Myself Sudipto I am abroad now and asked my friend (Rakesh Patil) to sell the bike as not using it in Bangalore. So my friend advt in seller section and one guy named over call as Manjeet showed interested. He asked for bike paper and my friend send him the RC, tax and insurance paper over WhatsApp and after that he didn't acted and received the call. After few days back he stared posted my bike pics on olx and even after reporting the advt the person is creating an account and posting the pic of my Bajaj avenger 220streer green with KA51 registration. One person Nagaraj shown interest to the fake advt with same image my friend shared. Nagaraj then find me through RTO app and Facebook and checked the authenticity of the advt and I got message from the buyer nagaraj that are you selling you bike I am shocked to see this again. My friend already rasied complain (no. TS 19887)for such type of advt.
I want solution for this. Please look into the matter and please blocks those add which is having images of the complain raised. As the fake guy have 4-5 images of the bike that my friend shared.

On olx a person posted an one plus 6 ad using name vikas patel for rs.33000/- when i contacted him, he gave me his whatsapp number and asked to me message him. After texting him he immediately sent his canteen i'd card, aadhar card and driving licence. Finally after when i asked him to meet up he said he has been sent to hyderabad on other posting. He asked me to pay half the amount first and when i get the phone he asked to send the remaining amount. I've sent him money using paytm and he did send me an receipt (Fake) of courier which was given by overnite express. I assumed him to be a good person as he sent me his total i'd proof and phone bill. Next day the courier guy called me and said the person who sent the parcel has put your courier on hold. When i called the person vikas patel he said to pay the remaining amount then he will release the hold. Afterall getting so far i gave him the remaining amount using paytm. The next minute when i called to the courier guy his phone was switched off and the person named vikas patel didn't respond well and kept me under blacklist. When i called the paytm number which i've sent money some other person lifted the call and saying wrong number. Sir kindly due notice the case and take immediate action.

Fraud seller on olx using indian army id proofs

There was a man who offered me 22000 for my camera which was listed as 25000 on olx.
He claimed to be from the usa and wanted to gift it to his son in india andhra pradesh

He told me that his bank will contact me for bank to bank transaction for safety of both o[censored]s.
The bank was chase bank.
And the email id was [protected]@chasebanktransfers.com
It looked very genuine which it was not
And it asked me to send the scanned copy of the shipping receipt from the courier partner.
I did that, he told me that tell the value of the product as 10000 as it will be easier for them to clear the customs with less duty. I asked for his whats app and id proof which he sent me.
The courier said the batteries should be totally discharged to be shipped but they were full so i asked the man if it was okay if i ship it without the batteries
I was surprised how easily he agreed over it. So
I sent him and the bank everything and the bank replied me thay it will not transfer the fund until they don't confirm it from dhl's website.
I was waiting for it to get active and receive my money
So while doing so i just casually googled the email address and i was really shocked to see pages and pages regarding the fraud of that bank on quikr and olx
They fool indians with fake bank disguise to which we have no way to contact!
I immediately cancelled the shipment and picked back my camera from dtdc.

I have been continuously trying to post a free ad of my house for rent and without any reason it is falling under the moderated column, i am a regular user of olx, and have never faced any issue as such, but this time its really irritating, i want the management to look through this issue as early as possible and resolve it so that i can continue trading or might have to shift to another site.

When he sent me the receipt of parcelling his bike through railway courier service (Booking no. D883299)

Copy of payment receipts i keep. When he sent me photos of receipts of parcelling his bike through central railway courier services - which seems original, i have deposited the
Money was deposited as he provided me photos of parcel receipts in my whatsapp number and those pics seem original in appearance and there was seal of indian railway also. The receipt of railway parcel service was found fake and he cheated me with those bills after the payment is done, he is not attending my phone calls and his mobile number is switched off. Now the bike is not delivered to me as he said in the parcel receipts.
I contacted police station in sadar and informed regarding the incident of fraud.
Here with the mail, i request you to help me in resolving the issue.

He showed 50000 more kilometre run my bolero and more money. So that i have lost one genuine buyer. Please take necessary action about fake adds. I am going for legal proceedings. I required compensation for that.

On 1st nov, there was an ad for home laptop by a fraud lady called indu jain. We trusted her words and made a payment of 5000. But we didn't get any response. She stopped picking the call. We lost our money. Her number is [protected]. Olx is allowing fraud people to cheat customers. Please take action. Otherwise we will take legal action against olx too....

