Actually I posted my add on olx a week a go.Responce from customers was very good and i was able to sold my my tv and my jmg juicer.But now i am having a problem in deleting my add .The problem is that whenever i open the email that i got from olx when i posted my add .At the end of the email is an option to edit or delete the add and when i click on "delete" option a webpage opens and asks for the email that i used to post the add when i type the email i get an email from olx.In that email it is written that "MANAGE YOUR AD (EDIT, DELETE, ADD PICTURES):" .But when i open the link it again opens the webpage asking for my email id that i used to post the add.I again type my id and again get an email and when i open the link again the same happens.

Mr. Manish, I am Very Much Disappointed for your childish reply saying "Your account has been suspended because you have posted ads that breach our Terms o[censored]se. For your kind information this all ads has been posted longtime back and was duly approved and checked by your representative and then all the ads were live, you can see closely none of my ad is duplicate and no where it breach the terms o[censored]se. In my previous email i have stated i was just updating my ads for the pricing, i just updated 4 to 5 ads and all of sudden all this ads went in Pending Ads ( this was my query ) you have not solved it and just to reply you have mentioned I have breach the terms o[censored]se? Mr. Manish as per your saying my ads breach your terms o[censored]se then WHY all this ads were live before from months ? When posting my ads i do keep in mind that this should not breach any terms o[censored]se and also you can see since how long I am using Olx.com, i do follow all the terms and condition mentioned on the website and I do trust Olx.com from many years and years. And also you have mentioned in your reply "In our Terms and Conditions, we have highlighted the products that are not permitted on the site" Is this was the sentence required to inform me where i have not posted such products on Olx.com which is not permitted. Mr.Manish kindly refer my query very closely and find out the reason behind this, is this was some technical problem or some other. The reply which you have given was such a thing which does not suits to my query and i think just to close query tickets you have done this and without referring my ads, can you show me my single ad which shows it is duplicate? Mr.Manish I have no choice to put up this to higher authority if its not gets resolved from your end.

This are just some ads where more than one dog breed is mentioned and their are 100 of more such ads which are live on Olx.com. For your kind information we are dog breedors and do breeds all the different breeds and fullfill clients requirements to see different dog breeds at one place, this helps clients to select the breed which they are comfortable with and the breed they can select which they found the best, we provide multiple choice for the clients and all the clients who visit our place are 100% satisfactory and here we dont think so we are doing any spams. All the genuine dog breedors who breeds all dog breeds do post such ads and you can find such ads which are live on Olx.com and here you say I have posted more than one dog breed so my ads has been deleted then WHY SUCH OTHER ADS ARE STILL LIVE? All my 281 ads were live from so many months and were running smooth, their were no such problem i have faced till date and today you are giving me this reason "to avoid the scams we are not allowing the ads in which more than one dog breed is mentioned, due to which all your ads has been deleted" dont you think your reply might spoil the reputation of a reputed website Olx.com? I again repeat my query was I was updating my ads for pricing and all of sudden all the ads went in Pending ads, Why So? This was my query and you guys are replying me with such solution. There is a fake ad. Of a Mahindra XUV under vehicles category, the user of the ad. Has involved my mobile no. As a contact no. I would request u to remove the ad. Immediately n also to take action against the user of that particular id/user, or else i hve to take some strict action. The link cannot be copies so I am giving u the details regarding the ad. Dear Sir/Ma'am, I've purchased a 2 pcs note 2 handset from one of the Kolkata dealer on the basis of his advertisement for Samsung Note 2 handset by the name Abdul Baasit contact no.- [protected], [protected] on 15th April 2014 for Rs.[protected] each). He sent both the handsets through courier which were received on 19th April 2014. On 20th April it was updated to him that there is a problem with one of the Note 2 phone backup as the battery drains very early i.e. between 1 to 2 hours after full charge. for which he asked me to change the battery & check this at my end as he do not have additional battery in stock with him to check. As the handset was sent directly to Ludhiana, so i asked my brother to try replacing the battery & check if it resolves the problem. But after arranging the battery the customer checked & replied after 3 to 4 days that even after replacing the battery the phone is giving the same problem. As per his diagnosis i updated Abdul Baasit that the phone is having same problem & it seems the problem with the mainboard of the phone. He then asked me to check with the original battery for which i asked customer to send the handset to Delhi as i do have the original battery for note 2 which i should check & revert accordingly to Abdul. The handsets was received to me on 5th of May 2014 which after checking with original battery for 3 regular days it was updated to Abdul that the handset is having same problem with original battery as well. So he asked me to send the handset back to him. The handset was sent to him on 8th of May 2014 by DTDC courier vide docket V16485131 which was delivered to him on 15th May 2014 for which he said after 3 to 4 days that he can't replace the handset & will return the handset after repair. After a regular follow up with him for 2 weeks he said that the handset is not able to repair, for which i asked him to refund my money as the handset was not working since very first day. Abdul responded & said he will not give a replacement nor he will refund my money for the Samsung Note 2 handset & used very abusive language & asked me to come & pick my handset from fancy market & told me that he will not spare me & will break my legs if i should go there for the handset. He stopped picking my calls & never responds to the messages sent to him & even stopped responding on WhatsApp. Yesterday i found that he has blocked my number due to which he is not getting anymore calls from my number & not responding to my messages. So, i would request you to help me in every possible way to get the refund of my money for one Note2 problematic handset.
