Kochi I saw an advertisement in OLX RS 11999 for iphone 5s for .then We talked about all the details through mentioned mobile number [protected], and he told to pay 6000 thousand rupees advance to an Account number I had transfer the 6000 rs amount to my his Bank Account. and share receipt to his whatsup number, then he told it will be deliver within three days, but am waited more than one week until now but i haven't received the unit yet. Please help me get my money back, am attached all detail with this mail

It is alert for every online buyer, this is very serious case and fraud happening on OLX and other platform where people sell their stuff online. someone stolen my mobile LG nexus 5 on june 25th 2015 in mumbai local train in Dadar. i lodge a complaint about this in mumbai central railway department after six month police trace that person( Atul Yadav ) who was using my mobile, police called him in police station he came and after his statement...

I place advertisement on olx and paid rs 199 for view that ad for one month.but the ad not viewed on the site bcz it has been removed during verification .I spoke with the customer care executive for correct that ad and place dat on site they told they cant replace or refund .I request them it didn't viewd on the site as it removed before place that on site but they told their policy is dat they refund money.im requisting to refund my money

I have a complaint on fraud for Ravi garg, kotak mahindra bank, ifsc code kkbk0000265. he promised to sell me galaxy s6 at 15k. after transfering money of 4k and extra 500 inr for courier charges he sent me unclear fake courier reciept in whatsapp. whn i asked him to send clear pic he says he lost the reciept. now the packed should be delivered by now but the delivery guy refuses to receive my calls and that seller too. Unfortunately i cudnot screenshot the olx serial/seller no. because after we had talk he deleted his ad after an half and hour or so.

But yaha per toh log no. Lker faltu mai call kerte hai aur gandi gamdi baatein kerte hai. Aur chat kerte hai gandi wali. Isse toh humare number ka miss use ho raha hai yaha per. Hum apki facility use kerne ke liye kerte hai yaha per shopping n sell but for this kind of things.

This is to inform you that mr. Babun dey has sold me an i phone 6 64 gb gold from kolkata to pune. He had dispatched the same from kolkata through dtdc dt 04.05.2016

Yesterday morning mr. Babun had confirmed me that he has given phone to dtdc courier and they will dispatch the phone on urgent delivery basis alongwith its insurance. Also he had paid the courier charges of rs. 1, 270/- to dtdc for special courier.

But the courier detail is not traceable yet. Please see this matter as on the behalf of details given by consignor i had transferred the amount of rs. 20, 000/- to him in his bank account.
Now, consignor's phone no. Is not reachable and dtdc concern person's contact no. Is also not reachable. Even though i talked to dtdc person yesterday on this phone no.-[protected] (This no. Is mentioned below the stamp made on docket which is attached herewith).

Please help me to take out this matter as i have been robbed by those people (Consignor and courier person).
Kindly revert me till today noon, i shall be very thankful to you if you will help me in this matter.

Have given money for removing icloud removal but it's not done also money not refunded do the needful. Ad id[protected]. They are really fraud. For longg time there are giving assurance they will do it but they were just telling lie as well as they told they are from bangalore. They asked me to transfer the money through freecharge i transferred also after that i wait for almost1 month but at last they told they can't do they told also they will refund the money.

before purchasing we called the person and enquired everything he told different address finally we reached the placed then he told to pay token advance so we can provide led tv sony samsung for advance amount we paid even not provide any recipt from this person so laterly he gave led tv samsung brand he told this are original products from company only we r giving company warranty for purchasing led tv he as not provide any recipts he provide assembled led tv local led tv this products are not original later i called company person he checked led tv and told this r not company product this local brand not company brand finally we planned to return the led tv we took led tv to same person we r not interseted this all local led tv not a branded led tv pls return our cash so the person told this not our product u bought from different side so finally we fighted big quarrel and we finally launched a police complaint against him even
in this way seeiing ad differnt photos of led tv for lesser price we got cheated pls avoid such person not posting ad it will help public beware of the person
this my salary amount we lost it

Sir I ordered white colour bmw dancing Car in olx from the wholesale dealer AMIT BHATIA in olx..Seller is from Delhi Karol Bagh..am from chennai tamilnadu..he send me a damaged red colour car..it is fully damaged..I asked for refund he is telling he will not do..he is saying by mistake he said that product but he will not refund money..so tomorrow am filing FIR on olx in chennai city police station..

In the Month of January i saw job offer ad in olx in the comapny name of Tata Motors.Its in the month of February I selected for supervisor post for Tata Motors. I had received joining letter and training letter from this mail Id. As per joining letter i contacted Ms Vinita Segal (HR). she told me to deposit some amount of Rs.15200 to Mr. Ajay Kumar Bharti's Axis bank account. I deposited that amount and after that till today so many times i tried to contact her, but she put my mobile no into block list and now its ringing but she is not responding till now. They are posting ad still now in different names, different contact no, sometimes they post in the name of Tata motors, Maruti Suzuki, Britania, Lg electronics etc. they all are fake. Kindly do the investigation throughly. I want my money back from them.

