I have paid a person an amount of rs 500 via paytm as a security money for a kitten located in uttar pradesh. The person was disguised as a ngo person. He told me that he would deliver me the cat in the next 2 days after the payment... After the payment he messaged me that i have been scammed... Now i don't know what to do except maybe write this complaint. Please help me recover mylost money... As an evidence i have all the evidence i will ever need... I have the full whatsapp conservation and also the person's name and face including voice

I want to buy a second hand mobile from olx. A member which details are attached as photos with this complain chat with me on his whatsapp number +[protected]. He is deal with me to send oneplus 3t in 17000/-inr with a condition that he want 12000 advance and rest after delivery. As his terms and conditions i sent 12000/- inr on 04.01.2018 to his account. His accont detail are also attached with complain but the sellar dont send me the mobile yet. Now i request him to give back my money but he is not respond.

I bought some antique watches from an olx online seller named kailash chand gupta, kc gupta with phone number [protected]. He sold me fake hmt watches with fake hmt watch cases and fake dials. Also he sold me 2 citizen automatic watches at 3000 each with fake case and dials. I came to know of this fraud when i have one of the watches for service.
This person has cheated me and i request olx to take action against this fake seller.

He is a big fraud he has taken my 2000. And still now his mobile is on. He is using identity of indian solider, please don't trust him. He says he has arranged 31 lakh rupees doing this fraud. He says he doesn't afraid of anything, please help me i want my money back. Cyber crime branch find this guy out. This is to inform you all that there is a fraud going on through olx. There are few sellers (Ex: shrikant) act as an army / cisf personnel and want to sell their iphone 7 plus on a good price and will share the details of the phone and their id proofs of army / cisf and make you believe in their webbed story.

You will find all the details matching even the device warranty check via the imei code provide on device manufacturer website. Later on, they will say that the phone can be sent via courier service which is available within their camp and will reach to you in one working day itself. They will share the photos of couriering the device along to prove that they are sending the phone to you and will ask to deposit the token money in an account and give you enough confidence that you will feel like you are not being cheated.
Kindly be aware and share the information as much as you can so we can help others by being aware.
I request olx to help regarding this matter as shrikant do fraud with so many peoples and he is still posting new ads of same device befooling others doing more frauds.

3. Next day you will get call from a person saying that he has brought your phone which was sent from so and so person but he asked us to put the delivery on hold and tell you to call the seller. (How a courier delivery boy knows what is in the box?)
4. When you call the seller and tell him regarding the call from courier person, then he will say okay deposit the balance payment and he will tell courier person to deliver the phone.
5. He will say if you deposit the money only then the courier person will come to your place to deliver the phone.
After all the above things, if you say i do not want phone and return my money. He will say okay, i will deposit it back by the evening and ask you to wait. Actually, they will not deposit any money as their main motto behind this is to do frauds.

A man named srikanth advertised to sell his phone. Against his ad for iphone 6s 32gb, i contacted him on the phone. He posed as an army personnel and requested me to pay 1000/-by paytm he has taken entire price of rs23100/- but he is not supplying me with the item he had advertised in olx.in. He gave his army cisf id card and aadhar card for bilieve. I helped him as a mark of respect for the army personnel now he is not picking up my phone...

I posted my ad of ps3 yesterday evening but it got rejected, i tried again but same thing happen... Today i tried again but again it got rejected... My ad photos are hd.. But still olx is saying its poor quality... Customer care is not replying... I dont why olx is doing this... Quikr is so much better than this olx... I thought olx is better but now after this experience... I may switch to quiker

I posted a complaint yesterday. And again today again this the sam group is putting ads in differnt place in different name. And he has given the best breeds kittens pictures for just 2700 rupee. I dont need the buyer to get into trouble.. He is doing the same thing for many times i msged him directly also.. He is changing his account nd number frequently... So plz try to take any action against him as soon as possible. Im attaching the new ads he has posted yesterday after my reporting. If not it will lead to olx negative impact

I purchased a mobile phone from olx site on 20/01/2018, around 4 pm. Place of location was mumbai kurla west.
Olx site of which ad id is [protected].
Seller named as shown on id is shikhar chaudhry. And mobile number he used to communicate was [protected]
Seller didnot mention heavy scratches on back cover and i also coudnot see it because of another extra back on it.
Now his phone showing not in service ([protected]), now within 20hrs only his phone showing not in service.. Kindly help me to return this product asap.

