ME: But if the check does not clear you can just complaint in the bank and thay will take care of the rest. If i transfer the money via Internet banking. Bank don't take any responsibility.
Chetan r sajjan: Bank will not handle check case they will tell go to lawyer and file a complaint which literally takes way too long time
ME: But in case of check there is some legal law "Section 138 of negotiable instruments" in which you can take legal action.

ME: Yes but you will still have the case against me a legal one and if I'll do the same with internet banking its gonna take fare more time and still there are no guarantees.
ME: And i can Send you 500rs with internet banking in advance from wich you can conform that it is my bank account. By comparing it with the account number on check.
ME: That the final option. Everything else is far greater risk for both o[censored]s.

ME: You can ask the courier company for some sort of COD option i heard most of courier company have that opt but i don't have any idea how it works.
