    OLX banned my account because of no reason when I wanted to sell my phone. I was logged in by my phone number [protected]. Then I logged in by my email id [protected]@gmail.com but it also got banned. Then I used another email id of mine [protected]@gmail.com and it also immediately got banned. I would request to unban my account and if required do a proper KYC for a safer side.

      Hi, I posted an AD on OLX regarding my TV . It was for 1500. One of the buyer from OLX named as dharam singh contacted me and said he is army personnel and wants to buy it and then he asked me to send 15000 and after that 10000 in the name of Indian army, and said this is the normal procedure . He also asked me to mark ad as sold and Asked me to transfer money to different account. Total amount of fraud done was 25, 200.
      Please help me in getting my money back, we are already having critical condition during this pandemics.
      Providing the Ad id as well for faster resolution.

        Bablu kumar, claiming himself as an army personnel, met him through olx. I had to buy iphone x from him. he took 2000 advance and said pay rest of the amount after checking the phone. he said army postal service is available 24hrs and i will send parcel to your address. before dispatching parcel he took 2000 advance through google pay. then he called and said you need to give rest of the amount and then my courier boy will give phone to you and he is nearby your area. i paid 13000 through phonepe then. then he said your payment is late. you need to give additional 15200, in which 100 rs will get deducted for waiting charges and rest 15100 the courier boy will give cash to you. i refused to pay.

                It's been so many times OLX banned my account I logged in with all available phone numbers in my family and what OLX did is banned all of them for no reason if this continues to happen I'll take this fraud company to High court and make sure it's shut down

                  I tried to give another for sale advertisement but yr system says I have already a free ad and hence cannot give another free. Please note that I have converted my first add to a payable one and paid RS 999 already. Kindly look into this matter and allow my free advertisement.

                  I have earlier availed one Ad for free but then converted it into a paid ad. Now I tried to give another Ad but yr system says since I already availed one free Ad, I cannot give another. Please note that I don't have any free Ad in your system now & want to give a free Ad. which is uploaded but shows a flag saying wait for 80+ days.

                  Can you please look into this and release my free Ad ( only one)

                        Re-activate my olx account

                        Without any reason my olx account was suspended few days ago. I was just scrolling ads I didn't violate any rules. I reached olx customer support, they replied saying" we are facing some technical issues your account cannot be reactivated"

                        I tried to log in by using a different Mobile number and same thing happened. it looks like they have been intentionally blocking some users for no reason.

                        I demand an explanation...

                        I logged in using my second number in my phone and suddenly my account was suspended. Their stupid policy caused me a huge loss. If a person has two number then they should be allowed to log in from two number. Now, I am suffering due to them and their customer support is non existent. Such unprofessional behaviour deserves a case in the consumer court and I'll move forward with a lawsuit if my issue is not resolved.
                        I urge olx to immediately unblock all my accounts and apologise for this stupidity. [protected]@gmail.com
