OLX India has blocked / suspended my account for no valid reason. Please unblock.

I have sold my vehicle but still I am getting repeated calls from Olx auto. I have told them so many times but they are not listening and keeps on calling me atleast 10 times a day.

It is so harassing and this would be my last warning for Olx auto to stop calling me.
I seriously don't want to contact by them. If I get a call again my next step will be filing a complaint against Olx auto in cyber cell.

My all accounts got suspended without any information. I have used both email I'd and both mob no. however account getting suspended once I logged out. This is very Rediculos yaar.

I use olx to buy second hand mobiles samsung s7. My old olx accounts are suspended with no reason . So i created new accounts, those also suspended back to back. I want to know the reason. I[censored] not allow me to browse and buy. Then why you have platform says sell everything and buy everything. It's cheat. My accounts as follows

Thie app leads us to Help section where there is no information available.

My OLX account has been suspended without any reason. Why the hell the unprofessional team is working in olx. This is the first time i have being banned somewhere. The team is definitely not good. How the hell they can ban someone without violating any rules?

I had posted ad to sell my furniture. There were two buyers interested and had requested my contact number for discussion. However i got a call from unknown number immediately after posting the ad and offered to buy. The person spoke convincingly and requested for details to transfer the amount. He used his qr code to show that money can be received by using a small transaction and instead looted me for[protected], 3000, 9000, 9000, 27000,...

Www.olx.in suspended me for no reason, i was selling things online to make a living, but now i cant sell anything because its saying "account has been suspended".last week i put up a bike for sale and i got many messages from buyers.But now i cant sell my bike nor i can contact these buyers, please do remove my ban so that i can sell things again.

I have just placed bid on olx and apparently my account has been banned for no apparent reason. I haven't even got any replies on the bid still I have been banned. This is very unprofessional on the part of the company. Stop advertising if you can't deliver. My email ID : [protected]@gmail.com

I want to tell that i have sold my car to olx autos in November 2021 to olx autos, while selling they told me that my car is having some challans for that i was totally unaware about that, as i didnt get any message for the same . But they told me that we are taking your car chllans and any legal offences before this date is your responsibility and after this date it ll be ours till the time it is not sold from our hand and you can apply for lok adalat as well and give us the clearance we will release the amount of challans as they were holding my challans amount of 4500 rupees . I am as student and i came to delhi for my studies i dont know much about court and adalats i asked them that please tell me the procedure like which court or which place am i supposed to go . But they dont know anything after i sold my car i heard that lok adalat will be held on 12.03.2022 at this one i was unable to attend as i didnt get much information about that regarding tokens and taking dates and all . After this the adalat is to be held on 14.05.2022 at that time i went to delhi have talked to my lawyers also but i was not able to see my challans on the site i called my agent who has made the deal that autos employee name vishesh he was in kalkaji branch that time, the day before i asked him that i am not able to see my challans what happend tomorrow is the date he never reverted back the very next day i went to his office he was not there too, and when i called him he started shouting that it has cleared by the company and you were not paying them i said first of all today is the date of adalat and i came from my village to delhi for this work only . And why you have cleared my challans on your own when you have taken already in wrriten that the responsibility will be mine and at that time car has been sold to its third owner also like there was no problem in transferring R.C also as it was already transferred then why you cleared that and atlesh you should have told this to me before doing such what it meant for me to coming to delhi in the month of my in such high temperature he was just sitting in his office enjoying ac and giving me lectures, after this hot debate and again called me saying that they are still pending after wasting my all time and day while coming to his office searching him. Then i told him that all of my time is wasted now i have to wait for next date then i got a call from olx auto help support . Priya was the name of that executive she assured me that your momey is safe with us you provide us the clearance and we ll release them i also told her that before my car was transferred i also get traffic challan notices and why my car is going to different state before it is transferred she also assured me about this that company is responsible for it . If i am beleving her words then why don't they are beleving mine i told her that next adalat will be on 13.08.2022 i ll appear on this date till then i dont want any mental stress regarding this she totally assured me but day on 6/07/2022 i got a call from her saying that your challans are cleared from our side now, she dont have any other answer for my question that why you have cleared when we have already discussed about this before and we both are agreed into this, she doesn't have any answer so now i can assure one thing that olx autos are not trust worthy they just know how give peoples mental stress .

My friend had a put a table for sale in OLX. One person (vikas patel) saw it and he wanted to buy, he told that he will send advance. He said, the transactions couldn’t complete as he is from army regiment, Jammu and Kashmir. Then he gave call to his friend (akash chauhan) said that he is handling transaction process in army, Jammu and Kashmir. He said “if transaction has to be completed, then you need to send money and then the advance and the money will be sent to your account”. I transferred 20, 000/-and then he said that he credited back 20, 000 and sent me a message statement about the same but the transaction shows failed and there is credit transaction recorded. Later in the subsequently, I have sent him 31, 000 more in 4 transactions. The person was doing failed transactions in return and telling us that transactions must within 1 minute otherwise you have to send money again to his account to get total money. He told that in Jammu and Kashmir transactions happen in such a way. By this process, I lost 51000/- in five transactions. Today, when I called him asking for my money back, he is saying “you need to pay 10, 000/- to get your money back”.

Hello I have placed an ad for selling of my graphics card and after 1 hour I checked and I got a banned notification and I got logged out . I didn't violate any community guidelines too .

Olx first suspended my main account for no reason. They did not provide any reasoning or fix. I believed I must have made an error and so I created a new account and they banned that account as well even though I did no activity from that account. This is highly unprofessional. I want a quick resolution and both my accounts restored. This is harassment.

i have sold my car already informed to call center executives, but then to i am getting calls from olx cash my car, daily i am saying same words, but again & again i am getting 5 to 10 calls daily from olx, also i have called to customer care of olx and informed that please do some thing for this calls, but nothing happend, later i have registered DND, but than to these guys are not checking DND and calling me regularly, please do some thing.
