I am very much disappointed with olx that they take the amount to highlight add for one month. But in return we get no. Of old viewers which are not interested at this time. I called to people that they have shown interest in our advertisement but they said that they are not interested no... They were looking for same property search few weeks or months before but at this time they have not shown interest in my add. My question is if any viewer is not showing interest that their contact no is shared with us just only to impress us that paid plan really works but inside their is nothing. This is totally fake. We are given fake customer no which have not shown their interest even.!!!

I have made payment by paytm on 30/05/2018 and the seller says that he need some money to courier the product thats why i have send him 100 and 200 rupees by paytm and the seller name is cisf officer srikanth and i read some complaints about him today so please help me to return my money back. I am attaching the payment proof images.

He is still active on this id with the name of vikram waghmere and cheated with me today. By the same way sending bill and canteen card also voter id of vikrma waghmere. Even his number in truecaller is showing the same.

Can you please verify this card and arrest them.

Yesterday one fraud happened with me on olx. I saw a ad of galaxy s9 sale. I talk with him and he sent me his army officer doc so that i trust him. He get advantage of your respect to army and make fraud easily. After discussion he request for advance money i sent him 500 rs for courier using paytm. After that he sent me some courier pics. But after i know that he is fake. He not picking my call and whats app message not replying.
I complaint to olx team with email on [protected]@olx.in regarding this. My ticket id was[protected]. But they just removed his ad from olx nothing else. I think olx team also with him because without his help its not possible. If olx team really want to stop this thing then he able to do this easily. Because they have all the information about seller and ad poster with real time geo location. They able to catch him but they not doing this.

I just requesting to olx team to give a option on app in ad to see seller real location rather than fake location. So that buyer able to see the seller location and catch him in case of fraud. I think its possible thing for olx because i am also a software engineer and know its possible. But if olx team not will provide this option soon on app then its sure they helping to fraud guys and one day people will stop to using the olx.

Actually i sold a phone in old vivo y66, actually it's having little cam problem but my phone is having warranty i said to that customer i will bring u the bill next day, then i have send the bill to them,

Now they are saying fake answers not giving my remaining amount he is talking fake if i ask bill of service which he made his own outside he is not sending the bill

I bought a washing machine of samasung air turbo 6.2 Kg WA82V4G from Yasir (seller) on 7th May 2018.It was not at all in working condition. It was full of dirt.They did not even care to check properly before selling.when I put my dress and started the machine, my dress got all dirty. They came 4 times to fixed it that too with 2-3 days interval there was leakage problem as well.But did not fix it. When I told them to replace they are saying they do not have stock though i am told the machine will be replaced..Its been more than 20 days ..i have been in trouble. When one of my friend tried to contact the seller, They immediatly responded and gave 4-5 options which cane be deliered the very next day.when i confronted with this they straight away lied to me.Again they offered me Ifb brand machine with 1000 extra rupees . But when I told them that it is 6000 rupess in one of your ad, They told I need it urgently thats why this extra 1000.They are highly unproffessional with respect to time.Any given day, they will come after 8 PM and Wont check the device properly.I am not saying they are selling faulty product, but when they do they should fixed it or replace it immediately. After all this happened the seller says this is not his fault and not a single time till now they have given an apology.Because they are not sorry at all.
Some of the lies I want to point out:
1: In every ad ..they are saying the machine is of 1.5 years old.(The machine which i received will be at least 3 years old).
2.The Seller and Service Centre Guys are always in Sync.But they will never agree that they know each other.
3.When asked about the machine they will say these are refurbished machine which they get from Compnies (The machine which I got is full of dirts woth 1 Kg around.God knows what they were washing)
4.Dont trust them, they will never be on time.
5.When you chat with them They can lie straight away.

One more thing ..I guess My issue should be considered as high priority issue and they should respond it accordingly.

Finally I want say...the service center guys are responding to calls, but they take things very lightly. They have sellers all over the Bangalore.
PE Proffessional Enterprise is the Company they work for .They have warehouses in many places in bangalore as well.

With out showing the contact number how we will buy the items on olx.
Every body don't know how to chat my suggestion is please show the contact number so that we will contact the seller and buy the items.
When i am sending my number the seller is not responding, then what is the use of posting. If the buyer knows how to chat then seller don't know how to chat
So please show the seller contact number for every items.