In the pet section when we put hyderabad as location u can see a jioandjeenedo named seller ad for kittens for 2700.. At first he put the same kind of ad in bnglr. And once i got cheated and again i sw his add with another kittens pic i reported the add and he deleted it. Now again he has put many ads lyk the sam on olx but different places lyk hyderabad patna. Aroumd 10 ads. So plz try to take action against these kind of # people who destroys olx z identity nd make these apps as wortless &trustless

and he is resident of mehdipatnam, hyedarabad, Telangana State, INDIA as per his detail

as this guy show me the phone and as I have paid him the amount and he told me to wait out side the door so that he could collect all the bill and box ..as I waited for 15 minutes there was no response when I knocked the door I came to know that there is no such person he run with back door when I enqire there dont have any knowledge who was that and when I call him on number continously swithed off from that moment and find the attached file for your consideration

In your olx site i have checked car model chevrolet beat, car no. Up78ca2358 and contact with seller for the purchase of this car.

I have given advance of rs.100000 through agreement stamp.

Now the situation is seller is denying to give car and not attending my call. He is also denying to received advance money.

Olx is a good plateform to sold/purchase but if the client is cheated like this then it will be very samefull for the olx.

As i have booked the car it is also showing in your site that it has been sold.

Now i am going to take serious action against that seller and lodged fir. Pls do the support if any this related to person background check process carried out by your company than pls be support during legal action.

I LOST MY MONEY through OLX.

An Add was posted about an hyundai i10 grey color car 2010 model, amount 210000.. As there was no contact number displayed for owner, i had to chat.He asked me to send my mail id and sent a mail stating that he is going to Australia nd he has parked his car in Devanahalli airport and asked me to contact airport officer by giving their contact number.

Initially the airport officer asked me to pay 68000 for gate pass to enter into airport and expenses for maintenance of car.

She(Airport Officer) said After taking for test drive if your not interested we'll pay the money back.

After paying my money through online transaction, people have vanished.
All their contact numbers are switched off.

Now neither i got a car nor my money.

The details of ownership they gave is different from RTO ownership details.
How can 1 car be registered on 2 people names.??.

Why the hell you are allowing fraudsters to post a false add.

Even now those people are continuing their cheating.
If anyone calls them they are getting cheated just like me.
Some contact numbers are still available, they aren't receiving my call.

If i call from some different number and he is receiving and asking to send mail and continuing the same trick on others.

Please do help me.. If you allow them to continue, their cheating still continues.

Please take an immediate action on this..I want my money back. Its not 1 rupee or 1000 rupees.
I have lost 68000 i.e, around 70000 because of this add.

I have seen the add of iphone 5s 16gb on date 15 january 2018...in olx.. By rahul agarwal.. Whose mobile number is [protected].. I liked the add and messaged him... He said to transfer the 3000 first then after the courier comes to my hometown then he said to transfer the other amount.. I transferred 3000... He sent me the courier no. P20543684 in dtdc.. I transferred to phone pay no.[protected].. I have the bank details., addhar card, pan card etc

This man advertised to sell his mobile phones.Against his ad for iPhone 6s Plus 32gb, I contacted him on the phone. He posed as an army personnel and requested me to pay 10000/-by Paytm because he required money very urgently for the treatment of his friend lying in a hospital in Lucknow .He has taken entire price of Rs21500/- but he is not supplying me with the item he had advertised in OLX.in.

i m old user, i seen AD for iphone on OLX by Vikram Waghmare, he is biggest fraud, he has identity of INDIAN ARMY, is also fake, he will demanded money only by paytm, i requestto olx please verified this type of fake id's,
i need helo from olx and paytm regarding this, that is happend on 16th january,
i request for refund as i do payment and not received product,

Hie, i paid money to this person as he said it needs to b deposited in his account to forward me the bike .after dat he sends me the registration pic and the bike pics and later he told to deposit more in his account for noc and transport after that he said it will reach in 5 days since than he is not picking up my phone nor replying to my messages.thers no sign of him
