Hi I just bought a pitbull from olx life kennel.firstly let me begin with this.the dealer showed me picture of that pitbull puppy, it was healthy n so cute.but when I received it, it turn out to be totally different from that picture.I was so disappointed and annoyed becoz it's so obvious that I have been cheated. The sad part is the puppy was so malnourished.I contacted the dealer n complain to him about the puppy colour n health.but the dealer was instead correcting me saying that it's the same with the pic n that he lose weight because he travel by flight all the way from delhi to nagaland.I got really mad because he thinks that I am so foolish i have been dealing with dogs for so many years.when I said that I'm a vat doctor he quickly hang up the phone.I know he is lying.I don't need the refund I just want complain about their company, I wonder how many people that will be cheating.here's his no.[protected].I don't know his name. I am from North east so maybe he thinks that I could be easily fooled.

Its been 2 hours im not able to upload an add.
and if it gets uploaded it seems to let moderated again n again
its a serious note 2 you guys, i[censored] dont want us to sell the products on yoyr site then kindly backoff. as u guys removed the contact number visibility from al the ads, it seems that no onne can buy or sell products now.
its been to inconvience in both selling and purchasing goods.
And aslo its not opening in crome browser.

My Olx accounts has been banned for no reason immediately after registration

is it possible to remove ban? or is there any certain reason for this ban?
I tried to open a new account with my second mobile number and same situation happened.Could you please help me to remove ban or open a new account without ban?

I have made a post one week back and yesterday I paid RS 999 with transaction ID 104601. But unfortunately, the add is removed by OLX and says removed due to poor quality. They removed the add after 8 days and 1 day after the payment. I called up the CC and they are not helpful. they simply disconnecting the calls. And said payment cannot be reversed or they cannot repost.

Sent many mails to [protected]@olx.in and no response from them also.

Ad id...[protected]...y not displaying properly after editing? Why showing AD WILL BE ACTIVE SHORTLY? How long to wait...? Paid around 1200rs...will I lose money and faith in olx?kindly solve the issue soon.

Ad atfirst displayed correctly.but after editing for the second time, it is showing as the ad is no longer available.

Please make sellers phone number visible in the add... The buyers want to chat with us to get our phone number... Most of the people didn't use this facility, they simply ignore it. Or they don't know how to get our phone number... Most people didn't call because of this. Please take necessary action as soon as possible... Waiting for your reply.. Thank you

I h've seen the ad of this car, (chennai) in olx on 18/09/2016, (swift 2008) 1, 10, 000/-and i have communicated on phone, my request was to provide me with (noc) as it is (car) from tamilnadu and iam from nellore, andhra pradesh. after promising me with providing noc he told me to transfer the amount of 10, 000/- (our agreement was of first paying advance i have to go to chennai and pick the car from him) and i have transferred the amount (10, 000/-) again he called me and told to transfer the whole amount of 1 lakh, as he wants to pay the amount to others, but i refused, he still keep on requesting to transfer saying that you are tranferring the amount in bank account and it will be the proof, after thinking of the bank account proof, with so much of hesitation finally agreed to deposit the money (50, 000/-total 5+5+50=60, 000/-) in his account, and the agreement was he has to delliver the car at my one of the friends place in chennai, but he didn't dellivered. after 2 days again i saw the same car ad on olx and i have called him to check, he promised me to pay my money, but its been 1 month and he returned me a single rupee.
I have keep on calling him and he is not responding, and few days back he received the phone and said wrong number.

I have transfer 13000 to an olx user to buy his i phone 5s but seller recibe the money switch off his cell and block me that's fraud he did with me and h told me ki aap money transferkar do me apko yaha se phone bejta hu or usne mujse 9000 mange phone ke jo ki olx pe mrp daali thi usne but mene use 2 time paise bethe 1 time 5000 or 2 time 4000 but usne muje bolaki muje 4000 nh aye h to mene use 4000 or bejhe money transfer se or ab usne muje what's ap pe or call list me block kar diya h mene usee dusre no. Se try ki to usne wo b block kar diya mere pass sab proof h add ka money transfer ka or uske chats ka so plz give my money back

You guys turrned off the mobile number visibility which is unnessecary . If any customer is concerned about their privacy you should let them know how to turn off their number visibility option .instead of that you lazy people forced this privacy BS on every users .some o[censored]s dont use internet alltime and depends on buyers to call . And you dont even bother to inform the customers that this [censored] has been changed ...

I am searching a flat on rent the problem i am having is i am unable to get the contact numbers of the add persons it is showing option chat only after clicking on it showing get app i already have your app but it doesn't work properly on windows phone so i am searching on pc. Please fix it as early as possible. And one thing if i want to search it on my pc then why it is necessary to search on the app?

I bought a pack of 5 ads, after posting most of it and not getting any response i contacted olx customer care only to be informed that from now on, contact number will be shown on mobile app only.how stupid is this ??people post ad to be more visible on sites but olx seems to think of themselves as some sort of google in ad posting as if ppl will start downloading their app just for advertisers fone number, they seem to be unaware that there are so many websites, better and simple than theirs in the maret.if they want to promote their app, why dont they advertise about it instead of cheating ppl who have taken their packages and more over their app is so confusing, complicated

I have paid 899 rupees to one ad for 1 month ad posting, for 2 days it has become active later on it went to moderate which is not existing while in searches. I want my money back or make my add active. I had a with the customer care person he is also very helpless. I have put more than 2 mails to the customer care support they are not yet all responding to the calls.

This person (p jaganmohan mobile no. [protected]) who came up as a seller on olx selling refrigerator, ac, washing machine etc.

He cheated upon me by selling a fridge at 5300/- with 6 months warranty and now donot lift the phone and upon calling from another no. always says he's out of station.

Olx is completely responsible for acts of such people as they donot do proper authentication of seller claiming to be largest used goods seller. now i have to go thru another corrupt system of police and pay them bribery to get this money out of this seller.

Olx doesn;t want to trace this seller over their network and allowing them now to plunder customers in new cities.

I saw an ad on olx "Flash sell! htc one m9 only at 15500-Pune' dated on 10th september 2016...which said all brand new unused mobiles are available with courier service too...the ad is from mobile no: [protected] name: subho...(now the ad is removed) so i thought of buying one htc one m9...i contacted him and we had a deal at rs 14000. He told cash on delivery is not possible and asked me to transfer money in his account and said he will ship the product at the same time.But after depositing the money on 26 september 2016, he said m9 is having some problems...at that time i asked for refund of money..i said i[censored] wont refund the amount i will complain to the police...finally he send one courier on 30 september 2016 which contained a non working samsung phone...i tried to contact him several times which he didnot respond...just 3 days before i saw another ad from his another number: [protected] which said 'Htc one m9 sell or exchange at lowest price kolkata'...(now got removed)earlier it was pune now its kolkata...He is a big fraud and am going to file a police compaint against him under cheating charges ...His name is subhasis das lives in kolkata (photo i have uploaded)

I had lost my faith in this olx platform and i suggest the other user not to buy anything from olx...better stay safe with your money...i request olx to provide me the deleted ad screenshots so that it will be a big evidence...i need to get my money back at any cost!!

Thia is to inform i'm a avid user of olx and services offered at your platform since a week i'm have been witnessin great problems as earlier it was very simple to use it and seek information but putting the name of the town or the whole or entire india in one go but now its working according to location which is very difficult aswell is not helpful as it used to can you kindly helpme out and let me use it in the previous manner it used to be earlier as sone of my friends are too using the older version and i too seek the same older version of it please do the needfull in the regards thanks.
