From yesterday Tuesday 21 September 2021 I'm trying to login my olx account But olx suspended your account message is the replay from the site ...i tried all known ways to open it but it can't...i didn't know what is the fault from my side .immediately without a mail or message they suspended it. The ads I posted in the site a lot useful for me .because of responses I already planned to pay olx and add more ads ..but this immediate ban is not fair ...its cruelty...because I'm one of the old customer..from 2014 I'm using the service I'm a loyal customer. But this hurts

I was just posting an ad for my Xbox controller on OLX app and now my account has been banned. There has been no appropriate information, no reason for doing the same. I was never contacted either.
I would request you to please Unsuspend my account. I have already mailed you

2 month ago I posted my Honda Activa for sale on OLX and a fraudulent person called me and asked my wallet/account details for payment but I refused to do so and thereafter my account has been suspended by olx.
It is requested to reinstate my account sothat I can sell my vehicle.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason everytime I open a new account I post an ad if the customer wants to buy and when I send my number, OLX immediately bans my account, Olx have banned 5 of my family's accounts whenever we wanted to post an ad for selling something, why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted an Bike and a phone, Bikes can't be sold without proper documentations and OLX thinks I'm doing fraud with the customer, Tell me why do olx even bans my accounts when there is no proof of me being fraud? A report is not a proof, If I ever did something fraud then you are free check messages or can ask for proofs people in OLX reports sellers because they don't get things with their satisfied prices so they report the seller for not bargaining. I'm really disappointed I can't not sell anything on olx please fix these.

This guys are really very unprofessional.

I have gone through a listing of santro xing car for 50, 000. I had called the owner he stated that he is a army person and stays in nagpur.initially he asked me to send 2000 rupees as courtier charges to deliver the car which the amount will be deducted from 50000 of car price.later next day he called me saying that 7599 rupees to send as charges for clearance from delievery center and then he asked me to send 7600 and I got the dout as she is continuously calling with different charges and one more person started calling saying he is from army canteen but denied to say the location.

I was a olx user since ages but one they suddenly suspended my account for no reason. soon i created new account which was also got suspended within few seconds, so whenever i create a new account they kept suspending. My question is do we people deserves a second that to after getting banned for no reason.

I havent violated any of the specified terms and conditions, but still they are saying i have violated their rules.. The ad was live for almost 2 to 3weeks and it was after that they decided to block my account, i havent posted any vulgarity, , or any indecent commens, , AND whenever i mail olx, al that i can get is a load of forwarded mails.. ATLEAST BE PROFESSIONAL OLX

One of the worst companies to deal with, (They work like SBI, “lunch ke baad aana”)I booked an appointment with them on September 10 and no one showed up, this continued till September 15 and still no one showed up. If you contact their call center they give you a phone number of a guy name anmol, who is the retail manager and no matter how many times you call this guy he will not answer your phone. So, I’ve tried searching for used cars on the website and sending my contact number to the sellers from my mom’s and sister’s account. Even those accounts are banned now. Mother’s number:[protected] and sister’s number:[protected]. Now if you guys don’t want us to buy from your website or communicate with the sellers, why have the website in the first place? I saw a add for Honda Activa 5G (GJ15 DJ[protected] model. I contacted seller and he told me the vehicle is in Baroda (~250 km) away from my place. He told me he works in Indian army and got transferred so selling vehicle. He asked me for token money for transferring the vehicle via "Indian army transport parcel department". Next morning I got call from their team mate asking for 12k for online verification and for delivery of vehicle. They said money will given back after delivery. I got suspicious and refused to give money. They started telling an FIR will be file against me and all.
