Banned My Account for No Reason...

I had paid 549 rupees through upi phone pe as a charge for posting a ad in olx but I couldn't post the ad
So I request to credit my amount 549 to the same or post the ad which is saved in olx app...

I have logined to my olx for a day but after 1 day my account has been dismissed. Please solve it as soon as possible....

I paid for an ad on olx. The amount 249 rupees has been deducted but my ad remains NOT POSTED....

Olx banned me for the first time out of the blue a month ago. I had been a three year member at that point.
