Hello. My account [protected]@gmail.com with the number [protected], is banned for no reason. So, I’ve tried searching for used cars on the website and sending my contact number to the sellers from my mom’s and sister’s account. Even those accounts are banned now. Mother’s number:[protected] and sister’s number:[protected]. Now if you guys don’t want us to buy from your website or communicate with the sellers, why have the website in the first place? I want to have a proper explanation for this reason.

Hi All,

I saw a add for Honda Activa 5G (GJ15 DJ[protected] model. I contacted seller and he told me the vehicle is in Baroda (~250 km) away from my place. He told me he works in Indian army and got transferred so selling vehicle. He asked me for token money for transferring the vehicle via "Indian army transport parcel department". Next morning I got call from their team mate asking for 12k for online verification and for delivery of vehicle. They said money will given back after delivery. I got suspicious and refused to give money. They started telling an FIR will be file against me and all.

I purchased a laptop through OLX India which cost me 17000rs. His name is ARVINDREDDY AD ID is [protected]. he said the laptop was 2-3years old and was in acceptable condition. he changed the battery we didn't find in that movement when we carried that PC to home the battery was not working so we told the issue with the essential proprietor (ARVINDREDDY) he said he is occupied he will call following two days. so after that, we took Laptop to the dell showroom then we get to realize that Laptop was 8 years of age. What's more, the issue isn't with the battery the issue is with the motherboard so we attempt to reach to the proprietor he isn't picking our calls.

I have posted the ads in Olx on 10th September 2019 and Ankit Jha & Pinky Sharma called me that they are interested to buy the products and also they have asked me whatever items I have, they are ready to buy it. I have sent them the pictures on their whatsapp number (+[protected].
Next day 11th September 2021 they called me again, asked to do the money transfer via Swipe Machine. They asked me to do online transaction of 5 Rs and it will be debit and credit back to my account. It went successful so I trust them and I did transfer for Rs 23000 on 12th September 2021 and it was not credited back. When I asked It didn´t credit back my account they said I need to do it again. It was fraud and now their number also switched off.
Also I have received a call from other people, they are also talking the same way the people fraud me.

Olx keeps banning my account for no reason even after emailing them, first they unbanned my account then they again banned it. Its like a bot is handling all this. They are so unprofessional and there is no single number to talk to customer care directly. There is one number but it redirects you to sms only.
Then i made an account on my laptop that too got banned. i didnt posted any ad, and didn't do anything. (Kuch kiya bhi hota to me samaj jata)
but this is so pathetic im switching to quicker for greater good.
i so hate olx

When I try to login from my phone number successfully providing the OTP, it says your account is not valid. Seriously? Why the heck do you guys boast so much Ankit your platform on ads and everywhere when you cannot handle login processes even? And also, I have never posted an ad ever from this number or breached a rule, so there is no reason to ban my account or phone number.
