Dear sir... With the advertisement on olx i contacted him and according to his discussion of the company policy i have paid rs10000 into his account with punjab national bank on[protected]... Till the moment he received the amount he was in touch with me... The next day onwards stopped responding... I tried to get him with the help of my friends in delhi... But he is responding in different ways. Now he switched off his phone...
It's ridiculous to find such people on online marketing field... I have attached the screen shots of the transaction details... Please see the matter and do the needful...

I sold mobile to a person who received it and yet not paid the money
Wen i told him to return the mobile to me, he stopped answering my calls n messages.
He told to give courier charges to return the mobile and wen i paid him, now he's least interested to reply.
I want some action to be taken against that person

The guyz name who cheated me is praveen i found him on olx about a post for selling redmi note 5 pro ..he said he is ready to give me phone for 9000/-..he said he is an army officer in banglore airport so he cant meet me personally so he claim that he will send me phone via courier .he send me some of the photos of fake docouments .so i trust him ..he said u have to pay 4000 in advance for booking via paytm ..his paytm no is [protected] ..so i send him 4000/- then he said ur shipment is ready for delivery you can get it within 2 hrs of fast service .he made me belive by sending some of the fake courier recipient and with my name and address on it ..so i thought its true ..then he said send me the other half amount via paytm we are near your locality..as soon as we get mail confirmed we will hand your shipment ..then he took all of my money rs8515. After receiving all of the money he refuse to send me that courier ..then i said if you donat want to send me shipmet send me my money back i will seaech for another phone ..the he started to give me bad words ..

He took my money by doing fraud and making me feel so sad .
Help me i want my money so that i can buy goods for myself ..

Its a humble request for olx that the make sure all the cheater should be eliminated from olx and refund our money itself ..it all cause because we believed in olx ..believed in ur fair policy.

We are the victims now and no one is taking our responsibility ...OLX is more responsible for our loss well ...

A man called Manjeet ( id copy and photos ) saying is an army man in Delhi put ad on olx of iPhone 6s ...I contacted him ...He said he is now posted in jaisalmer but if am interested in buying Phone he can send it to my location. He send me some Army ID copies and photos of him. He requested me to give at least 6500 so that he can post phone. After giving 6500...He called and said iPhone is despatched with Military Couier and share the phtos of courier and confirmed me to get within 24hrs...Next day I got a call from person called from Military Couier namely Vikas Patel and saying he is calling from some regiment in gurgaon and I m having your Phone and if you want it pay the full amount it's army policy... Can't handover without full payment. So being faith andtrust on Army I payed him again 6500. I have the Couier person number. But after half n hr again he called to me and demand pay 6000 for GST and insurance and you will get phone. Total I have paid 13000/-
I have photos and ID proof of all peoples... Please take an action...As I have seen many complaints against him. I now I have lost the money and cann’t get back but these people are spoiling the image of army by manipulating the Army person personal details.

Case against fraud. Demanded rs 8000/- through olx. Sent the buyer money through paytm. Upon receiving he is demanding more rs8000/-.
Neither recieved the phone nor did he return the money. Tansaction id - [protected] of rs 3000/- and transaction id - [protected] of rs 5000/- through paytm in paytm no - [protected] under the name of srikanth. Buyers name is vikash patel and ph no is - [protected]. Moreover same case happened with a boy in alipurduar and he had paid rs 17000/-. Please do needful to return my money..

Toh maine dal diya 5000/- rupees tab usne bola ki military parcel service me aapka currier bhej deta hoon karke aisa bola wo 14/08/2018 ko usi din night ko 8:00 baje call kiya currier wale ne toh usne bola aapka 25, 000/- amount pura transfer ksr do tab hi tumko mobile milega. Usne bola tha ki only net banking se pay karna hai toh mere paas ka amount sab aur 20, 000/- rupees usko account me transfer kiya pura 25, 000/- rupees kar diya phir usne bola ki mobile insurance already kar diya hai ye aapko 12, 500/- rupees kar do tab main aapko mobile wapas dunga toh main toh bahit darrr gaya aisa shock laga ki kisine mujhe pehli baar dhoka diya hai toh phir lelo g ban gaya ullu (Sanjay singh wale naam ko to saja milni hi chahiye) seriously 😒 i was lost 😔

I've been through a fraud of rs.21600.
A person name jaikishan took rs.21600. He is saying that he has iphone 6splus with warranty sending his aadhar card pan card and army card. So i believe him. He said he is posted in jaipur, rajasthan and i sent the money by depositing it to my account and he take it through paytm. Please take this complaint immediately. Some of the money, i borrow from friends. Please olx help me to get back my money. He takes the money in three parts first he takes 5000 rs & then he takes 10000 & 6600 as insurance fees & say it will be refunded once u received the parcel..
I'll be very please if you resolve my problem.

