The OLX has blocked my account immediately after payment.Looks like flawed fraud detection by account linking.

If you OLX can't implement proper logic, you are bound to fail by losing customer.

Please refund money or enable account

Please unbanned my account as soon as possible..why you banned it for no reson..i am selling my scooty on it and why you are bothering your sincere customers for no reason🤨. Please do something so that genuine customers of olx don't install it..and 🙄 u should know who is wrong and who is not...unban it ...unban it ...unban it...as soon as u can

I have observed so many complaints against account suspension which made me believe that OLX IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
why have you suspended my account?
I'm least bothered about your business and wish your company must be shut down at the earliest. But, before that I would like to have a justification.
Do you mind to provide a justification?

When I logged in with my number, its shows my account is banned, without any reason or prior notice why did Olx banned my account. If you can't provide service to customers then what is the need of your product apo. Please look into this and resolve soon.

OLX India has banned my account for no reason. They maybe have an algorithm, that suspends account for some reason. But, the real unprofessional things is that they do not even give a damn reason. They banned the account created via gmail (gursharan.[protected]@gmail.com), which even advertisements I paid for to sell my household items.
Then I used my apple account, after an hour that was also banned. Without giving a single reason. They say that they want us to use the platform to buy and sell and yet they ban accounts with legitimate paid ads for household items.

Have been using olx for many years and never had issues before and have done nothing but posted an ad, and my user is blocked, tried with my wife's account that is also blocked, tried with Email ID that also blocked.
Not sure why are these happening for me.
Please help.[protected] is my primary account.

My Old account is banned for no reason I was just browsing through the app and messaging potential sellers on thr requirements. Please revoke my suspension as soon as possible.

Posted an add got rejected and banned my account. There is no reason to peanilze customers by banning account with no prior intimation. Poor customer service as well.

I have been the OLX user since many years and had been buying and seeling in geniune way. Today when I opened my account in the morning it showed that I have been banned. I wonder how can they do such without any reason. This is really unprofessional act.

OLX India - Banned My Account for No Reason. two tickets registered - 303782 and 303781. Promised an SLA of 24-48 hours in the notification email to no avail. no response. the customer support sucks.

OLX suspended my account.
I filed a complaint on their e email address, they even generated a ticket number stating that their executive will contact within 24-48 hours. It has been 4 days now and my issue is not resolved and nobody contacted me.

This complaint is regarding a fraud committed against me on 8th June 2021 through OLX app. A person named SANTOSH KUMAR having contact number [protected] agreed to purchase a set of books on OLX with AD ID: [protected] for a sum of Rs.6000.
He told me to "mark as sold" the AD on OLX as he is interested to buy. Then he called me and asked me the address from where he can pick up the books. After I told him the address, he sent one QR...

My accounts has been disabled/blocked/banned without any reason. May be someone hacked my profile or did something fishy but where am I at fault? Please retain my accounts. I opened more accounts but all got blocked one by one. I am facing difficulties as my account was very old and with my permanent number and details. Please help

I posted an ad to sell my laptop, i received call from number [protected], Name : - Javid ali shaikh, he said he is interested to buy laptop and will pay 11, 000 through Phone pe credit card, then he asked me to pay him 4000 rs, after paying him ill get 8000 in my account, i followed as he said, after the transaction got successful he switched off his sell phone, very next day i tried contacting him, he said he does scam with everyone and he is not going to give me my money back. i have call recordings available with me. he has accepted that he does scam. his another google pay number is [protected]. he said that he stays in delhi, and 3 people are involved in this.

As all knows that OLX is platform where two people can deal without agent and save his comission..but now a days it is frequently seen that many guys using this platform for hiring / sharing prostitution...they r offering part time job or spa jobs and when they get any girl/ female contact no.they force them to involve in prostitution business for high money amount..As OLX can block these type s of add but No one is noticing this..and only...

My OLX account has been suspended without any reason, I was missing posting ad regarding selling my old laptop.

Another account was then suspended when I tried to sell my laptop again.

No relevant explanation is being provided by OLX.

This incident is of 06/06/2021. Someone posted an ad on Olx to sell second hand cycle for ₹5400/-. When i left a message to send me more pics of cycle, that fraudster whatsapp me 4-5 pics and video clip of cycle. He posed himself as Indian Army personal. He told that he is posted in Verna near Airport.
He told that he had purchased this cycle for ₹16000/- and is just three months old. Since, he is transferred to another city, he wants to sell it immediately and at such low price. He even sent me copy of fabricated Canteen Card in the name of Anand Kumar Singh issued by भारतीय थलसेना.
He asked me remit atleast ₹2500/- so that he would courier cycle through Indian Army Parcel Car and Bike Transport Service. He sent me bank detail of a person named Rajeev Nayek a/c No.[protected] IFSC: PYTM0123456. He told that this account number belongs to courier service person. I don't know why i didn't notice such stupid thing that any Govt Dept can not have bank account with Paytm.
It was quite stupidity of me. Without thinking twice, i remitted ₹2500/-. After some time, that fraud guy sent me fabricated challan copy. After seeing this immediately I understood that my money has gone. Even then that fraudster told me to pay another ₹1499/- saying that without remitting this amount, courier will not happen. Then i said no and asked him to pay my money back. Then that person said that you are not having faith on Army personal. I told him that you are fraud and i know it. Then he told that since you called me a fraud, then end this talk. He refused to give me any amount.
Entire episode lasted around 3 hours. I got a message from Olx after 3 hours that please dont contact the seller or remit any amount as he is a suspicious person. I ask Olx that why did you send me message after such delay. Why there is no mechanism to ascertain that only certified seller is selling on your platform. Why your system is so weak that so many people have been duped and looted. It is a loot. And i blame entirely olx for all these fraud instances.
