There are thousands of ads being posted on olx for part time and full time jobs which is totally fake they are only the money seekers.They get commission on each referrel.Fake interview are taken with high registration fees and they just say you got rejected for the interview and registration fee is not refundable.please block all the users who post large number of ads in sake to just get commision.It is very bothering and very Tough to get a good job.

My cel no [protected] has been posted as seller in ad for sell of a mobile moto g3. This totally fake and some one is doing this repeatedly using fake mobile no or email. Pl Block immediately. I have never posted any sell ad on olx. The company has allowed to post some miscreants with checking the authenticity. I am receing uninterrupted call for sell mobile. Pl bound the olx company to check the authenticity of the person posting the ad as such fake ad disturb to seller as well as the buyers. In the meantime pl let it be checked that who been deliberately and repeatedly has posted such ads to bother the general public.

Someone (parthrahul74) post advt for sale of mobile E5 and E3 ang give contact number of anathore person. Cont no- [protected]. I call him he is very disturbed. Kindly remove both ad and take punishable action against parthrahul74. I'm from Vadodara and both ad are visible at Vadodara Olx.

Please remove this ad as soon as possible because some one has post this fake ad by my name and mobile number

On 5 November 2015 I saw an add for selling of I phone 5s and the name he said is Nikhil and add ID is[protected] So I have send him a message, he send his mobile no.[protected].and after that I send him messega on whatsapp and request him to send pictures of Phone, so he sends me pictures of Phone and also picture of box.i was satisfied with the Phone he told me i[censored] r interested in Phone u will have to make advance payment then I will courier you the Phone and all accessories. So I was agreed I will make the payment of Rs 10000 as advance and remaining balance on receiving of courier. Therefore he provided me SBI bank account no.[protected] Account holder name : Nikhil K and IFSC code : SBIN0015657 send him my address and details for deliver the phone. I made a online transfer on 9 November 2015 from reference id.1523. He told me he will courier the same after receipt of money.So confirmation message come that money has been transferred. He told me he will courier the same in the Afternoon .after that we keep in touch on whats app at regular interval.he told me he is going to courier company and will send me courier receipt.Thereafter im trying to contact his phone, he as blocked my number and any number which i call from he dont respond and block that number too and messages on whatsapp is not delivering.So I think he cheated on me by taking my 10000/- So it is requested to you kindly look into matter and take the necessary action and provide the details of that person (who posted that Add )available with OLX records in order to move forward. This is not a complain, I am posting this just to request you that please check the company's background before posting any business offer or job ads. A company named Super Shoppee Mart and there are also teleshopping company from Indore, Madhya Pradesh are fooling people and looting their money. Even I am a victim of such company. So please its my request stop posting ads from Indore's company specially teleshopping company as they are just fooling people. Save the people's money.

I am regular user of OLX for purchasing and selling different products over a period of 2 years.On 11 November 2015 I saw an add for selling of Canon 70 D camera title as "Canon 70D 2 years old under warranty" and the name mentioned in that add is "Rakeshstudent123"
So I have send him a message, he send his mobile no.[protected].and after that I send him messega on whatsapp and request him to send pictures of camera, so he sends me pictures of camera and also picture of the bill and box.i was satisfied with the camera he told me i[censored] r interested in camera u will have to make advance payment then I will courier you the camera and all accessories. So I was agreed I will make the payment of Rs 15000 as advance and remaining balance on receiving of courier. Therefore he provided me Vijaya bank account no.[protected] Account holder name :Chetan kumar R Sajjan.Hubli Branch.along with the copy of his Pan card and Voter ID card and I also send him copy of my driving license.
I made a online transfer on 12 November 2015 from my ICICI bank vide reference id.[protected].
He told me he will courier the same after receipt of money.So confirmation message come that money has been transferred. He told me he will courier the same in the evening.after that we keep in touch on whats app at regular interval.he said its Raining heavily here, so will courier it the morning.On 13 November 2015 he told me he is going to courier company and will send me courier receipt.Thereafter im trying to contact his phone, his mobile his switched off and messages on whatsapp is not delivering.So I think he cheated on me by taking my 15000/- So it is requested to you kindly look into matter and take the necessary action and provide the details of that person (who posted that Add )available with OLX records in order to move forward.

Honda City 2013 Model - Rs. 1.4 Lac Rohini Avantika, Delhi Added on 16 Oct, Ad ID:[protected] This result i got lots o[censored]nwanted call for the whole day . Hi, I had received 14/15 calls stating that someone had placed my number([protected]) in olx for selling a phone. I had never placed any such request.. Don't know why did he place my number, without my knowledge. I request you to check & remove these wrong details

My name is keshu wardhan &I know olx is helping people to sell or buy item..they r doing their job really well..but there are also some fake adds which are there meant to loot indians. They r basically from usa or nigeria, they hv posted wrong phone numbers on their post..as i got scammed by one of these post only.i saw a add of playstation 4 of rs 15000inr which is very cheap as compared in india which costs more than 30k here in india..which results i got attracted towards that add and decided to buy that.then the seller named ramon..he was a muslim btw, told me to transfer 5000inr in his sbi bank account of delhi for the dhl air fees and also as a advance payment..and i deposited the money in his account which is named as yanbeni murry..A/C no.[protected] And so he showed me a fake invoice and airway bill..then he again asked me for another 5000inr as a clearance fee but i refused to do so and asked for a refund..but after 2 to 3 days he said that the approval o[censored]r refund was rejected and now he has also blocked me from whatsapp..so in this way he looted me..please olx do something about these adds..otherwise many more r gonna scammed..thank uh

Hi..This is manju from hyderabad.When i am searching for home based work, i noticed an ad of IT DATA SERVICES PVT LTD in olx.in. They posted the same work details in olx kerala and olx hyderabad.After that i am searched for the reviews & complaints online about the company but didnt found anything..I called one of them from the given number and the lady iam talked is Archana and she said that her office is in hyderabad and her boss name...