Person posts an ad on olx for iphone 6s when people contact him through olx he says he is from indian army and his name is jaikishan. He does share army canteen card and aadhar card relating to jaikishan. He promises to send the phone and to make the payment once the phone is received. Post 2 hours he will make his friends to call as if they are from indian army and they will convinence you to pay the money through paytm, once money is paid they will switch off the phones. I can also see they are cheated several people, again today i see the same ad on olx i did report this to olx and paytm they will ask us to lodge complain. But unfortunately police shouts at us stating tht we are irresponsible so they will not take complain.

I had a deal with this person by trusting him as an army person
He gave me enough proof required
I transferred him 55000 rupees and 15000 to courier boy which introduced me as an army parcel delivery men
It was my first deal on olx and would never do any deal in future just because it is full of frauds
I complained about this matter in police but police of our country is corrupt af
I am helpless now
If i get my money back i would be thankful

I paid rs 500 for genuine os license as advertised. I have been provided with fake licenses. Seller is not responding.. Nor installation is being done

Multiple times i have reported issue. No action by olx. The seller is scot free. Other ads are freely listed by him

Hi my name is prajwal staying in bangalore. There's whole big scam is going on using indian army identity, they post the pics in olx in a cheap rate and they tel they are working in "bangalore international airport" in cisf department. They called me to meet up there and when i gave them a call reaching the airport they told me to send the pic in wat's and later when get got confirmed, am in airport. They told me to send 2000/- in paytm for gate passing the phone. Then again they told to settle the full amount of the mobile (12, 000) then only they ill let the package out. After paying (10000+2000=12000/-) they told its still in pending send me 5000/- twice (Total of 10000=5000+5000) and will pass the gate and will give you your extra amount back when i meet you there after sending the amount again he told me he has received 5000 and the other 5000 is pending so send me five thousand again. When i asked the army people who wore there they told there is no such things army.
So i lost total of 22000/-
So i thought of raising the complaint in police station near by and i went.
But the police people are telling you are the 356 guys to come here in this case and this case is related to cyber crime and today you are the 5th person
So what should i do now to get my amount back???

This incident took place on 8th Aug to 11 th Aug 2018. Name of seller is shrikant. Now he is in Rajsthan. He posted a add on olx for selling vivo v9. i paid full payment as he peromised to deliver. i lost my 20000. i have all his id proof n transaction detail. Now again he posted add to sell vivo v9. plz take this complain seriously. again he is trying to fraud other people. if need other detail please contact me soon.

Olx India app is taking wrong category by itself automatically and ask for payments.After the payment is done I figured out the category isn’t different and title is also unmatched to the photo provided.I called the customer care and they say it cannot be changed not refunded.Please help me this is the biggest fraud to charge customers by using softwares.They blame on process and software as if God has made the process and softwares as...

I sawed iPhone 7 in olx and I booked mobile they asked 450 rupees for delivery I paid that mny they send mobile and taken my mny 13000 that mobile is fraud mobile it is not iPhone it's fraud mobile.this was totally taken by olx I want my mny back olx have too return because they only given this type of adds they encouraging this type of worst companies this issue was definebtly taken by olx other wise I will complaint on olx

Sir vikram balu waghmare cheated with me he talk me that i give a money in paytm so he corior receive me so i pay 13500 rs in his paytm account but phone is not courier. Help me. I send you this person original photo i talk this person by video calling and i capture his photo please search his and refund my and another money. I saw above ad on olx for camera dslr nikon 3200 with two lenses
Person name is kinishk he said camera working good condition but this camera is not working good i have given him 20000 for this camera he is written 24000/- but deal was done on 20000/-
Now he is not picking up my phone i was given msg to him on whatsap but no reply. Our deal was done on 13.8.18
Pls take legal action against him so other people like him not cheat to local and innocent people.

Olx is fraud they banned my account without any reason people giving illegal ads they or not block thats like account they block normal user account kindly unbanned my account [protected] contact me i have proof of all fake account using adult services like spa in olx they promote it taking money fake olx please unblock my account olx customers care people very rude they said we cant unban account its auto block what is this
