I purchased an advertise package for my ad for ₹3499. I then purchased another advertise package for the same ad for ₹1999. After purchasing the 2nd package, the first package was deactivated.

I then contacted to their customer support and they told there can be only 1 active package on an ad at a time.

So then, why didn't they mention the same thing on the purchase page? How does a user know that they will not get the service even after making the purchase? You can check the OLX Packages purchase page and there is no mention that multiple services can't be used on the same ad.

Now that they have activated the 2nd service, my first service worth ₹3499 is of no use. Either provide me the refund for the same or else let me use both the services.

I live in Mumbai Malad, I viewed a product on Olx India Mobile Application for Second Hand Honda Activa 5G MH48BG9520 of model 2018 by Olx Owner name is Mr. Pradeep Kamble (https://www.olx.in/nf/chat/user/[protected]/[protected]). He said he lives in Pune, therefore he told me to deposit in bank account via Google Pay QR code as delivery costs Rs 1100, then asked Rs.2999 as Army Transport Fee and final amt of rs 23000/- after delivery the scooter, then he ask for extra amount Rs 6500/- + Rs. 50/- as Army Service Fee on day of delivery on 08/01/2022 by transfer in bank a/c online by google pay on same a/c number. I received the call from +91 78658 54575, +[protected], +[protected], But because I did not complete that purchase, he cancelled my delivery and refused to refund my whole amount (Rs. 1100+Rs. 2999). He is also refusing to respond to my phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

He has my aadhaar card and passport photo of me.

I was trying to sell a phone on OLX. I am genuine. I didn’t abuse anyone. I didn’t talk to any buyer in a wrong way. Show me one word where i said something wrong? And you guys banned my account. Banned for what? Why provide a platform if you don’t want us to sell? Why? Like this, anyone can come and report a seller and the account will get banned. You guys need to do a research.

Either refund the amount i paid for featuring my ad or unban my account IMMEDIATELY.

[protected]@gmail.com. I had posted an ad and promoted it with a featured ad. Then some ### comes and reports me because I don’t agree on his offered price. When some ### reports you guys, without doing any research how could you ban my account? Just how? Either unban my account or refund the amount i paid for featuring my ad.

I have tried multiple times to post Ad of my house for rent but it’s keep on rejected . Please look it as early as possible and let me know the reason for rejection if any . Thanks !!

Fraud person in olx in the name of indian army named as vikas Patel.

I saw an advertisement on olx and thought of buying a Activa scooty. A person who told his name as vikas patel (Phone - [protected]) told him as an indian army officer and asked me to pay the money via paytm to number [protected] so that he can get the scooty released from office. To prove his identity - he sent me his aadhar card, csd canteen identity card, and his other pics (Attached). Considering the authenticity, i transferred him initial 1000 via paytm. then he said bike will be delivered to home within 10 minutes. After few minutes the delivery person named as manjeet singh (phone - [protected]) called me and he said to deposit money(3270/-) then only he can deliver the bike. But by mistake I send 3217 rupees. This person said that it is wrong payment and said send again 3270 rupees fast. Then I call vikas Patel and he said that the scooty will deliver next morning without any charges.
But this morning (Today) scooty not deliver.
I couldn't understand what I do.
I would request this matter to be urgently looked as i am seeing multiple complaints for fraud done under the name of indian army and this guy is fooling people.

I have been patiently following up with your team on this issue from past 1+ year now, I was told by OLX Auto team my old car was black listed in RTO as your channel partner was unable to resell the car, I requested the OLX representative to sent out formal email communication confirm the same, for which i haven't received any communication yet. I have just posted two ads and not even an hour my account got suspended. Haven't known the reason too.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted my bike to sell and they keep suspended my account. I created multiple accounts because if this inconvenience caused by olx and they all are getting banned within few days. I don't understand why. All my buyer details are lost because of it. So frustrating. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

I’m frequently receiving calls from OLX Auto. I told many times my vehicle is not available and requested them not to call and update the same in their system.
Very unfortunate, everyone says sorry for the inconvenience, and we will update but no action taken, and I was kept on receiving calls.

I regret myself contacting OLX Auto and I have already informed few my close mates not to contact OLX Auto at any situation.

My name is Vinod. I sold out my car in October 2022. Also Hypothecation has been removed for my sold vehicle MH14JA - 0178 almost a month before, but still I am waiting for my fund to get released. I did lot of follow up with Pune team but I am not getting my holding fund. So please release my holding amount of Rs 10000 ASAP.

I created an account on OLX to buy a game and messaged a seller to confirm a deal. After few hours I checked my messages again to continue the conversation with the seller and found that my account got suspended. My account got suspended for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON!!! This has happened to me in the past and it happened again. Also, this has happened to many people on this forum. Can someone let me know why my account got banned for no reason and unban it ASAP?

I have been receiving constant daily two calls from OLX Auto inspite of telling them not to contact and we dont want to sell any AUto and asking them to DND My number. Even after blocking the number, each day we are getting calls from different number. Request your team to look into this and going forward I should not receive any such calls from OLX Auto.

Hi had sold my car to OLX on 6th July 2022. Till date i have not recieved any information regarding RC transfer. Helpline employees tell me that the details are not available. Car: HR07W7516
Complaints: 277592 and 285960
I have also tried contacting the employee who sent me the posession reciept but the call was not answered.

i posted the ad and then chatting with the people and then suddenly my account got banned

Yesterday I saw and add on OLX that some one want to sell his activa, so iI call him and asked that want to buy a vehicle where can I see, So fake owner told me that he in ARMY and for some training reason he is in mehesana so if I want to see vehicle then he has to courier the vehicle via army courier service. he asked me for 1550 for courier charge and said minus it from final settlement amount I agreed. After 3 hrs i got a call from fake ARMY courier office that have to pay 9250 Rs as a part of vehicle insurance other wise they will not dispatch the vehicle from mehesana. I called to fraud owner and told him that courier office is asking for money, he said its an ARMY procedure and have to pay I can't do anything in it. So i asked for id proof he send me an ARMY canteen card and adhar card Its seems real as i cross verified on google how canteen card look like so I trusted and paid another 9250. Once they received the money they call me and asked me another 9000 Rs then i realize its a fraud. I investigate more and found similar complain on consumer complaints web site so didn't transfer another 9000 and posted here It may help some other people. I request to army to investigate more about this type of fraud and take strict action on OLX that without verifying posting such a fishing add.

He has delete all shared document from whatsapp so didn't get a change to download it. I request you all that download documents first in phone memory before processing any thing.
