Dear sir, one fraud Indian army man have taken or receiving the money of rs 26000 for selling bed, i did not receive any bed and did not get money back i have all the transaction details of Money please help us to recover money

I am writing a complaint about sahil kumar (working in the Indian Army), I do not know if he is working in the Indian army or not. Perhaps someone is misusing Sahil Kumar id's name and his ID and aadhar card. He gave an add in olx to sell his bike and he took money from many poor peoples. I will share information on how to take money from people. First of all he gave add in olx in to sale bike, as well as share his contact details there. when someone contact him then he said he is working in The Rajput Regiment Indian Army. he said my duty is not fix. sometimes my Senior moved me J &K, Jamshedpur and other. Therefore he is selling his new bike in half rate. if some one not trust him then This fraud person used to send Army id card aadhar and Fake shipper slip. so that anyone trust him easily. then most of the peoples paid him money online and as well as he asked for aadhar from buyer and misused that aadhar with other person. First he said you can make the delivery charge around 5100 rs then the remaining amount you can pay while receiving the bike. There are many people in this scam. Then other person will call you and will say to you, you did not pay the security amount then asked for a security amount of 16000 rs. having said that, many peoples paid him an amount online and he also share his bank details.on his whatsapp number.

I would request you to respect the PM. Please take action against him and punish them before the people so that no one can do fraud with someone.
This is a very important email, hence i am writing to you because I have already paid the amount online and he shared a slip and said he shipped the bike via Indian arm service transport I do not know how many peoples paid him amount like me. if is very hard to earn money for poor person. This is my humble request take action against him and sent to them jail.

I am attaching file below where you can check his advertisement number and bike numbers. Olx company, You should verify the customer those is gaving an add on olx portal to sell any items. Like bike scooty and many more

Please note: When you take action against him then you can reply to me. He shared with us Aadhar card and army id card and many more. I am sharing he that details below. Please make call above number and investigate and punished them.

I have tried many times but still unable to get my account registered on olx, however I'm receiving code from olx via sms but on app, it's showing user not found .
When I tried to get myself register with phone number, it's showed number is suspended but how can it be possible ? I have installed olx for the first time .

My client had sold his car bearing registration number MH12ET7288 of make Škoda model ocktavia elegance on 14/10/2019 for sum of Rs 1, 05, 000/- to OLX cash my car. It’s still in my clients name and OLX cash my car hasn’t transferred the car. Some one has been using it and My client has been receiving fines from RTO because OLX cash my car is using the car and committing traffic offences

the user sold me a phone in warranty on OLX, issue occurred today
1) the phone is locked as it was bought under flipkart smart upgrade plan and am unable to use it any further - lost my money and mobile
2) he said he will pay the remaining amount but has not paid yet and not returning the calls.

Raised a req with Flipkart also but they are saying they cant do much even though it is against "flipkart smart upgrade resale policy"

i am stuck with locked mobile which only flipkart can unlock if the user pays remaining amount.

Olx has banned my account and has not even given any intimidation before doing so not have i received any email for the same...If you don't want us to post ads or buy on your platform why do you advertise so much????

I was defrauded today for 40, 000 rupees by a fraudster operating with impunity on OLX. Apparently this is commonplace on the OLX site & the company does no due diligence on anyone. They need to be shut down if they cant assure basic consumer protection.

A Seller named to be as ML NARAYAN. posted a household items to be in sales (sofa set, tv, etc).He tricked my brother to buy this item and convinced him, and somehow collected approx 50000 rupees. he claimed himself as an soldier in indian army...but truly a fraud.
