I got cheated from a person name Jai Kishan don't know this name is correct or not. Cheated Rs 3000 by him. Want my money Back. I share screen shot of some proof. Though it is showing payment failed but from by Bank Account amounts are debited.

Banned for no reason

OLX SELLER KUMAR PUT ADD FOR IMAC 27" Retina Apple Desktop photo enclosed.

I chat with him he requested My mobile number I mentioned in chat
he told that further details will be available in whatsapp.

He sent some photos of PC & confirm the specification etc,
after that he negociated price for 1L, add price was Rs. 130, 000.

He told to put money online to AJAY PANDEY, CANARA BANK ACCOUNT
[protected], IFSC CNRB0000307, JANPATH BRANCH, DELHI.

I transfered the amount 1Lakh & sent the details in watsapp.

Next day he sent the Invoice & courrier Details, (enclosed)

when I saw the courrier dertails, there was a laptop also
I discuss in watssap he told that the laptop also sent by mistake
keep it, it will be reshipped from your place,

After sometime i recieved email stating that, The laptop is costly
item, It cannot be delivered to you along with your desktop PC,
for this we want some Security amount of Rs. 20, 000 then only
both the items will be delivered,

I tried to contact the courrier person, It was not reachable
in the meantime I recieved email stating that within 1 hour the
courrier person will reach you If you pay Rs, 20, 000, He assured
that this is a refundable deposit .

A lady inform over Mobile [protected] to pay the security deposit.

After some time I paid the Security Deposit Rs. 20, 000
& shared the details on whatsapp.

After that the courrier has not recieved I am trying to contact
the courrier company, It is not reachable .

Hi, My olx account got banned without any reason. I've never sold any product in OLX. I was checking OLX to buy a product but suddenly i got popup message that my OLX account is banned

For test drive and all i have give the token money to olx auto and after checking the market price i get to know tat car price is high.

I have asked them to refund the token money and they are saying its not refunded.

Please take serious steps to refund my money back.

I posted one product(Ironing table with price 780). I got a message from olx customer (adwesh kumar). He asked ro reduce 30 rupes and I agreed with that.
He asked about payment mode. I said any Google pay phonepe and paytm. He said he has only swiping machine. So he send one QR with one rupee transaction for confirmation. I done with Google pay by uploading that QRcode. I received one rupee.

Next he send 749 rupees QR code I done same with Google pay by uploading that QR. But this time 749 rupees debited from my account.
I call back to him and asked about this. He said do same for 3 times then I will receive total amount. I understood that it's fraud happened. Please provide solutio fro this.

Got a call in response to contact shared on OLX at around 9;30 am. The person introduced himself as Vikas patel, husband of Renu Patel who had contacted me on OLX to buy the bag put for sale. He said that he was in Army and that his wife would come to pick the bag from my location and that he would pay me in advance through paytm which he shall do from his office as army personnels aren't allowed to do transactions online on their personal phones. He said he stayed in sector 44, Chandigarh and asked me to share my live location and photos of the bag. These issues he shared on different calls which he did at 11:30 am to say that the server in his office was down and that he shall do the transaction at 1. His number was [protected]. He called at 1 and said that he was with his accountant Capt Naveen Singh Tomar who asked me to transfer 5 rupees through paytm and receive 10 rupees later. He said that army canteen does payments like this. The transaction took place from paytm under the name Ashish Kesharwani. Then he asked me to do the transaction of 2000 rupees and then check my balance. When the transaction failed he sent me message from another account named Amritlal. Then after that Bhagawanti and then finally the transaction was successful from Ujjwal Kumar's account. This happened twice in which I lost 4000 rupees. In between they also tried to get 20000 and 10000 rupees but didnt work. The person who claimed to be Capt Tomar's number was [protected]. I randomly googled the name and was surprised to find several complaints against them since 2019. They have used the same technique to get money transferred from the other persons account.
I have lost 4000 rupees and I request to get refund of the amount knowing that these people have been fooling so many since three years and are still active on OLX and nothing has been done about it.

2. the seller had given his number in chat to me, I contacted the seller, he spoke to me in Hindi, I said I don't know Hindi, then he said...

I have been a regular user of olx for a long time.. I recently posted an ad of for selling a new mobile…soon after posting the ad, I get to see that my account is being banned. Since, I had two Mobile numbers…I registered again with a different number. This time I had to sell a car…again after 10 minutes of posting the ad..the new account created is being banned.
The worst thing is that ., the olx personnel are banning the account without mentioning the reasons. I had almost sold different commodities In olx which might total upto 2lakh or more. This is the first time I get to experience such a dissatisfaction from OLX.

My account which is logged in which my mobile number [protected] get banned for no reason...i want to sell my iphone 12 so i posted one ad of it on olx but as soon as i posted it ..my account gets banned..please restore my account or i go to consumer forum against olx for harrassing his users...

I posted some furniture on OLX. One person named Sameer Saxena approached and was ready to buy 3 items cost 50, 000/-. Then he send rs.2 to check transaction is occurring or not. After that he send 30, 000 rupees Paytm QR code but fortunately that transaction didn't complete. Their was some issue occurred. Then he send 4998/- Paytm QR code which unfortunately completed successfully and amount got debited from my account. Then I asked him to give my back so he send 4998/- refund QR code, but that transaction failed because there was no money left in my account. So i asked him to refund my money via netbanking or cash. He said that now i will never get my money back. His number is [protected].

Kindly do the needful to solve the issues, as I am unable to upload photos of my house and could not able to post in old....

My account has been suspended second time for no reason..I was onthe verge of buying furniture ..this is so pathetic and unprofessional from OLX side..pls resolve at the earliest. I have never breached any rules till now.

This is the second time My account has been suspended for no reason.. I am on the verge of buying furniture for home..this is so pathetic..this was my second account which I had made after OLX showed its incapability to even reply to my email to restore my first account..Looks like it doesn't even allow to make third account..so unprofessional and incapable system..Pls resolve if possible.

OLX have been suspending my account without any problem from my side, this have also happened to my second account which I have created after the suspension of my account. I hope you will rectify this issue as soon as possible since you are known for suspending many accounts for no reason

Ihave contacted the company through whatsapp and they said i have to pay 999through for membership and that money too refundable with my 1st salary after paying my 999rs they said i have to pay 2200 rs to join the company including courier charges, later that i said the I don't have that much moneyy please payback my money they said your money is not refundable so sir please help me to refund my money sir
