Sir,
one of my friends registered dinning table for sale at OLX.
we received a call and deal was finalized @ Rs4000/-.
Buyer asked me to scan a QR code for Rs1/-.
as soon as i scanned my account Rs 1/- was credited,
Subsequently he sent another QR code for Rs4000/- and this time as soon i scanned Rs 4000/- was debited to my account,
When contacted I was informed that instead of payment a receipt QR code has been sent inadvertently.
He asked me to scan Rs8000/- QR code saying that deal money plus refund money will be credited.
This time rs 8000/- was debited.
likethis Rs 32000/- has gone from my account.
Now he say scan QR code for Rs32000/- i will get full money.
Shall i scan or not Please advice

I was selling my pone through olx when buyer messaged i provided him my number after one hour i could'nt login to olx. It is a very unethical behaviour from the side of olx which i ws never expected my phone number which got banned [protected]

Customer are blocked/suspended their account several emails and customer care calls are done but no response this is very unsatisfactory on part of OLX service very image breaker to organisation

I have two mobile number and use for personal use only.But OLX has banned my both number without any reason. I'm not able to use OLX.please remove my number from banned list.

In year 2016 i have sold plenty of sporting goods to many buyers in lucknow . Today on 27 August 2021 when i tried to login to my account it says that my account is banned . Hi, I sold my car a year before but still I am getting multiple calls from Olx cash my car. I have told them many times but they don't listen and keeps on calling me three or four times a day.

It's was really depressing and I tried to call their customer care number, where there is no option to call a customer care executive to delete my contact number. I am planning to file a complaint against Olx cash my car in the cyber cell.

In this regard, I regret to inform you that still date August 26th I have not received RTO papers and No updated information from your good office. I tried your customer care Mr. Santosh, Delhi, Mobile No. [protected] sorry to inform you that he is responding me. and I also asked OLX Auto, Hosur Road they are telling that RTO paper works is not our work that look after by other persons. we don't to the status of RTO change of ownership status.

Yeah it was delhivery courier. It was cash on delivery. They dwlivwred today on 19 aug 2021, and i pay the amount which was rs21000. Olx India — Suspended My Account for No Reason

Today, I posted one ad for room rent and immediately Ola suspend my account with no reason.
They didn't inform any reason in email or anywhere.
I was just logout from app and when I try to login again, it is showing "Your account is suspended"

Olx has been banned my olx account without any reason. I never misused olx platform but I don`t know why its banned. Even I have tried to call on customer care no. [protected] but that is also connect with the suport team. There is no way to connect with OLX to sort out any issue. Olx is so unprofessional company.

I pb srinivasan prop of KS DIGITAL ELECTRONICS, bustand to church road, muka ram pura karimnagar telangana state, some body fradently mentioned my shop for rent along with shop photo, please remove the ad immediatly and take nessasary action against the fradent person who mentioned in the olx ad

Olx is very suspicious as it suspended my account for no reason. I had posted an ad and I started receiving fraudulant calls asking to pay money online. I denied and after 4 hours, they suspended my account abruptly. This is so unprofessional. I am very disappointed.

Olx people are so unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i just posted some USED FURNITURE and they blocked me. What they want to proove. Banned back to back 3 accounts of my family. Highly unprofessional behavior.

Why my account is banded without any reason

Paid 149 for posting an add but no add was posted reloded page to payment page after successful payment...
