    I have posted furniture, I got call from [protected], he said I'm interested to buy your furniture what is final price, I said abc price he said okay the n he shared paytm qr code, phone pay qr code pls scan this code you will get money, and asked me to share your location. I have shared finally again he is forcing me scan the qr code. I have a doubt on this guy, so i said I'm not interested to receive money this way. First of all he did not checked my product buy he is ready to pay the money how can trust him. Insaid not interested, immediately he said I already paid, I will give police complaint, ok go ahead I said. This type people spoiling your olx name. Please take a action

      Deal for my scrapped car was made with your Retail Associate Deepak at your Paschim Vihar New Delhi outlet.
      Car delivery was made on 12th February, 22 and as per scrap letter chassis Plate was to be handed over to Seller in a week's time.It is now over three weeks Deepak Singh is not sending chassis Plate.Deepak Mobile no is [protected].Please arrange to send chassis plate of scrapped car without any further delay

        Dont know why olx banned my account please unban my account [protected] and give me one more chance now i know about olx's terms and conditions. I mistakely gave my phone no in description i promise it will never happen again and yeah i deal with a customer he taught me he was an army officer and he ask for my mobile no and i gave my no but i dont share my otp just bcz that time i come to realize that it must be an fake olx user but the day after that day when i tried to open my olx account then olx shows me that your account was banned i dont know what he did with my account. Its a request to olx please unban my account i never ever provide my mobile no anyone again.. Thank you

                I had listed my property in OLX.in also paid Rs. 999/- for featuring my ad. This was the second time I was featuring my consecutively. When I did it for first time I was getting good response until the featured ad expiry date. But when I upgraded it for second time I was not getting any responses for almost 2 weeks then I contacted OLX team. They also investigated and found that there is something wrong and the ad is not visible to other customers. I had also shared some screen records as proof. It’s been more than 1 month since I paid Rs. 999/- for the featured ad but in return I got nothing. OLX also admits that there is some error with the ad. Now my ad will be expired on 08/03/2022. I need a refund of money which I paid for nothing and also my 1 month of time has been wasted by OLX.

                      Money deducted for Feature Ad but Ad did not get featured.

                      I paid Rs. 180 for 7 days feature Ad and the money got deducted from my bank account but Ad did not get featured. There is no acknowledgement in the app and no invoice is available. I'm attaching screenshots of the payment receipt. I've faced the same problem a year back where money got deducted and my Ad did not get featured, I took a loss of Rs. 250 then and customer support was of no help. I've had very bad customer support experience...

                            Olx banned me for the first time out of the blue a month ago. I had been a three year member at that point. I am pretty sure I haven't violated any of their guidelines and rules, so I was dumbfounded when I found out I couldn't log in. It was at a bad time too as I was finalising a deal when I got banned, so I had to use another account to temporarily bypass that and buy the product . Then they banned me again, but it was okay since I had already bought what I came for.

                            Fast forward to today and I'm using a new number to use olx, selling something. This time once again, I get banned mid negotiation. WHY?? I didn't break any rules! I don't understand!

                            I DEMAND olx to unban both of my numbers. This has disrupted my dealings not once, but twice and I can't stand it anymore. How can I get banned for not even breaking the rules?

                                Don't remember exactly when this happened but it has been a long time.

                                  I am getting repeated calls from OLX Autos though I have informed them 30 - 40 times that I have already sold my car. I have also updated the AD in OLX app that my car is already sold. Consider this a high priority complaint and remove my number from OLX. I get calls when riding bike, in meetings, at work etc. which is very much annoying. I keep on blocking the numbers and reporting as SPAM but still I get calls from new numbers. My car was sold in November 2021 and still I am getting calls, though I have told them infinite times to remove my number because the car is already sold.

                                    Dont know why they updated the app ..
                                    Many of seller or buyer getting trouble due to this unknown lack.
