Please provide details of olx user name kumar, phone number [protected] who committed theft of the public cell phones in trains and railway stations and sold the same through olx, so many reports pending in the police station regarding stolen cell phones.

During the investigation, we caught the kumar and interrogated him, on my interrogation he reveled that previously he had committed so many cell phones of the public and sold the same to others through olx.

So i request to you to provide full details and transaction details of the said kumar from the date of his login to your site for investigation purpose as early as possible.

यह अब हमसे Paytm का id और पासवर्ड मांग रहा है जो कि मैं इसे नहीं दे रहा हूं मैं जानता हूं फिर यह फ्रॉड काम करेगा और सर यह मुझे ही नहीं लूटा है बहुत लोगों को लूटा है सर यकीन नहीं है तो आप OLX के रिव्यु पर जाकर चेक कर सकते हैं इसके बारे में
और सर मैं चाहता तो अपने थाने में FIR दर्ज करवा देता लेकिन मैंने नहीं कराया क्योंकि मेरे थाने वाले भी वह फाइल को दबा देते हैं क्योंकि एक बार मेरे फ्रेंड की मम्मी पर फेक कॉल आया था बैंक के नाम से और उसने ओटीपी पूछा और उसकी मम्मी ने बता दिया जिसकी वजह से उसके बैंक से पैसे कट गए थे उसका मैंने रिपोर्ट किया था लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुआ इसीलिए मैं सर हार कर ऑनलाइन रिपोर्ट मार रहा हूं सर मुझे आशा है कि आप जरूर मेरी हेल्प करेंगे सर इस को पकड़ा जाना बहुत जरूरी है सर प्लीज प्लीज प्लीज हमें समझ में नहीं आ रहा मैं क्या करूं प्लीज मेरी सहायता करें इसको पकड़वाने में👏

Mobile advertisement in olx, so i will share my number he call me and then he tell me i am a army man i am in pallavram army camp i am can't come away so share your address i will courier this mobile you will before send 4000 and after 4000. I am not accept that but he will courier the mobile he send a courier photos so i transfer 3000/ in his paytm account a/c no[protected] ifsc paytm0123456. And then 19/7/2018 courier boy is called me in this no [protected]. And he tell me your courier is comed so you will transfer 5000/ in the army account and then courier will comes to you. And i will transfer 5000/ in his account. But the courier is not come, i call the courier boy he tell me you want to pay 3000/ and then the courier is receive you. I will call dodiya dharmic and ask about that he tell me you will transfer 3000/. The 3000/ is returned to the courier. So and then i transfer 3000/. But the courier is not received me. And then i go to the pallavram army camp and ask about dodiya dharmic. The army man tell me he is not here i don't know this person. I will call dodiya dharmic but he blocked my number. Imediyatl i complain paytm about dodiya dharmic, paytm tell me the user is withdraw money you want to complain police station and send me a fir copy and i will tell the dodiya dharmic all details, so please help me to refund my money 11000/ i have his call record chat history and his adharcard, pancard, army liquorcard copys. I have been searching for a phone on olx. Then i found an ad (Id: [protected]) of iphone 5s 32 gb with all accessories in rs.6500. I thought it will be a good deal for me to buy this phone. I call the seller ([protected]) name (Sanjay singh) (On[protected] in the morning around 9:30 a. M., he told me his is just posted to rajasthan army. I thought an army officer can never done a fraud. Still i asked from him all the details and legal ids of him with the phone images. He freely shared with me the details. Then he told me i am going to the courier office to dispatch the courier. I told him that send me that detail also only then i will send you the advance amount. He agreed with this, but after he call me to send some money to dispatch the courier. I send him the rs.1000 then he told me to send rest rs. 2000 advance, i sent him rs.2000 by my paytm on same time as details of it are also attached. Total i have sent him rs. 3000 on his paytm no - [protected].

But after i caught under a doubt, so i start checking to track my consignment no. But it is not correct. Then i called to overnite then they told me that it is a fraud courier receipt. They told, there is a gang doing all this frauds. Then i called to the seller and the courier boy (Ph no-[protected]) (Preetam or yadav singh or yadav kumar as he told me 3 names different times when i asked him) both are telling that they will deliver me that phone by 12 noon on 24th july 2018.

On 24th july 2018 on the morning somewhere at 8 am i called again to the seller and the courier boy but both didn’t pick up the call. On the same day by 10:30 am the courier boy pick the call and told me that he is in gurgaon, haryana near to my address and phone will be delivered to me by 12 noon.
Then the sanjay singh called me at 11:30am on 24th july 2018 that you will received the phone in 30 min as he confirmed with the courier boy. Then he start requesting me to send the rest money immediately or he will hold the parcel. I was in shock. I told him that “it is already agreed that i will send you rest money on receiving the parcel now you asking me and telling me you will hold the parcel”. Then i called the courier boy at 11:56 am he told me that your parcel is hold, talk to the seller.
All the details are attached along with my statement which will be required. I have lost my rs.3000 and i know that i will never gonna get them back and i am not feel any pain or regret on it. I just want tell you that after my family i only believed and respect the indian army even more i believe on them more than my family. I feel really proud and honor when i talk to any army officer and feel regret on why i am not one of them. But from today the fraud which is done to me bring me in doubt that ever i will gone believe them again? I know this fraud is not done by any army office, i am during writing this my hands are shaking and my heart and mind are less confident what i am writing.

