I have two mobile number and use for personal use only.But OLX has banned my both number without any reason. I'm not able to use OLX.please remove my number from banned list.

My name is deependra singh, i live in sports college next to integral university lucknow . I usually use olx to sports items to my students . In year 2016 i have sold plenty of sporting goods to many buyers in lucknow . Today on 27 August 2021 when i tried to login to my account it says that my account is banned . Hi, I sold my car a year before but still I am getting multiple calls from Olx cash my car. I have told them many times but they don't listen and keeps on calling me three or four times a day.

It's was really depressing and I tried to call their customer care number, where there is no option to call a customer care executive to delete my contact number. I am planning to file a complaint against Olx cash my car in the cyber cell.

Hi this is mohd Mudassar from vikas nagar lucknow, my registered email is [protected]@gmail.com, from last few days i am not able to login to my olx account, recently i have purchased a new mobile . And at first my account was easily logged in but after a day it automatically logged me out .

Kindly look into it . I have started a new business for which i have a buy a add pack and post around 5, 10 adds in a month, please allow my account to get started, and tell me the procedure to buy add pack .

In this regard, I regret to inform you that still date August 26th I have not received RTO papers and No updated information from your good office. I tried your customer care Mr. Santosh, Delhi, Mobile No. [protected] sorry to inform you that he is responding me. and I also asked OLX Auto, Hosur Road they are telling that RTO paper works is not our work that look after by other persons. we don't to the status of RTO change of ownership status.

Olx India — Suspended My Account for No Reason

Today, I posted one ad for room rent and immediately Ola suspend my account with no reason.
They didn't inform any reason in email or anywhere.
I was just logout from app and when I try to login again, it is showing "Your account is suspended"

Olx has been banned my olx account without any reason. I never misused olx platform but I don`t know why its banned. Even I have tried to call on customer care no. [protected] but that is also connect with the suport team. There is no way to connect with OLX to sort out any issue. Olx is so unprofessional company.

Olx is very suspicious as it suspended my account for no reason. I had posted an ad and I started receiving fraudulant calls asking to pay money online. I denied and after 4 hours, they suspended my account abruptly. This is so unprofessional. I am very disappointed.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some USED FURNITURE and they blocked me. What they want to proove. Banned back to back 3 accounts of my family. Highly unprofessional behavior.

Why my account is banded without any reason

Paid 149 for posting an add but no add was posted reloded page to payment page after successful payment...

I chat with a sellerin olx and asking about its location and boom, my page automatically(olx.in) refresh and i am sign out
when i re-login with same number it show that your accunt is suspend

Someone else has used my number in an olx advertisement.. I did not put any advertisement in olx but i am receiving a lot of calling regarding the advertisement.. Kindly solve the issue and remove the advertisement.. My number is [protected] and people are asking me regarding a iphone.. Kindly please remove that advertisement since i didn't put it up and it's causing me a lot of problem..

I brought to light a scamster in the name of SS agency. Placed an FIR and also this to the OLX agency. They did not remove his listing, so I placed an image and warned other people.
These retards at OLX banned my account. I wouldn't be surprised if they are receiving kickbacks to not take action such scamsters or act upon complaints.
