Sir maine ek olx pe mobile book kiya tha usne mere se payment kra liya per mobile phone nhi aaya or usne payment paytm ke duwara liya tha in number ([protected]) per payment kiya tha dusre number hai [protected] [protected] number ki location tracking kro or olx per bhi case kero without any verification how can post a fraud advertisement...

This user have posted a add of selling dell 5547 laptop with i5 processor of 5th generation and 8gb ram showing its origial price is 74000..
Bt when i finalized the deal and purchased it its not the same configuration, he had given me dell 5547 i5 4th generation model with 6gb ram and take money and...
So i want refund of double price i have paid tohim or either he should give me the laptop dell 5547 of exact specification he posted and messaged me vi your add.

All ads with person name starting with s, ssl, ss, sss, in iphone 6, 6s, 7, 7plus, 8 & iphone x catagory are doing fraud. Showing new phones with very less price or when you bargin upto 5 to 10k they send you number.in main add page see their location is always nearby but when u go to view profile mostly they are from other states and when you call them they say i am doing duty i will send u phone by courier i need money plz buy if you trust me and you say no and end call they will again call you 2 three days by saying your call came for purchasing mobile i will give more less. This happened with me. Plz do somthing for this type of fraud they will make you company name in fraud app list. I often buy mobile phone from olx and i kept eye on this type of ads. Plz do something its very irritating because if their are 100 adds more than 50 adds are theirs.

Sir I have interact with a seller in noida sector 18 on Olx for infocus vision 3...we settled a price of 5200..he said me to send 70% of full payment nd after that he'll dispatch the product...but after getting the payment he forced me to send rest payment nd he said as he is out side so he'll send the tracking details later...and he send a fake slip naming fredex courier which having no tracking detail...
After get full payment of 5200 he blocked me from everywhere nd I m trying to contact him but he doesn't respond...
Please help throughout sir I m bearing a monitory loss of 5200..

It might be a huge scam they may be from a group of frauds ...
So sir please take a legal action against him..

But he say he is out of city he say to me send me 1000 rs and send mobile by coriyr but i say i give u 500 rs. Than you send me mobile delivery i give all payment. By net banking but he not send me mobile and block me any where from whatsup. Call. Plz help me

I received a message on my registered mobile number i. E. [protected] for the one time password for posting a advertise. My advertising i'd which was mentioned in the message is [protected]. But i have not posted any advertising or not willing to do for the same. Please recetify the issue and let me know that who was using my account and from where.
I also received one more message 15 mins later i. E. At sharp 10 pm on 1st of july to give a missed call on one number i. E. +91 [protected] to successfully post the advertisement.
Please look into this matter and escalate this issue because such issues cannot and should not be neglected

Dear olx i saw an add on olx and i get in touch with a company named "cs work" i dont know if it is there right name or not. I trusted that its or olx and it is not fake and i pay to the comapny a amount of 1380 rupees and they gave me work for one week. I completed the work on time and submitted to them.
After that the time comes whet i was waiting for my income but they said there is some issue with my work and asked me to wait for one day but next day they said that my work is rejected and they are not paying me.
I asked for my mistakes they didnt give me any reason infact they started threatening me asked me to pay more if i will not pay them they will kidnap me or something. I lost my time my money and trust and getting my life threats. Please do something against them they are on olx by data entery jobs in job category

I found a ad about video lectures on olx.
I bought video lectures by contact him he send me video lectures in dvd by courier. He send me courier from dehradun but in ad his location was delhi.
Dvds were not working so i called him.
He told me that i need password to open dvd. I asked him password he asked me to make full payment first.
I send him full payment via paytm.
Just after i send the payment he switched off his phone.
I called that paytm no. There was a lady and she denied any kind of payment recieving.
I messaged him he told me that he will tell me the password and procedure but his phn is switch off and he is not replying me.

My id was misused by anyone on 25/06/2018 and he was selling iphone 7 and iphone 7plus from my id of [protected] & [protected]. He was calling from [protected] to me. And also abusing with me. He said me your aadhar card is not updated with mobile number. And taken my otp using fraud. May be he was selling stolen mobile phones. Please consider on my problem & do needful for me.