Very disappointed with olx just got schemed from a fraud user on ur olx i loss my 7250 Rs but no one helps me really i do have all the evidence which shows he is a fraud and using a fake identity of so called Vikram Balu Waghmare and stating himself as a Thal Sena (Indain Army officer) its a shame that a fraudster is using an indain army person identity and u guys the ugly olx is just in a rush to raise their revenue and nothing else I Know I am not getting my money back but I dont want any other Innocent to be scammed your responsible "olx" for this situation a person name Vikram is posting frequient ads on olx with same pics and discription and the mediuim used was olx i have attached few ads there are many more ads similar circulaitng on olx kindly stop this malpractice and take strict action as soon as possible if possible provide me raw data i have attached below some ad ids and name and the amount which i transferd to his paytm.

One of the olx seller named VIKRAM WAGHMARE who is an army officer done a fraud of 20000 with me by showing his aadhar card, vOter id card, canteen card as id proof.please take this complaint very seriously and tell me how will i get my money back its a humble request to everyone not to get in this fraud don’t waste your money on this fraudsters i want you all to tell me quick how will i get my money back otherwise a strict action will be taken.

He showed me pg saying that only 2girls are staying. I gave him brokerage n rent 14000 later on i got to know that in that pg 7girls including me are staying
I said to return atleast 1/2 brokerage
He is nt even returning the same
He mislead customers n later on he said he dont know the facts.

A army guy named jaikishan put his iphone 6splus on olx. I chatted with him he sent me his number i spoke to him and fixed the deal for 13000 he told he has bill box and warranty. Next day he told me to pay 13000 through paytm i have the proof. He told he will send my to army post. We believed him becasue he sent me his id proof. Next he told me to pay 8100 for some security purpose he told me that he will refund me 8100 through parcel boy. Then he told server problem and he told me to send 8100 again soo i believed him and payed him. Again he told me to pay 8100. Atlast he told me to pay 13000 he told or else he will loose his job. So i believed him and paid him. Totally i lost 50300 from this deal. I have all the proof his photo bill everything. I am victim of olx fraud by a poerson name jaikishan, he says that he is a army officer, i search a ad on olx, i found a ad of iphone 6s+, i contacted to jaikishan he says that he is on posting in jaislmer, rajasthan. He says that he is selling his iphone 6s+, he said me to transfer half amount of rs 13000 and he would courier his phone to me. I transfer rs 5000 through paytm. Next day another person call me saying that i am speaking from courier company, and says that you have to transfer pending amount in the account of jaikishan to take delivery, but i didn't transfer any amount. I was doubtfull abou this, and i just casually search on google about jaikishan there i found alredy registered complaint of a person name jaikishan, i was shocked after seeing those copmplaints. He calls me from a number [protected] and another was
[protected]. I was only sharing this information for another to bieng carefull abou this frauds.

I am complaining about a man who posts fake ads for jobs on olx. More specifically saying kfc recruitment, name of recruiter mukesh sharma, i have seen he has put many ads with various cities. He has been taking money in the name of verification and after taking money no reply, he is taking money and vanishing no job and no refund,

Someone else has used my number in an olx advertisement.. I did not put any advertisement in olx but i am receiving a lot of calling regarding the advertisement.. Kindly solve the issue and remove the advertisement.. My number is [protected] and people are asking me regarding a redmi note 4/5.. Kindly please remove that advertisement since i didn't put it up and it's causing me a lot of problem.....

Sir.in this month of may i got a letter in my email that i have been selected to the indian oil company. So they call me to pay the dress code and document 3500 and after two days they said that i have to pay for service account and police verification i completed all the payment but till now i don't get any joining letters and i call the number which she call me i don't get the line anymore. I have been very satisfied with the olx service but today (23th may) i came to know that i reached the limit of free adds. (Real estate-rent-pg)

So i purchased package to re activate my two adds (199/- each).

But in "my ads" section it just activated my one ad and not other.

A person had got in touch with me on may 1st week regarding the selling ad i have posted and told me that he was interested in buying my bike. We decided to meet in the middle (Electronic city, bangalore) and at around 4 pm. He sat on my bike for a test drive and rode away with it without stopping. He had provided all wrong information and identity to me. All the accounts we were connected have been deleted by him as well. I require complete information about the user (Which they are supposed to verify initially) and also need a solution from olx regarding this on high priority.

I have posted an add for selling my old panasonic crt tv, there is a buyer with username maa car, this fellow is sending nusiance comments lk..."madam are u in need of money".
This is what olx concept is?? Is it abright way that a customer is judge for posting an add??
Please take necessary action against this.

Olx one o[censored]ser tell me who is army man as per his proofs of id to give mobile on well price and also for assurity he send a his identity proof. Then 1000 token amount on paytm to pay then he send some receipt and all but after payment he doesn't did any thing and he asked me for 1750 charge for security purpose and i get fraud of rs.6000 of mobile total cost.

The person uses fake army person name so this kind of cases happened many times as per the delivery office confession as we had talk them on this.