I am an individual had listed my adv to sell my property, i had bought one month subscription to highlight my adv which was expired. I thought refreshing the content may put my adv in top but then i learned that i had crossed the limit of free ad listing hence i cannot edit. So i thought let me buy one highlight pack and then edit the content to relist my adv with highlighted. So i bought subscription for one of the existing ad for rs. 1199/- i was just setting up the adv, during that process it went for re-activation and due to your complicated process i happen to remove the ad by mistake. After which i went back and saw the in my ads it wasn't listed. And the highlight pack which i bought was no longer available. When i reported this incident to olx they straight forward denied giving a reason that i removed the adv so i am not liable to get refund or credit to highlight another adv. Practically they have took my money and in returned i got nothing. And for past one week i am following up with them on the same.

This is something very unfair practice, such things can happen to many of them. No one would purposely buy the subscription and delete it immediately.

So this way olx has robbed me of 1199/- and i am losing faith from online transactions.

I have the email chain of response from olx, let me know how to upload that.

I was saw add in olx I called him for maruti Suzuki estilo 2009 model red colour car he mention price 126000 and gave me offer after i was called him 105000 final price
And he said "already one customer promise me to deposit money RS 5000 in an hour if you send me any token advance so that I will give you. So that I was deposited 1000 rupees for confirmation
After that move was switched off
These are all happened in yesterday means 24.05.2016 night

I contact a person from olx...he told that he is selling iphone 6s for 40k...so i go on purchasing with deal of 35 k.He agreed with me and he told that to pay the amount and transfer it to bank...i will give the mobile very next day..i transfer the amount to his account...but the mobile not yet received... I think he is a fraud..he told that he send the mobile direct to home...not yet received and he told to pay extra 35k as he booked 2 phones...i denied to pay it...he told that he will send one phone by courier...my number [protected]

He is a big car and bike scammer on olx. He was in mumbai jail before
Cams people to buy car and offers some spot cash and then gives a fake cheque. And you cannot trace him.
He then sells the car to some one else saying its his brothers and keeps on car key with him and says he will get noc for them and vanishes with original documents... Please report to police if you find him again

I sold my car to a person named with gaurav ahuja s/o rakesh ahuja on 04/09/2014 in rs. 35000 cash and rest rs. 46000 by cheque the cheque date is 15/09/2014, but when i drop the cheque in bank it bounced and from that day contact number proivided by gaurav ahuja ([protected]) is going switched off. I get fraud by him now i reported this matter to police station but they are doing nothing regarding this matter... What can i do plzzzz suggest me and help me.. There are many location where they used to stay shirdi, nashik, mumbai (Nalasopara, vasai, dahisar, kanidivali, palghar, naigaon), pune, indore, meerut, delhi, ghaziabad, and many more.
This boy is right now got married to a lady know as aman deep kaur.
Before this he was committed to a girl and have a child from that girl.
He and his mother even cheated on her and took more than a lakh from her.
They used to hit her and even ruled her life.

1. Sold the car to victim1 through olx ad and convinced the victim1 to get noc collected the original documents and absconding

2. Cheated victim2 of 65000/- by scamming with all promising to get his mother's friends car from delhi but fooled them and is absconding.

Stealing the photos/ photo id and address proof and buying the sim in the victim2 name and using it for their transactions.

3. Cheated the victim 3 of 40000/- to get visa to usa

Last known address the fraudsters stayed: 103 1st coss 6th block kormangala bnaglaore 95

He cheated victim 3 of 40000/- (Forty thousand) rupees, in the visa scam, (Vicitm 2) friend? S daughter, had to got to us college for studies, but her visa got rejected twice and so mr gurvinder singh and aman deep kaur came to know about this and offered help stating his mother has vip qota and she can help but latter took money and threatened us stating that his mother will but bribery case on us and will spoil the future of the girl as he has all her documents,

My husband wanted to buy a second hand car.He saw the add of Hyundai i20 posted in OLX.It was of 2011 model and seller was selling it for 310000.When my husband called seller, he told the car is in Bangalore airport and the owner had to fly to dubai for some reason.He told both are doctors.And a lady who works in airport parking section is going to handle the procedures to sell car.She sent account details to my husband and asked to deposit money in Canara Bank.My husband deposited the amount in Canara Bank, New Tippasandra road branch Bangalore.After that amount was deposited, seller asked him to send another 25 k for some other procedures on taking that car from airport since it was parked there from a month.My husband was suspicious and asked her to meet.The lady refused to meet him and we got to know that we were duped.Please help us in recovering that money.Its our hard earnt money
