Hi, Seller named Sunil Kumar from punjab ( patiyala )claims he works in pujab airport as s customs manager. He posted an add for a apple mac pro book and i sent him the cash of 28000 and the next day he switched of his mobile for a month. Now he posted the same add and when i called from another number he didn't recognize and spoke the same words saying i should send him the cash first and he will deliver it the next day and when i asked him for address proof, he was not telling anything but giving a bank account number for me to deposit. Please help me arrest this guy and i want my money back as i used all he money i saved from a lot of time to buy this. I am surprised how a fake add cab be advertised even with a worng number (but becomes correct if tried randomly as only the last number is missing). My number is similar to the one given in two differet adds. one is for Samsung Galaxy S4 and another for Maruti Suzuki Alto k10. In this add only last digit of number is missing add is so attractive that i am getting lot of calls from customers. Request to take imediate action. This add is posted hopefully from abroad (New zealand) as it contains number 91 instead of 0 (zero) in first two numbers which is not possible if posted from India as i tried it myself to check it on this site. Request you to manage site more effectively and efficiently and take action as it is a great harassment for the person who have not actually advertised such adds. Please take stringent action against such add and the person too. If need any help i can bs contacted. I am here because i have a very big issue with OLX. On
23rd, March 2014, some authorized person posted a Advertisement on OLX
by using my mail and phone No. without my acknowledgement. That time, i
received a message from OLX. I tried to give missed call on
[protected] to cancel my post but this no. was not responding. Then i
wrote a mail to OLX team to remove this fraud advertisement because i
was unable to remove or cancel it. But till now they do not remove it.
Due this people are calling for purchasing item. My first question is
that how can anybody post this kind of advertisement with verifying his
account and why OLX allow such things. So, i request you to look into
this matter. I am being frustrated bt attending these calls. Please help
me. I am waiting for your positive response.

My name is Prakash Chandra Pathak and my two mobile numbers are +91-[protected] and +91-[protected]. From today morning (25/03/2014) I have been receiving many phone calls on these two numbers that i am willing to sell my honda unicorn bike which i really do not posses. All these calls are coming from south India (Andhra pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka).Please help me out and please remove this add and save me from getting insane. Guys please help me out.

I have updated few Ads on OLX for Bangalore on 12 March and I received only 1 call even after 3 days. So I thought of verifying the Ads and was shocked to see that my Ads have been moved to "Removed Ads". After so many follow-ups with OLX Support they gave a stupid comment that the IP through which I uploaded the Ad was of California... How on earth that would have been possible. I had used my Airtel broadband for connecting to internet. Their only response was that since this is against there policy it has been moved to Removed Ads and they cannot do anything about it. There was one Ad which was still in the Active Ads and hence I asked how come they didn't removed that I had uploaded it at the same time, wasn't that also posted from California, to which I was informed it could be a mistake. What type of stupid website they are having? Finally yesterday I updated the Ads again @ 10:30 am India time, and all the Ads till now are Pending for Activation. I thought possibly making a new ID could help, and hence created a new ID, with all the Profile Details mentioned as Bangalore and posted the Ads again in the New User ID @ 11:15 p.m.Indian time. But the entire work was in vain, as till now the Ads in the new user id are also pending for Activation. The most surprising or rather shocking thing was that I saw was the time of Ad Posting in the Pending Ads options was mentioned as 12:36 PM instead of 11:15 PM. There seems to be problem with their own host and creating unnecessary hardship for the customer by removing the Ads as per their own wish. The heights of their un-professionalism is that their team doesn't respond on the emails, there are no customer care number available so you don't have any other option to reach to them and finally you can never expect them to call you and inform the status of the complaint/concern. To put it simply they are not at all bothered about the customers.

Hello Olx team now I'm facing more difficult in posting my add on olx real estate section. Because in Cochin section all places are mixed together and when I post an add at night when I look in morning my add will be live on 5 or 6 pages after. I request you to take necessary decisions for helping me. And make arrangement for our customers select the places where they want the property for rent/sale and amount&bedrooms and building sqft.
