This man advertised to sell his mobile phones. Against his ad for iphone 6s 64gb, i contacted him on the phone. He posed as an army personnel and requested me to pay 8480/-by paytm because he required money very urgently because he wanted to purchase a new iphone x. He has taken entire price of rs8480/- but he is not supplying me with the item he had advertised in olx.in.
I helped him as a mark of respect for the army personnel, as he sent me aadhar card and cisf card.

He said that money will be transferred directly to the account. It was instructed in the mail that do send us the courier image and amount will be directly transferred to the account. Still know i haven't received any amount yet.

Cheated by fake job offer from riya international by seeing ad in olx. Fraud seller of vehicle. Here i was cheated by a car seller. He displayed a car in olx. He dealed it 3.5 lac. Sent me his account number after discussion i debited his account 2.8 lac. But he cheated me. Switched of his contact number and not give vehicle. He is a fraud. Olx is a good way for cheating innocent peoples. I lossed 2.8 lacs. Who is responsible now. V don't want such websites. Please give me justice

I saw an ad regarding iPhone 6s plus on olx by jaikisan.said he was an army officer.he lives in Rajasthan border. He sent id proof ND the pics of the phone. He told he sent a courrier ND we paid 6k. Later he told some problem with the parcel ND requested fr another 4k.we paid the extra amount. Now they're telling some accident happened to the delivery boy. Some overnight duty ND asking full amount that is extra 5k fr the delivery. He's lying through his tooth. It's a fraud. How can old encourage such fraud dealers.

I have recently had a very bad experience with one of the so called ISO certified consultancy service company PERFECT MANAGMENT CONSULTANTS based in Thane. I was looking for a cook and had placed a ad for the same on few sites and had got a revert from Ishita on Oxl register by the name Simran that they provide cooks and requested for my number. As I was busy I did not revert to her immediately, but shared the number later on and spoke to her on [protected]. She was so convincing and assuring and was very eagerly following up. I had told her that I had registered for such services before with few renowned company too, but did not get proper service post making the payment. But she assured me that they are very professional and theirs is a branded company and they would provide a good service. Based on her assurance and google review and ISO certification I decided to registered for the service. They asked me to pay 5000/- registration fees for 2years service + 3000/- monthly to the cook. She said they would send 2-3 cook for trail first I can choose 1 from them and during the service if I did not like the service of the cook or if I got any complain then they will give me immediate replacement. And apart from that they said they also provide employment service and drivers. She quoted to 7000/- if I want to opt for both employee and cook. As I had already hired a employee I only went for cook. There was a man Dhanraj #[protected] sent by her to collect registration fee to my office, who collected 5000/- from me on 31st March’2018. Post making payment I had called Ishita to ash when she will send cook for trail. She said tomorrow it is not possible as it is Sunday. I agreed with her and asked to send on Monday. She was suppose to send a cook named Karunna on Monday at 7pm. I closed my office early and went home was waiting she did not turn up. When I called Ishita to inform nobody came, she said I spoke to her she will come between 7.30pm to 8pm, when I asked her to share Karunna’s number, she said it’s at office and she already left for the day. I waiting but she did not turn up. After 8pm I again started calling Ishita she did not pick my call. I dropped a message to her to call me, but she did not call either. I had also called the man who came to collect money, as Ishita was not picking my phone. He said he is on the way to office will reach and arrange a call back from senior, as requested to arrange a call from Senior, but even he did not to bother to call or arrange a call back. Then I was keeping on trying Ishita’s number finally she picked my call and said she was going to called me and made some story that cook uncle expired, so she could not come and also arrange a conference call with the cook and it was looked so genuine and true I said it’s ok and asked to come in the evening after 8pm. She also gave me some fake wrong number # [protected], which turned out to be a guys number from north when I called up and then he started harassing me calling me continuously, even after blocking the number he use to make an continuous attempt to reach me for few days. When I told her about the wrong number she apologized for giving a wrong number and changed 1 number and gave me another number of Karunna # [protected] and this new number always went ringing and true caller showed name Sudhir Bhosale. And on the same day little later I had got a call from a Female saying she is Neeta( call receive from #[protected] true caller shows Ishita Rao) looking for cook job and Ishita gave her my number. She told me I will not be able to come today, will come tomorrow morning at 8.30am I agreed. Again nobody came neither did Karunna turn up nor did Neeta. And Ishita did not respond to my calls n messages or just said not to worry they will come 3days passed like this and nobody came and there was no service given and started. I was super frustrated and annoyed from their behavior, lies and whatever was going on and asked to refund my money as I did not want any service from them. Then she called me to convince me I just asked her to refund me and if she wants me to continue with the service asked to arrange a call back from the senior or the owner of the company. She said he is not available will come after 4pm, she will call that time and his name is some Mr.More. I waited till 5pm there was no call done, Then I called back she said she is sending 2 cook today, I told her I don’t trust her anymore just asked to refund my money she was convincing me my money will go nowhere I will get the service. So I asked her to send me the adhaar card copy of those 2 cook whom she was going to send as they collect document and verify the details and also there contact number right away before she leaves office. She said she will send it to me. But there was no number and document shared by her and there was no call from her. And there was no response to the calls n messages I sent. The number was either switched off or went ringing. And the number mentioned in their visiting card # [protected] shows in true caller Neeta Perfect also went ringing always, no one ever answered that number. And their website address mentioned in the visiting card is not active http://pmconsultants.in. Then when I tried to google for more details about this company found that there are lot of such fraud consultancy in Thane particularly with different names, then I was very much sure this company is a fraud and one among them. I messaged Ishita about this and asked her to refund my money in 2days or I will take a strict action. There after there was not a single call, reply or connect from her. The company name told to me is Perfect Management Consultants, Thane. I request the respective person of team incharge to look into this and take a strict action against them, as they have a whole big team group of people, who are fooling innocent people and playing around. When I being educated can fall in their trap, then I am sure there might be lot of people who have fallen in their trap and might fall in future. They are very good at what they are doing and look quite experienced in what they are doing. It’s really funny to know that they are doing this fraudulent activity so professionally and legally with a ISO certification and all. Kindly, look into this. I can share all proof and evidences if required.

