It may be a human error but if you have been getting 200 calls everyday, then OLX should be penalized for the same. Keep collating the numbers from where you are getting calls concerning this add on OLX as proof. I hope this information will be helpful.

I have posted an ad in olx and this one buyer is constantly harrasing me via olx chat. I have blocked this user several times but he still manages to somehow contact. He is sending derogatory and abusive messages. Please block his account.
There is no security option in olx.

I have put an advertisement on OLX website for sale of my Corrola Altis 2011 Model. within 2-3 days my add was removed by OlX stating the reason that you have reached the limit of TWO free adds on OLX, if you want to put it again you have to buy a package of Rs.1999/- for One Month Feature Add. for that you add will be always on front page and and marked as featured add. I am in great need of money and wanted to sell my car at earliest possible as i am facing huge financial losses. I bought this package of Rs.1999/- as featured ad for one month thinking that surely i will get the 10 times more buyers as OLX is committing and will be able to sold my car earliest and will get money immediately.

Unfortunately, not much response was received even after taking this costly featured ad. i reduce my vehicle price to sell it earliest. I was surprised to see what unexpected was done by OLX team to me..."MY PAID ADD WAS FORCEFULLY STOPPED EVEN AFTER TAKING THIS EXPENSIVE PACKAGE". I call up the customer care and requested them to please tel me the reason to stop the add.. They simply told that you have decreased the price and you cant do this. I said okay..but start my ad now so that i can sell my car as i have paid a huge fee for this add. i again requested the team to kindly forward my request to the seniors (By Service Request No.[protected] and but they asked me that they are busy right now and you will receive a call within 2 hrs. One day passed i have not received any Intimation nor any solution to my query.

I again humbly request the Team OLX to look into the matter and gave me a kindly justice. either refund the money or post my ad again.
