        Olx people are literally so much unprofessional they have banned my account for no reason why they advertise so heavily if they do not want people to sell on their site i was just chatting with some car dealer the other day and i when i opened the olx app today it said your account has been suspended for reasons unknown!!? email id is [protected]@gmail.com

          My user id is my mobile number [ [protected]] which has been banned by giving a reason that account has been banned as you have created multiple accounts with OLX from the same device and this is not allowed as per our policies.

          I[censored] r going to block one account then its natural that i am going to open another account from the same PC/MOBILE so that i can buy other products.Just you are going to block my account that doesnot mean i am going to buy a new device mobile or PC or laptop just to use your service.you need to chance your policies .now comes to sharing of registered number. it is not possible always to share personal numbers as many of the seller or buyer making unnecessary calls and message.
          i think you need to make some changes with your polices so that customer can get benefited from your website

              My accounts are being banned for no reason at all. now this is a task for me daily. olx has banned my so many accounts that i lost the count of my accounts. i have no numbers left to create a new account now. they don’t have even responded to my e-mails. the number of their helpdesk doesn’t exist. Is this how they are going to treat their users.

                No reason my olx account got suspended

                This happen with me and also my family members in last few months.
                I am really facing huge trouble buying goods .and now i am planning to buy a car..i cant contact the seller...by no reason my olx account got suspended or banned..
                I am really angry now .i contacted through support number mentioned on website ..no response ..also by mail they provided, came out that gmail responding "no such email id exist or receiving mail is...

                I posted a mobile for sale on 12/08/2021
                And made a payment of ₹ 79/- thru SBI Net banking and the amount got detected, but the transaction on olx end failed. May i request to refund the ₹ 79/- amount of the failed transaction.

                      I had put my ad in olx regarding selling my bed .some one call me he took my number in olx chatting.he said I'm second hand reseller.iposted my bed price 12k he offered 11k I said ok sir input in phone pay1 rupee please check one rupee come iwill send remaining amount isaid ok and I checked my phone pay and igot one rupee when I check my account that time he stolen my amount 30kin my account.i got message to ICICI Bank.immediately icalled him that fraud blocked my number. Plz resolve my complaint.that is my full month salary I have 3 EMI. I registered my complaint in police near my police station.entire family depending on my salary.that fraud complete my salary stolen.                         I gave a featured ad regarding a car and the number is not displayed, people are finding it difficult to contact . I would not have opted if this is very complicated. who is having time to type and getting the number

                                Olx has banned 12 of my accounts in last 24 hour for no reason i had some great deals and my last account got banned after just logging in and sending a message please look into the matter i am so frustrated at the moment that i don't feel like using this app any more

                                      Account suspended ,can't login

                                      It has been five days since I cant able to log into my olx account. It says 'your account has been suspended without any cause'.

                                      Tried to contact olx support team on mail but its of no use. Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible....
