[Resolved] Olx India — Fraud seller-Imran | |||||
I have brought a fridge with the ad id -[protected] from olx. The add says refrigerator is in working condition and there will be free delivery. But as you know the fridge can be switched on atleast few hours after transportation. So when we switched on the fridge, it caused an electrical short circuit. Our power went off. The fridge is not actually in working condition. There was several communications with the seller - imran, however he was rude and never ready to give the cash back or replace the item. Even have threatened me. When i went to see the seller in person, there was one more olx customer - ashwini who has the same complaint as mine. Now since there are no response from seller's side, ashwini and i are going to file a police complaint against him. Please note the seller's (Imran) phone numbers are [protected], [protected]. the mobile was totally defective I lost 10000 rupees with it.So please judge the issue and help me to recover my money.