I tried to post ad of my limited collection coin but despite all details they discarded it with no valid reason just by sending a sms and no customer support available they just publish ad on their whims and fancies as earlier my ad of dagger was discarded by them saying no arms ad allowed but today ad of two daggers is live on this site extremely poor site will never use it.

Olx is a fraud concern where they will charge money fr ad packages adn as soon as you get it, within 4 or 5 days, all your ads will say sold out.no refund, nothing.

i filed a complaint that all my ads says "sold out".they said that, they will refund the package of ads that was shown as sold out and also it is happening from day 4 i took 1499(50 ad) package.Now my subscription itself is ending in next 3 days.

if they knew that its for the concern i called, they will cut the call, while talking.

I got the ad of this guy (Olx name manoj real name on imo yogesh kumar) from olx on 2 march and requested him that i want to buy lectures from you so he did gave me his phone number ([protected] and his email id is email id [protected]@gmail.com). I called him the next night told him the lecture list which i want :-
1) physics - av sir, alok gupta sir, and nv sir full problem solving
2) chemistry - organic by nj sir, physical chemistry by jh sir, inorganic chemistry by ps sir
3) maths - mc sir full lectures + problem solving techniques and gb sir
And for all this he told me that he will charge me rs 8700, 4000 for seagate
1 tb hard drive and 3700 for videos.
The next day i called him to ask that i will pay you half money now and after receiving and checking the videos half money then to which he disagree and said that i have to pay full money first.
The next day i agreed to him and after confirming the videos on imo app i paid him 8700 through bank transfere