I found iphone 6s plus 32 gb for 15000rs then i started talking to the person and he provided me the bill and told that I’m an army personnel from jaiselmer etc.He provided me his aadhar card, Pan card and his 2 army canteen cards on whatsapp.He gave me discount of 2000rs for being a student.And asked to pay 6000advance and 7000 rs after delivery.I paid 6000rs.And he sent me the photo of the parcel which he was sending to me.Next morning i got a call from the delivery boy that you need to pay 7000 more to receive your parcel which has arrived in dhaula kuan delhi.I had a conversation with the army person and cause of the Ids’ provided and his conversation i ended up paying 7000 more.Then the delivery boy called me and asked for more 3100 out of which 3000 would be refunded along with the product.I refused to pay the money and had a fight with both of them on phone.And now both of their numbers are not reachable at the moment.I’ll be filing a complaint in the cyber cell if he doesn’t respond till tomorrow.This was my 1st and last transaction from olx.

I am regular user of OLX for purchasing different products over a period of 5-6 years.On 26th June 2018 i saw an add for selling of Canon 80D camera title as "80D canon with 18-135 USM lens - 1.5yr old with warranty”
So I sent him a message on OLX that i am intrsted to buy camera n pls share ur number - he ask my number - then he sends Whatsapp msg with images stating that he was in hurry to sell camera so he had put Andheri Location but actually he is situated in Belguam and he can courier the camera from DTDC courier service or its buyers choice that how he wants to collect - i accepted Courier option over the conversation and requested his Bank details for advance - i sent 10k from wife’s account on 26th June 2018. I told him once you send me courier receipt i ll transfer 30k and 10k on receiving camera. He was ok with it and he sends me courier receipt on 27th June 2018 and n confirmed that i shall receive courier by Friday (29th June) upon receiving courier receipt i transffered 30k to his account and was waiting for courier to reach.
On 29th June i received courier from DTDC which was only a envolop with 2 blank papers and realised this person has cheated me with 40k.since then his numbers is coming switched off.

I went to DTDC office, there i found that courier has come from Banglore and he rewritten the receipt with discription of Camera. Then finally i googled his name where i got to know before also people has complained about Chetan Sajjan that he had cheated them through OLX.

This is very shameful that such cheaters are easily using OLX site to cheat people repeaditly.

Attached the OLX chat image, Whatsapp Images, and camera pics and dtdc receipt for your reference.

request you to kindly provide the details of that person (who posted that Add )available with OLX records in order to make a police complaint.

Hey there. This complaint is regarding a watch ad that i recently saw. I was searching the olx randomly as i saw this ad of a good looking titan watch and in the description it says its from the usa. I was a bit amazed to look at an indian watch there. So i just greeted him and asked wether he has the bill, since he brought from the states then he should have a bill right? But he told there wasn't such bill and he claimed the price is around 4000 yet he posted the price in olx as 1800, look how he is luring people that it's a watch of 4000 rs and he's selling it for 1800. Then i asked the model number of the watch, but he posted a pic of the back side of the watch, i googled the number to see it's price. Surprisingly it's was priced at 1621 rs only at amazon for a brand new one. This watch in olx is an used one and he's selling for 1800 rs. I don't know how olx is accepting ads blindly. Hope this never repeats again and make sure to block his ad so that people don't get cheated

Dear sir/medam actually i want to complaint against alok jaitawal he his frauding many customer by selling mobile in olx he is telling that im a army person i cannot meet u due to meeting so give me ur address i will send u mobile in courier overnight with in 5hour and he is giving paytm mobile no to transfer the amount... And he taking the amount from customer and sending fake army id alok jaitawal so pls kindly take action on him i will give u mobile number kindly track so he cannot switch off the mobile 400 customer log a complaint on him website they are spoiling army name and doing fraud [protected]

Hi there my self mohammed sofi recently i booked the cab from yakupura to rein bazar and with in few min cab is booked but after waiting 20 min the cab driver didnt turned up then i had given a call to him ..and he said ur location is very far from here and i cant come and u cancel the booking but i said y did u accept the booking he said its keep on beebing because of this i have to accept the booking but now u cancel i said i will not cancel then he started bit rude and started giving me a number of calls then i have to block him and after few min i got information that booking has been cancel now i have to pay the cancelation charges and next booking they charged also this is the second time i have paid the amount for the miatake which is done by driver and there is no customer service number and i mention in written to ola but no response from there ..i kindly request u to pls look up the matter in this case so that next time driver cancellation charges should not be apply to the customer

I am selli my mobile on olx.com. I give the ad 4 days ago. Yestarday i want to feature my ad and make payment with 119 rupees. I make 2 time payment fir feature ad. But no feature ad activated both time.. And also didn't get any refund. I paid two time rupees 119. How i get my money refund?? Even i can't activate feature ad. Please help me to get my money refund.