I have found an add on olx india macbook air is available in rs.17500.00 only,

I had communicated with person on olx chat and exchanged contact details to lock the deal, transferred rs. 1500.00 as fee to send mack book by courier, then rs. 6000 after sharing hr courier slip, next day he asked me to transfer rs. 5000 for some emergency need of his fried i transferred rs. 1000, rs. 1000 rs.3000 after that he said the courier has reached delhi and asked me to transfer remaining amount to get the pa rs.3000. After that person asked me to transfer rs. 5100 more to get parcel delivered else the parcel will go returned back.

A person name jaikishan took rs.2500 and asking for full pament . He is saying that he has mi note 4 with warranty sending his aadhar card, pan card and army card. So i believe him. He said he is posted in haryana manlesar and i sent the money by depositing it to my account and he take it through paytm. Please take this complaint seriously. The money i gave him was the the money i save for months. And some of the money, i borrow from friends. Please olx help me to get back my money. I'm a student and rs2500 is a lot of money to me.
I'll be very please if you resolve my problem.

I got an offer from OLX named Jyoti Sadma and after my interest in buying Home Theatre He send me contact number [protected] for talking about product and payment I do 2000\- Rs Paytm from my account (two transections 1500 and 500) to his given no [protected] which was linked to speaker’s wallet and his wallet ID is [protected] on 13th October 2018. After this I prommice me to deliver it within 4 hours but he is not deliver till today and he put my both mobile numbers in Block list so I cannot contact him. Each and every time he is avoiding me by giving me different reason like my paytm kyc is not done, today is holiday, we are calling from Flipkart we are not cheater and put his WhatsApp profile with his picture on Flipkart ID. I mailed all the document with call recording to [protected]@gujarat.gov.in

So Please sir give me a proper guideline how do I refund my money and also request you to stop this type of ford people to do online cheating.

Dear sir,
My chats on plz are not visible. The column of chats is shown but there are no notifications about the new chats. The user is alerted only when the responder sends an email about it, but can't reply the response on the ads either as the chats doesn't show that chat. I tried to sort it out many times by uninstalling & installing the app several times, but the problem doesn't get solved. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com because of this i can't sell my product as i can't chat with the buyer. I am using olx for past 6/7 years, but never had to face such problem. Actually it used to be good platform for buying & selling materials. But now a day the standard has somehow come down due to many such reasons & excessive ads in the app being one of them. So pls try to improve on this front as there are still no other applications in the race. Moreover there is no facility in the app to complain such problems. So i request you to solve all these problems.

Actually I was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Sanjay Singh) for Rs 10000 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which I saw when I tried to lodge complaint against him online.

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through OLX site where he published for selling his mobile phone, from there he contact me and asked me to first transfer rs 940 to his paytm no. [protected], then I got a call from courier boy that your parcel arrived in Alwar and I have to pay rs 4000 than again he called that balance 4000 need to pay otherwise parcel will be returned and again yesterday evening I got a call to pay 1000 more and mobile will be delivered to me today morning. Today when I didn’t receive I searched online and found they are cheating peoples same way as I was cheated and many of the victims lodge complaint on complaint lodging site but resolution rating is only 3% which urges me to contact you directly.

Also to build faith he has shared his army id, pan card id, canteen id, aadhar id, photographs in army uniform of himself and 3 ~4 persons other and by seeing this one cannot disbelief.

Yesterday i was downloaded olx app. It worked properly, but today i am unable to login. Whenever i try to login it shows error unable to connect please check your internet connection.

We "the chennai computers" a regular client of olx, he was committed 40 feature ads + 250 normal ads for 16999/-, i have paid the same within 15 minutes and informed him, after that he was not picking my call and activated only 40 feature ads only, many times i tried his number, he is not attending my call, waiting for normal ads activation, he is always doing same only, this is 3rd time getting worst experience from him, we are loosing trust about olx india, kindly contact regard this issue at [protected] and solve my problem.

I have posted two ads regarding mobile phone but there was a error tha i have exceeded maximum free ad posting to i upgraded it buy paying rs.79 for 30 days, money was deducted from my account but my ad was still showing that error. For second time again i did transaction of rs.79 but still my ad is showing that error and is not active yet. U are doing a fraud and i will fill a complaint against it.
