My friend had a put a table for sale in OLX. One person (vikas patel) saw it and he wanted to buy, he told that he will send advance. He said, the transactions couldn’t complete as he is from army regiment, Jammu and Kashmir. Then he gave call to his friend (akash chauhan) said that he is handling transaction process in army, Jammu and Kashmir. He said “if transaction has to be completed, then you need to send money and then the advance and the money will be sent to your account”. I transferred 20, 000/-and then he said that he credited back 20, 000 and sent me a message statement about the same but the transaction shows failed and there is credit transaction recorded. Later in the subsequently, I have sent him 31, 000 more in 4 transactions. The person was doing failed transactions in return and telling us that transactions must within 1 minute otherwise you have to send money again to his account to get total money. He told that in Jammu and Kashmir transactions happen in such a way. By this process, I lost 51000/- in five transactions. Today, when I called him asking for my money back, he is saying “you need to pay 10, 000/- to get your money back”.
