied your item is ready to ship and soon tracking details will be provided.

On the next day, he replied me with tracking details of product which is shipped. I thought that he shipped the item. Then he replied me in afternoon regarding that your product was held by customs and they need customs clearance document and insurance receipt, he said so you need to pay rs.25000/- for customs and also rs.5450/- for permit and after paying only the product will be delivered to u.

Basically xiaomi mi 4k drone needs customs clearance in india. But i defended that without seeing the product i will not pay. He forced me to pay those fees, i refused. After some time i got a msg from a guy regarding that he was customs officer telling that your product was held by us and u need to pay the fees.

After that i lended money from my frnd and sended the payment to account no which he was given.
When i tracked my product it says it was in transit.
And the he repiled me that you need to pay police permit for your product of rs.5900/- and after that only u will get the product.

I pay the permit fees and then again asked rs.12000/- for shipping and handling fees and saying after this payment only ur product will delivered.

After this i thought this will be scam and i defend it will not pay without seeing the product and i told "u deliver the product and then i will transfer the money". And the conversation goes on two days. I scolded him and suddenly blocked my number in whatsapp.

Two weeks gone suddenly i got a reply from new number of him about "will u pay the fees? Only then ur product will delivered". But i said only one thing "u deliver the product and then i will transfer the money". I traced his mobile number, the locations says delhi but he was telling i was bangalore.

But the all the numbers given by him locates delhi.

I lost around rs.42000/-

My 3 accounts on olx were banned, they were working fine till morning but now when i checked all 3 accounts are banned? For what reason may i ask?

I am from gujarat state and kutch district i never moved out of india i dnt even knw why i m banned as i always sell here!

I got a msg from a lady called marta elena. She wanted to buy my laptop posted on olx. We came on z negotiation. She told me that it was her son's birthday so she asked me to ship it. Marta even said that she will be doing a bank to bank wire transfer. These are the same nigerian people who are spread across olx n quickrr. I got an email from royal bank of scotland. I believed everything she said as i was new on olx n didn't knew these scams. The laptop is been delivered and i have been robed. She said she wanted the laptop asap for her son's birthday. I have lost money. Please help.

Sir i saw a phone on olx and i called the seller...he told me his name as vikas patel and told me he wants to sell his one plus 6t for rs 20000...i agreed he told me that he is an army man and should courier his phone...he told me that if you want this phone then you have to pay half payment before which is 10000 through i paid him 10000 after some time he sended me courier pics and called that you will get your parcel at 7 pm...then the courier boy called next day and told me i[censored] want your parcel then make all payment through paytm so i send him first 7000 and then 3000 after some time he called again asked me u have to pay 9150 for security deposit in which we will refund you 9100 and cut 50 for parcel i send them money again...then he called again and told me you paid wrongly u again have to pay 9100 seperately and 50 seperately this way i lost 38300rs...please help me sir i m a student i can afford loosing this much of money i got all my money from my friend...please sir please help me...please...number of courier boy is [protected] and that of vikas patel fraud seller is [protected] and patym number is [protected]...please help me sir...please how will i return this much of money to my friends

Ive been through a fraud of 18000 rs
A person name vilram wagmare took 18000 from my paytm saying that he hs iphone 6 with warranty sending hi votin card and indian army card please take this complaint very seriously and tell me how will i get my money back its a humble request to everyone not to get in this fraud don’t waste your money on this fraudsters i want you all to tell me quick how will i get my money back otherwise a strickt action will be taken
You need to verify the users before posting anything and 18000 rs is a very big amoung for me personally
