Hope for positive reply.

help me... i have been cheated by some peoples. i am student studying in 12th standard and i was searching to buy an phone and after few search i found 1 ad on olx.in and i had msg him on 5/2/14 and he give me reply on 6/2/14 and told me to deposite cash in his account and then he will courier the phone and he send me pictures of phone with bill...and tells he lives in karnataka and then i had deposited 15000 rs in his account and then he give me courier tracking no [protected] and tell u can check it after 8 hours and on 7/2/14 when i checked the courier no its saying that this is wrong tracking no...and when i had called him on his no [protected] its switched of what should i do tell me ...i had deposited in his accountaccount details :name:olvin'dsouza a/c, [protected] branch murdeshwara state bank of indiatell me now what should i do...his ad is posted on 5th or 6th for iphone5c in karnataka in hubli...please check...he also send me some pictures of iphone5c with bill so that i can trusthim...please please please help me...

Received calls from buyers from OLX, and came to know some one else had intentionally put my number without my consent. Following is Number being registered ([protected]). This was surprising OLX didn't even acknowledged number being registered for ad post is valid and belongs to person posting ads. There should be two factor authentication to be put to avoid such cases. Pls stop this harassment ASAP... and prevent such cases from sprawling be it from Mobile App or from Website.. OLX should rather concentrate on identifying such flaws in their service which is affecting consumers (who are not even using OLX at all).

here has been a fake advertisement put up under jodhpur location as 'Iphone 5s used for only 1 months at Rs.14500' dated February 6, 2014, 7:57 p.m. The ad has been put up by an anonymous person by my name, 'Nitesh Jethani' and my personal details such as my mobile no. has also been put up.I have no idea with respect to the posting of the ad or anything related to such disgusting activity.My phone is spammed by phone calls to inquire the sale of an item that doesn't even exists.below is the link of the ad:

Since June 23, 2015 i am receiving calls from customers via olx regarding sell of my swift dezire car due to all these calls from the olx customer i am fed up. i am going to lodge a police complaint in case this fake ad is not removed immediately and also i will also lodge case against mental harassment for which olx will be held responsible. i would also like to suggest the administrator of the company to confirm before uploading any advertisement to confirming its genuineness. it has ben a real painfull expeince ue to nglignce services povided by you company to the customer ithout ecognising the authentuicityu of an ad.
i think company ill ty to undrstand the pain which i have been facing and remov this ad immdieatelly to avoid any legal action from my slf.

Hence kindly get it removed as soon as possible and I also want to know the Identity of the person who posted this add. I'm also going to lodge an FIR tomorrow regarding the same issue.