AD ID[protected] Champion line long coat germanshephard puppy only 5500 with Kci reg pep. I contacted the the guy named maan contact no. [protected] through OLX to buy a german shepherd dog on 4th November 2015 at 12pm on whatsapp and calls after having and watching dogs photos and videos of dog to be taken . he asked me to meet at lakshmi nagar at 3pm to take the dog and give money Rs 7000 for a good breed dog. i reached there and met him. Then he took away the money and ran away. I filed a F.I.R at shakarpura thana (lakshmi nagar) police station and they told me this is the third same incident happened. And he is still using his number and threatening me to take back the F.I.R and misbehaving . sending text. He contacted me last on 5 november 2015 10:30am. I am so ASHAMED of police even they are not taking action.. he is again and calling ABUSING saying nobody could do anything yet and OLX site that they allow to put FRAUD selling. I am going through a mental stress and also want you to take a legal action against OLX. hope you will not disappoint me like DELHI POLICE . it was a big AMOUNT for me to LOOSE my email id - [protected]@gmail.com my no. Hi, both myself and my sister are on olx for selling and buying stuff. Buying is ok however when try to sell items we start receiving "sexual" or similar messages. At times my sister has got disgusting calls at 2 am in the night when we were in hospital even or in navratra pooja received call for survey on "masturbation" we know its olx as they ask fro my name or my sister or mother's name as on OLX Sometime sits frustrating as my sister has made police complaint to stop Today a customer was trying to flirt and i abused him and they have taken offence.. there has to be an authentic check of buyers and sellers like other sites Complaining to olx or giving feedback on site DOES NOT HELP at all

I saw a add on OLX pune to sell TVS Wego, when I contacted, they called me at point showed me the vehicle and agreed on the price and took token money and later on asked to transfer the full amount in bank account before taking the delivery, when I requested for copy of RC book they refused to share it and said either transfer the full money or forget the token money and started speaking rash words and threatened me to face consequences and refused to refund the token money.

Once I was browsing through OLX for Beats head phones dealers and came across this person named Aditya Gupta (Contact Number: [protected]). As the rate was Rs7000 lower than the rate available in the market, I decided to call him and talk to him what it is actually. This person explained me how they are able to give a lesser rate as compared to the market. I agreed to him on it And finalised Beats Studio which he offered for Rs 30000 flat and its market rate was approximately Rs37000. Before I placed the order I confirmed that I should get a Cash On Delivery, and he agreed to it. He said in order to place an order he asked me to deposit Rs500 as booking amount to his account and the remaining Rs 29500 should be paid during the delivery agreeing to him I deposited Rs 500 on 14th of September 2013 as he instructed me (I have the deposit receipt picture as a proof with me). He promised that I will receive my courier in few days through DTDC Couriers. He shared the tracking ID with me which was (DTDC Tracking ID: I[protected]Pouch Number: 5041913). I received the courier on 23rd September 2013 after paying Rs29500. I asked the courier person to wait until I check the courier. The courier person agreed to it. Once I opened the packing I discovered the Headphones inside is a different model than that is given on the picture on the box. I asked the courier person to wait a moment till I confirm, the courier person agreed to it once again. When I removed the real product, I was shocked that it was a fake version. I asked the courier person for a refund and he denied saying that its company policy and in order to get a refund you should contact the dealer and share the details with him. After that I continuously called Aditya, and he promised me that he would replace the product. After a month he said that the courier is in transit and it was stuck with customs department. And in order to get it out the customs department I need to pay another Rs4000 or else I would not get the product. I was afraid of loosing my money this way and paid another Rs 400toin his bank account(I have the Bank transfer Records). After receiving the amount he changed his number and I have never heard from him again.
I also tried to contact the courier agent in his area and was shocked to hear from him that he is a scammer and reputedly does this with people. I have paid him three different times (Booking Deposit Rs500, Cash On Delivery Rs 29500, Rs 4000 bank deposit for custom clearance) I still have the product as I received it. I also lodged a complaint to consumers forum but no action taken on it. I suddenly came across and found a complaint from other victims as well. Please help me get my money back and save others from this Scammers group.

I am using Olx and been selling my products as a genuine customer of Olx. But yesterday my Olx app tells me that my account has been banned. If you want to ban consumers and allow not to sell them, then please stop providing these services. Anshul [protected]@gmail.com [protected]

When i tried to put one item for sale i observed that account is banned. I dont know what happened and why they banned my account.
