[Resolved]  Olx India — fraud in note 7 pro

Dear sir,
i have seen advertisement in OLX on 17.06.2019 11.00 o clock @7000 rs, i have called manjeet for phone, he introduced as army person, and take 1000 rs in Phone Pay for dispatch courier and balance amount after received, on morning 18.06.2019 one courier person called me i have your courier, but amount is pending 6000 Rs, i have payed this amount after that he take 5100+50 as security money and saying as per army rule (for non relative person of army person), but i payed direct 5150, then he said you transfer in wrong way pls send 5100 then 50 otherwise phone will not revived, i have paid already 1000+6000+5150, but as forcing by him i again pay 5100+50, that is i have paid 6000+1000+5150+5150=17300 Rs, dont' received mobile and also forcing again 10300, i m fixed in this fraud pls solve my this case pls help,
note- this courier person name as praveen from overnet expeerss courier service, but i have called to overnet courier by google search, he is saying they are fraud person