All the proof which are shared by them to me, i have attached for your reference. Please help the people like me and also my faith on indian army.

Hope for a positive reply and this gang should be caught soon by indian police.

Kindly help us form those fraud and kindly arrange to get back the amount.

I saw an advertisement on olx about an iphone 7plus that had bill of 67, 000 and ther person had put the ad for 38, 500. I contacted him if he wanted to exchange the iphone plus for my oneplus 5. He rather made me an offer of iphone 7 plus against a sum of 25000 as he wanted to send money to a needy relative. I asked him for his details and he sent me his aadhar card and cisf army identity card. He gave me bills and imei number that had accurate details. I found everything to be correct. He asked me to send 5000 rupees for sending the order through his army cisf courier service. I did through paytm on the number [protected]. Then he messaged me with courier details and told me that the courier will come to my residence within 12 hours. And the nxt day the person whose name was vineet delivery boy called me and asked me to make the sender send an email to the delivery company stating that he authorises the delivery and so he will send the courier to my residence. He also mentioned a hospital that was near my house to make me believe that he was in actual there somewhere waiting. I called the person who had sent me the courier. He claimed that he wanted a little money more. I refused a lot. I refused a lot of times in light that i wanted to look at my phone before i pay further but he manged to make me pay more and more slowly slowly till i shelled out 22, 000 at which the price was discussed. Now the delivery boy asked me to pay 2 fines of 5150 as insurance for my phone. I resisted well but they refused and asked me that the order/ courier will be sent back to the main hub in mumbai with a big fine and cumbersome procedure. Meanwhile the person named veer who had the courier sent for me i called him and stated that i had made insurance for such a heavy priced item and now i will have to pay for the same and it will be 100% refundable. I did 1fine but den they forced me to pay the other one. I did and then i came to know that all i was going through a big fraud when i came to know that he asked me 12, 000 more and told me that insurance price for higher as i had took a lot of time for the payment. Then i realised that a fraud was happening and i called dem and i told them that i will take time to deposit more money. I went to the cyber crime cell who didn't helped me and told me that they were not willing to do anything and i had no help. The person was calling me infront of him and he refused to help me. And this way through the means of olx who are promoting fake people and the police who dosnt wants to help despite the resources and facts i dont know where to go and what to do. They are all fake and helpless people. They are making people do fraud and encouraging them by not doing anything against them. For now i have lost my 32, 300 till now and it all started from olx, the company to blaim for who have become a medium for the frauds to happen. Curse you all. My trust in olx has gone in vain and i dont feel like trusting anybody more now.

On 14th july 2018 i saw an add selling i phone 6s at 18000 which he later agreed to sell at 12000 since i was a student .He claimed himself to be an army guy named somnath giri from jaisalmer. He said he will deliver the parcel to my address. I agreed on the name of army. He asked to pay courier charges. I paid 1050 rs as courier charges.Later at evening a received a call from courier guy asking my details to verify if the parcel for genuinely for me. I gave him the information that he needed and then he asked me for half payment. I refused earlier but later afreed when the guy saying himself to be an army officer inisted.Later he asked for security check then gst charges then full payment before handing over the parcel.In these events i paid 18000 rs to them and later ended becoming a fool with no parcel being received yet.
Next day i received call from same guy and he asked my paytm account password if i wanted my money back . I transfered all my money left and gave him my password .He immediately changed it .I came to know with a message from paytm care. I reset my password and asked him why is he doing so. When he came to know that i have realized it being a fraud he blocked me from watsapp .Now his numbers are not available . Please help me i gave lost my 18000 rs . Please help me

A guy named Vikram Balu waghmare is a fraud. He will sweet talk you into couriering the cell phone to you instead of meeting up directly and also demands photos of your id proofs stating that he is in army and needs it as it is high security in the base camp he is in. First he took a delivery charge for the courier and then the rest of the money. I am afraid that he would use my id to impersonate himself and con someone else I would warn people to stay away from such offers on olx unless the party is agreeing to meet don't transfer any amount. Olx have banned my account for selling silver arowana fish which according to them is a banned species but its not the banned fish it is easily available in every pet shops. And if its banned they should have given me valid reason after declining my ads with a warning i would have not posted the same.

I have marked them several emails and also explain them the same but they are not ready to reactivate my account.

Have posted just 2 to 3 ads in a span of 3 years and i see my account is banned !! shifted to car trade for my car ads. I buy and sell cars every 3 years and OLX has not stated a reason why they banned my account. Their Customer service is between 10 and 7pm!!! who provides this kind of service !! we reach home after 7 and try calling you (Customer support timings are ridiculous) !!
