Hello i am Shivam Soni from Barwaha MP. I have posted a mobile ad for selling on olx but Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted my ad and after some time they are showing that your account has been suspended. Hi I got call from Pune Babloo Kumar CISF from military ..Adhar card number :[protected] He asked for pictures of our house for which we gave Ad on OLX for rent. He said he liked it and shared his Adhar card and told us someone from his accounts office will transfer amount.
A person named Harpal Singh pan no : FVEPS7926D called and asked google pay number. He asked me to transfer 12000 first . After entering UPI pin and pay.. amount will not get deducted but you will get registered in military account and then he will pay.
12000 got deducted from my ICICI bank account. Then he insisted to transfer 12000 more and then he will refund all the amount with 12000 advance .

Please refund my amount

I’ve uploaded some pictures of gym cycle for selling later opening the app after two days i found out that they’ve banned my account and now I’m unable to use the app. How can I broke there protocol just by uploading pictures of gym cycle I didn’t get it.

My number got suspended within few hours of registration without any notification my number is [protected]

Every Account i try to make or login a existing account OLX is Banning my Accounts
And i am unable to use olx anymore

My user id is my gmail [ [protected]@gmail.com ] which has been banned by giving a reason that account has been banned as you have created multiple accounts with OLX from the same device and this is not allowed as per our policies.
I[censored] r going to block one account then its natural that i am going to open another account from the same PC/MOBILE so that i can buy other products.Just you are going to block my account that doesnot mean i am going to buy a new device mobile or PC or laptop just to use your service.you need to chance your policies .now comes to sharing of registered number. it is not possible always to share personal numbers as many of the seller or buyer making unnecessary calls and message.
i think you need to make some changes with your polices so that customer can get benefited from your website

I'm a Student of 1st year degree,
As I was seeking for the product in the OLX India
" Iphone 12" in the app, and i found "iphone 12" for the price of
ruppee 16, 000/- and i have contacted to the seller through via, Olx app, '
He said me to message me on the Whatsapp on this number,
[protected], and he took all the details of home { address}, and have placed the product, so at the time wen i have recived the product, i found that it was a dublicate phone, dubby phone which is useless, they scammed my money 16, 000/- i want my money back, i struggled hard to earn those amount as student and wanted a purchase iphone for my brother,
and i got scammed they have stolen my all amount and not lifting the call
neither they are replying to my messages, olx india is fraud, i am struggling hard to get my money back but no responses from there,
you can see the proofs which i have sticked attached to this,
i even have recorded the video of delivery excutive,
and please i just request, i just beg, please help us with this, that amount is too important to me, i am just helpless to my self, please contact me soon on my numner [protected] to provide more proofs

I have been a victim o[censored]PI Fraud by OLX. I have asked for support and refund of RS.10000/- deducted from my bank account by fraudsters.

I have reported this issue several times, have lodged an FIR against it. Nobody is paying attentions to this loot.

My major concern is OLX providing a safe and favorable platform to fraudsters, I suspect OLX's commissions from these frauds! I questioned regarding the authenticity o[censored]sers on their weak platform. Why do they refrain from verifying their user's authenticity? The only answer is that, by verification, such fraudsters will not be able to make new spam profiles everyday and will not be able to loot users, cutting off the commission OLX is acquiring from these fraudsters.

OLX refused to support me in this case and refused to provide me the refund.

I hereby wanted to raise this concern on this forum, seeking a much required help for getting refund from OLX.

I have ordered a car "Alto vxi" from olx where the seller showed complete documents and id and address proof along with the vehicle RC which when checked on-site showed it was authorized one but as soon as it started the process of shipping the car from gorakhpur which was told as current location of his, asked for online payment of Rs.5150/- then he called today and said now car is in danapur cantt. and now u need to make payment 11250/- to be paid as gts which is a kind of amount paid for security purpose. Meanwhile we already traced some onlne frauds done by olx sellers who claim to be a defence person. now this person when asked to refund te previous maount he is not ready to do so.

Shashi Kumar posted an ad for a sofa and TV on OLX. Asking 20% deposit. I wanted to visit the place and see the items before purchase. He said that the items are kept in airport securty and will be delivered home. I asked to verify his identity, he WhatsApped a photo of his ID card. I paid him the 20% token advance. The next day he asked me to pay another 3.5k for gps tracking because the goods are being sent through army vehicle and this is the deposit. On the way he said the GPS tracker has not worked and asked more money. I realised that this was a total scam and I lost a lot of money in the process.

Hi, I have sold my vehicle but still Iam getting call from Olx Auto. I have told them so many times but they are not listening and keeps on calling me thrice a day.

It makes me so depressed and this would be my last warning for Olx cash my car calls.
I seriously don't want to contact by them. If I get a call again my next step will be filing a complaint against Olx Auto in cyber cell.

Mene osse msg kra meko lena h ye camera fir osme bola OK fir vo bataya me Indian army se ho me army courier service ke through kr doga but 500rs ap pay kr do kl tk apko mil jye ga camera me bola me kese bhej do pehle pese fir osna apna adhar card bheja sara details bheja fir mene bhej diya 500 oske baad mene jese hi India army courier service dala meko yaha etna sara scam dikha me samjh gya ki mere sath bhi ho gya scam meko pta h vo kal call kre ga or pese ke liye. Any idea ki mujhe kya krna chahiye