Two days after that i received his parcel through dtdc and when i opened it i was shocked
I found a power bank cover in which i can see there is a local second hand wd hard drive and when i connected it to my laptop it's capacity was only 500gb in which only maths complete videos were there without problem solving techniques and complete physical chemistry
Immidiately i called him on his number and asked him first question why did he send me hard drive in a power bank cover to which he replied that the real company cover weights more
Second question - i asked you for seagate 1 tb hard drive to which he said that he has sold that to other person which he doe not found an important information to tell me before
Third question which i asked to him is that it is only 500gb to which he first
Does not believe and when i explained him how such large storage videos can come in 500 gb then he said sorry yaar galti hogayi
When i send him the video containing the condition of his wd 500gb hard drive and empty folders showing no videos then,
He changed his answer that 4 students have same demand and by mistake he send 500gb one to me and 1 tb to the other student
And apologized his mistake
He sent me his address (Harshit tiwari ekta enclave lane 6 opposite uco bank ring road dehradun 248001) and asked me to sent back his hard drive and in return he will give me the right hard drive containing all videos
The next day when i asked him when will you send my hard drive he told me that he is out of station and send me a picture of a bus
Two days later when i asked him the same question that i want it urgently he replied that he is in his home town delhi as his grandmother passed away
The next day i asked him on imo that give me the exact date when will you return he said monday promise till then you send hard drive from your side it will reach to me in four days, i did not reply to him as i already have became fool by paying full amount to him in advance
The next day when said him please give me my hard drive i want it urgently
And i will return your after checking and confirming all the videos to which he
Replied - by mistake some drops of feviquick has entered in his eye so please doctor said me to rest
After that day i called him many times he did not pick up his phone and also did not replied my message on imo
Now i am stucked he is also not returning my remaining money and nor giving me my videos

Here i have seen an car advertisement. First thing when i search about that car i found many advs. On olx about same care and when i reached at place of that car saller the are doing fraud with clients they making tools and not selling that car. Here i am attaching pics of sallers multiple advertisement there... Please take some effective steps and block these fake users on olx

Olx user was selling the car. I ask the details he told me to get it from airport authority by paying the parking fees. Before viewing the car or any papers how can anyone pay the money.

Fraud seller on olx saying he is army person took advance money of rs1000 for iphone6splus on[protected]Yesterday) and said he will send parcel by today morning.
He is changing his no. And opening new accounts. Already other complaint is there on him which i got to know recently. How can we get compensated.
Olx team is just saying they are just mediators and blocking that account and no other action.
There is no check of identity while registering. It just require one phone no. Which is so easy to get in india.
We decided to file petition against old for not keeping security concerns.

Plzz take certain action on this people who are fooling the customer's of olx

Recently i was looking for an iphone on olx and i met this guy (Shri kant) who was agreed on selling this to me for ₹16000. He said he is in the army (Cisf) so he will send the phone via courier (Overbite express) and told me to send the half amount of ₹10, 000 and to send the rest of the money after receiving the phone. So i sent him the money (Rs. 16000) and after that i got a call from courier office and has to pay penalty of 3500 which will be refunded after delivery. I paid the rest amount. He also sent the pictures of the phone. The invoice of the phone and id card the olx chat, bank account details, courier slip, whatsapp chat and the screenshot of the paytm is attached with this complaint and i am requesting the refund for this fraud case.
So, if you can take the necessary steps of the complaint i will be highly obliged.

I was supposed to get an apple watch by the seller who has changed the name to angel123. I had to recreate my account in order to trace her. The seller is a liar and a dupe. Please block her as i was supposed to get the product two weeks back. After paying her, she will make it look as though she has sent it through courier service but she won't and then blame the courier service.

On 12 march, 2018 i contacted him on olx as i saw the ad of iphone 7plus (128gb) with the price of 35, 500. I got a mobile no. Then i dialed the no. He introduced himself with the name of vikram waghmare (Indian army, regiment-gd) posting in jaipur rajasthan. He lives in sawai man singh building there.
He takes me in full confidence. I trusted on him. I done the deal in 30000. He said that you will get the phone via courier in next 24 hour. He send me the pics of courier bill and packed phone (Courier company) on whatsapp. According to deal i have to pay him 10, 000 in advance after getting the confirmation from courier company. Then i send the money to him. But he makes me to pay full payment of 30, 000 on next day yet i did not receive the parcel.

As i have seen ad in olx and sent my contact number to them. They gave their watsapp number. The ad was given by olx no name mentioned. Iphone 6s pluse. The price for was 15000rs. But they asked to 50percent before and remains after receiving. I have paid first 5000rs and then 10000rs. After paying this they asked me to pay 7000rs for insurance. And said they will return that amount when they deliver the item. All the transactions was done by bank from my account to the account they have given to me. But after receiving the amount no response from them as i have been calling to them. So i contacted police they also called but they are not responding properly. So they iam go to put case on you as the ad was given buy you olx user.

He is very big fraud, still he is doing same in olx.

Same thing he had done to me this week, he has taken 1300 rs advance trough paytm mobile no:[protected] and did not given any phone.
